Julian looked at the two different stats of both Mega forms of Tyranitar.

Julian 'The new evolution is still very different compared to the original one, he loses his rock typing so his defense only rises a little, both the Defense stats seems to be balanced, the rise in Attack stats is what is really surprising, both Attack and Special Attack have balanced out and is very high as well.

There is also this new Ability Fusion. System what is Fusion?'

System 'This ability combines elemental attacks of Tyranitar, if he uses Fire-Type move, Dark energy will be combined with it, if he uses Dark-type move, Fire energy will be combined to it, hence increasing the power of darkness and fire type moves, also help with typing damage, grass type pokemon can be damaged 2x with a dark type move due to this ability, likewise a psychic type pokemon can be damaged 2x with a fire type move with the help of this ability'

Julian 'I see a combined type attack, sounds very useful, wait if that's the case a pokemon with a combined type like psychic and grass will take 4x damage from both fire and dark type moves from Mega Tyranitar'

Julian nodded and looked at the new form of Tyranitar.

Julian "Tyranitar, use Flame Thrower up in the sky"

Tyranitar nodded and blasted a powerful flamethrower up in the sky, just as the system described, the flames didn't look orange, they looked the exact color of the flames that are coming out of Tyranitar's chest and side of his mouth, the flamethrower clearly has a dark type aura combined in it, Julian could easily tell that this flamethrower is very powerful.

Julian "Use Dark Pulse"

Tyranitar once again blasted a powerful Dark Pulse up in the sky, it ripped through the clouds and escaped the atmosphere.

Julian noticed that the Dark Pulse had flames combined with it, a hue of light orange with some yellow and blue could be seen combined with it.

Julian "Looks goo"

Julian nodded.

Julian "Which one do you like more?"

Julian asked Tyranitar which one he likes more so that he can make one of the Mega Stone his default.

Tyranitar preferred his Fire form as it gave him the feeling of immense power, more than his normal mega evolution.

Julian also felt the same, even though is defense is not that great compared to the normal Mega Evolution but his defense is still up there on top.

Julian "Ok let's go back, I have a league battle tomorrow"

Tyranitar returned back to normal and Julian then returned him back to his Pokeball.

After returning back to the Ever Grande Conference, he decided to go to the main stadium where they are currently displaying who is going to battle who in the top 32.

As Julian arrived at the Stadium he saw people were already looking at the huge display which is placed outside the stadium wall.

The huge screen displayed an inverted root system with 32 trainers at the bottom, Julian looked at where he is and saw that his battle is the forth out of the 16, means he will be at last battle of the first day of top 32.

He sighed with relief as he didn't have to wait for too long for his battle, he looked at his opponent, it seems to be a bulky man in his thirty, he has a black beard, he is giving off a pirate vibe, the first impression he gave to Julian is a sea pirate.

The display didn't specify the name and the type of pokemon the trainer used so Julian still has to go in and check it out himself.

After walking into the room, he sat in front of a computer and inserted his id and trainer number.

Soon a screen popped up displaying his information, he clicked on a button named 'Next Battle', another window popped up, now displaying two pictures, one is his and the other is his opponent and below these pictures are the information.

Julian soon started to read through his opponent's information.

Julian 'So his name is Stede Bonne, he is a water type trainer, interesting, his main pokemon is a Toxapex, is he from Alola?'

After Julian fought the guy from Unova who had the Zoroark and a Z-Crystal, Julian did some research of the pokemons that live in Alola, he was very surprised when he found out there are different versions of pokemon of the same species called the Alola form.

He even researched about specific pokemon that are found in Alola and Toxapex is one of them.

Julian continued to read and found out more about Stede's team.

Julian 'He has a Blastoise, Slowking, Kingler, Poliwrath, and Cloyster, I don't know which four pokemon he is going to use, I just have to wait and watch'.
