"No one is gonna kill you so stop being dramatic and let's go," Jackson said as he held her by the hand and drag her towards where his car was parked.

"What about my car...,"

"I will have Thomas bring it to you tonight so stop worrying," Jackson said as he opened the door of the car for her. Seeing that she was still reluctant to enter the car, he gently made her sit down before he closed the door. If Jane was there to see Jackson treat another woman with so much care she would have puked blood.

Jackson immediately drove away after he had sat inside the car and strap his seat belt.

Halfway through their journey Jasmine break off the silence.

"I can see why you rejected all my advances in the past and I can't believe that my guess about her being a white lotus was right. One minute she was insulting me and the next minute she turned to a damsel in distress when she heard you speak," Jasmine staring at the road mumbled but Jackson heard every single word she said. After saying these words she kept quiet only to begin talking again.

"Ice Prince, tell me what the hell do you see in her that made you like her so much that you had to reject me? I had consoled myself with the fact that the one you like must have been more than a goddess but seeing her, I can't help but get furious when I recalled the times you rejected me," Jasmine said as she brought her attention to Jackson. She pulled very close to him to the point that her closeness made Jackson very uncomfortable. He had to park the car in a suitable spot for fear that they might get into an accident.

"She is not as pretty, caring, sexy and fun to be with as me. She is even very pretentious so tell me what you see in her that made you prefer her to me...,"

"Why are you getting so worked up...,"

"You are the cause," Jasmine interrupted him sharply.

"Are you jealous of her or what?" Jackson asked sternly as he stares into her blue eyes which contained fury. He just did not understand why she was so restless since Jane came into the picture.

"I am not jealous but angry," Jasmine said after some minutes of hesitation.

"You don't have feelings for me so why are you so furious...,"

"Because I think she doesn't deserve you. You are too good for her," Jasmine said honestly.

"Jasmine, you are getting me all confused. Why would you say that about a lady you barely met a moment ago? You barely know...,"

"I just need five minutes to know whether a lady is good or not. I don't need years or a lifetime like you do to tell whether a lady is good or not," Jasmine said as she stares into his eyes.

"Why do you care whether she is good or not? You are not the one who is gonna marry her right so why does she affect you so much?" Jackson asked as he stares at her red moving lips.

"I have said it before that, it is because you are too good for her. I get upset when I think that she is gonna become the owner of those sexy lips, amazing abs and that devilishly handsome face of yours," Jasmine said as she stares at his lips.

"How about you have a last taste of it before she becomes the sole owner of it?" Jackson blurted out. Thinking that she will get mad at him for saying such a thing, Jackson clasped his fist when he realised what he just spouted. He was so happy when he saw that her eyes were focused on his lips and that there was a possibility that she didn't hear him speak.

Seeing her staring so keenly at his lips captivated him.

Maybe she wants me to kiss her so why don't I just do it. It will be another playful kiss to her after all, so I don't think she will make a big deal out of it.

Jackson thought as he stretched a little and their lips met. Although he kept assuring himself that it was alright, he was still afraid of what she might do. Their relationship is perfect now, the last thing he wants is for her to get angry at him.

He made to pull away almost immediately but he was surprised when she wrapped her hands around his neck.

I guess I wasn't wrong when I said she wanted to kiss me.

Jackson thought happily as he let her take the lead since she was the one who took the initiative.

Jasmine kissed him passionately. Although her kiss wasn't as fierce as his, the taste was enough to make Jackson want more of her.

Jasmine took full possession of his lips and did whatever she wanted with them. She teased his lips by biting them and then soothing them with her tongue. She only pulled away from him when she ran out of breath.

Jasmine stares into his passionate eyes after she has pulled away.

"If you dare as much as let me kiss you again, I promise to snatch you away from her and take responsibility for always taking advantage of you. I mean it, so stay away from me if you don't want this villainess to become your woman," Jasmine said before she turned and look outside the car.

Gosh, what the hell is happening to me? Why does this keep happening when we are together?

Jasmine who acted cool earlier thought. She felt like giving herself a wake-up slap, maybe that way she will really wake up.

"Let me drive you home," These were the only words Jackson could utter. He drove away after making sure that he was in the state to drive.

When he reached the front of her mansion he halted, not taking her in.

"I am relieved of the term of the contract now she is back, right?" Jasmine standing outside the car asked.

"What do you mean?" Jackson asked pretending as though he did not understand what she meant.

"I mean now that your girlfriend is back, I don't need to come to your mansion to cook or to train you right? She doesn't seem to like and we might end up fighting because of...,"

"Who says you can stop coming because she is back?" Jackson asked angrily.

"The contract is between the two of us so whatever feelings she has for you doesn't have anything to do with me or you...,"

"Are you saying you are going to overlook her feelings just for your satisfaction? Some minutes ago you didn't hesitate to abandon your food to buy her favourite wine and now you are willing to make her angry for another three months plus. Do you know that you act very strange sometimes? I find it hard to understand you," Jasmine said looking at him strangely before she turned and approached the huge gate.

Jackson drove away the moment he saw her enter the huge white gate.

Jasmine on reaching her bedroom called Catherine's line.

"What is wrong? Didn't you go to Jackson's place today? You don't normally call me by this time of the day each time you visit his home, what happened? He didn't make you angry right?" Catherine asked as she sat up on the couch she was previously sitting on.

"I went to his place but I had to leave because I was afraid I would become a murderer," Jasmine said with a clenched fist.

"Jackson provoked you? Why would he do that? Did you start the fight first?" Catherine asked suspiciously.

"He did not provoke me....,"

"Then who if not him? Was it his employees?" Catherine asked curiously.

"His fiance...,"

"Fiance? Jackson has a fiance, how come none of the guys mentioned it?" Catherine asked in astonishment.

"I knew he had someone he loved but I never knew he had a fiance. And can you believe that the lady is just a b*tch? She is so obnoxious, I felt like murdering her," Jasmine said in an angry tone.

"You hardly call a lady a b*tch even though they address you as such so what did she do or say to make you so furious?" Catherine asked anxiously.

"Because she indirectly called me that," Jasmine said before she began relaying the incident that happened but she dare not mention her passionate kiss with Jackson.

When Jasmine finished narrating her story it was just five minutes to midnight.

"Jasmine, I agree with you that it was wrong of her to treat you that way. Even though she had heard stuff about you, she shouldn't have acted that way on your first meeting. I agree that your anger is justified," Catherine said in a serious tone.

"I really don't want to fight with her but with the way she is going, I am afraid we might get into a serious argument or even a physical fight," Jasmine said.
