They saw the black Rayquaza and someone on its head, they could see that this person is wearing nothing on his face, they only noticed that he has black hair though, next they noticed the white flaming pokemon next to him, they couldn't recognize what pokemon this was.

As the video continued they saw a while flash and after the white flash disappeared the meteorite was nowhere to be found.

Wallace "What? How did such a massive thing disappear in thin air"

Tate "Don't know. But after that, all the cameras in the satellite got burnt just from the heat radiating from that white light, luckily the camera was able to capture the scene before the heat could reach it, not only ours but all the satellite present in the vicinity got melted after getting exposed to the heat wave"

Wallace "Will this affect the communication between the regions"

Liza "No, those satellites are monitoring satellites, the communication satellites are safe as they are closer to the atmosphere"
