As they arrived in the main hall Juan made Julian sit on the couch, soon the butler came in with a tray, it had some cups with and a teapot on it, the butler placed the cup in front of him and poured the tea in it, he did the same with Juan and walked away.

Juan "This tea is special, its leaves are grown by the finest tea harvesters in Hoenn" ​​

Julian took a sip and he liked it, it had a very different taste than any tea he had ever tasted.

Julian "It's quite good"

Juan "I am in relief, that you liked it"

Julian "So can we talk about why you called me?"

Julian didn't want to waste time and went straight to the point.

Juan looked a Julian and sighed.

Juan "I want to ask you something?"

Julian looked at Juan, he knew someone will be able to figure it by now so he has nothing to hide.

Juan "I see, so you knew about Mega Evolution beforehand"

Julian "Not only me there are several people out there that already know what is mega evolution"

Juan "Who could they be?"

Julian "The Shadow Legion"

Juan frowned when he heard this, he didn't expect Shadow Legion had such information, the league has not told them about Mega Evolution but they Shadows knew about it.

Juan saw red flags after hearing Julian.

Julian "Hoenn is very chaotic right now, I don't know how you will come out of this"

Juan "I see that you are already informed about the issue, I ask you to help us"

Julian "I think you don't understand me properly Mr. Juan, I resigned from my position as a champion as I am not the right person to manage a whole region, I don't like getting involved in matters related to anything that is the elites of the region, it is your people's responsibility to take care of Hoenn as you people are in charge of it, you cannot rely on others."

Saying so Julian got up and started to walk away, he stopped and turned at Juan once again.

Julian "But if things go south I will step in because no matter what reason innocent people don't deserve the pain and suffering caused by some idiotic ideologies, and I wish Mr. Juan to keep my identity as a secret, even from the league"

He then walked out of the room where the butler was standing, he escorted Julian out of the mansion.

Back inside the mansion, Juan sat on the couch and sighed, he was not able to get Julian to help them but he was still relieved that Julian may come to the rescue if people's lives are in danger.

Juan 'He also said to keep his identity as a secret, even though he said it to me, why did he do so, he could have denied it'

Juan thought for a while and sighed.

Juan 'Well now that he has told me to hide his identity I have to do it or I may lose his trust, his backing will be very crucial if Hoenn is in a state like this again'

Juan decided to tell others that Julian and that person are two completely different people as he valued Julian's power more than anything, he knew Julian's standing is the highest amongst all the champions, even though he hasn't been in public, every champion knows how strong he is and everyone wants a battle with him, even his student Wallace is one of them, too bad he hasn't had a chance to meet Julian.

Julian walked out of the mansion and went back to his hotel room so that he could rest for the day, he then tagged along with Daisy around the city, she wanted to do some shopping.

After a day Julian decided to go in search for Mega Stones as Sootopolis is the richest source for Mega Stones and Keystones.

Daisy tagged along with him as he also wanted to find some for herself as well.

He decided to go towards the west side of the forest as some rumors were heard that some people found Mega Stones with resonated with some Grass-type Pokemons, he decided to go and look around if he could find Sceptile's Mega Stone.

His Pokemons who didn't have their own Mega Stone are, Infernape, Heatran, Snorlax, Sceptile, Pupitar, Gardevoir, Milotic, Flygon, and Absol.

The ones who have Mega Stones are, Gyarados, Venusaur, Electivire, Gengar, Pidgeot, Kabutops, Metagross.

Julian and Daisy reached the forest where it said the Mega Stones were found.

After searching for a while, Julian and Daisy came across a waterfall which looked very beautiful.

Daisy "Who it's so beautiful, why don't we rest here for a while then we can continue looking for them"

Julian "Ok then"

Julian released his pokemons so they could enjoy the scenery as well, as he released them most of them entered the waterfall and started to play around.

Julian noticed that he and Infernape's bond had reached a new realm, he couldn't understand what is going on, the system showed it as 100% but he could even tell what Infernape is thinking just by looking at him and so did Infernape.

He felt as if their soul were connected.

Leaving that aside Milotic noticed something as she was swimming in the water she felt something attracting her, she quickly went towards Julian to tell him.

Julian "You found something?"

Milotic nodded as her eyes sparkled.

Julian "Gyarados go and check what she found"

Julian told Gyarados to follow her, Milotic dived down and Gyarados followed behind, Kabutops also joined them as he wanted to look underwater as well.

Soon the three found a cave deep inside the lake, luckily the cave was big enough to fit Gyarados in, all three entered the cave and looked around they saw blue crystals on the walls, they were actually Water Stones, Milotic went deep inside and finally found the source that was attracting her, it was a Mega Stone, it is a white marble with pink and blue pattern with a little black in the middle of those two color.

Milotic got excited and charged towards the Mega Stone and was about to take it when an Ice Beam was shot towards her, she quickly dodged it and looked at her attacker, it was an another Milotic, it looked like it was guarding this Mega Stone.

Gyarados looked at this Milotic and did nothing, he wanted Milotic to get the Mega Stone on her own.

The other Milotic turned around and looked at the huge Gyarados on the side and got scared seeing him but it didn't sense any danger coming from his so it was not bothered, it had to defend its price position from this new Milotic which just appeared.

Soon it launched an another Ice Beam which froze the water on its way, Milotic dodged it and shot a powerful Hydro Pump at the other Milotic.

The Battle for the Mega Stone has begun.
