And here it is the final day of the Ever Grande conference, the battle will start at 7 PM. After the battle ends there will be awarding of the winner with his trophy then the top 32 will also be rewarded with the trophy as well.
People flew from other regions just to watch this battle, most of them are die-hard fans of Julian and no matter what happens they couldn't miss his final battle in the Ever Grande Conference.
Posters about the battle are being stuck all over Hoenn and some even in the regions nearby like Kanto and Jhoto.
Ash has also got a lot of attention after his awesome victory over Tyson who was expected to battle Julian in the finals.
Julian stayed out of the limelight as he trained his pokemons for the last battle of the tournament, same could be said for Ash, he is also training hard for this battle, he doesn't want to be like other trainers who didn't give any challenge to Julian.
People are hyped and the talk of the region is this battle that is happening tonight.
All hotels and inns in Ever Grande city are booked, even some rent houses got booked for a day by people who came from other regions.
The Ever Grande city is packed with people and pokemons, all waiting for the sun to fall.
Time passed and its 6 PM, people have already gathered around the stadium, it's already packed as no one wanted to miss a seat for today, but people still missed it, they are standing at the end and waiting for the battle to begin.
The choppers are flying up in the sky above the stadium and streaming the live feed before the battle begins, they were not allowed to stream during the battle as the scale of the battle is dangerous so nothing was allowed to fly above the stadium during the except some filming drones which are still restricted to go near the battlefield, they can only be flown around the battlefield no above it.

The league is very conservative as they know Julian's battle can destroy the battlefield and the walls around the stadium if not maintained proper protection.
Many news channels are already hosting about the battle, QnAs are being answered, they talk about strategy and many other aspects that could lead to a good battle.

The league hosted some short shows before the battle begins so that the gathered audience doesn't get bored.

Same happened in Julian's waiting room, a man informed Julian that he is up next, Julian nodded his head.

As Julian said this he got up and walked towards the main elevator which will raise him on the battlefield.
Outside the battlefield, the clock was about to hit 7 pm, ten seconds remaining and the count down has begun, the TV channels that have a contract with the league have started to stream already and it is being streamed worldwide.

As the countdown got over fireworks blew up in the sky signaling the start.
Announcer "ITS TIME, the last and final battle of the EVER GRANDE CONFERENCE, this is the biggest crowd that has ever gathered in a championship tournament, people from all around the world have come to watch this amazing battle that is going to take place in just a few minutes.
Are you all hyped?"

The crowd shouted, their shout could be heard all over the Ever Grande city.
Announcer "Then let's get started, let's welcome our first trainer, he is the underdog of this tournament, he placed top 16 in Indigo Plateau conference and top 8 in the Silver conference, now he is facing Julian in the finals of Ever Grande conference, this young man is going to one of the greatest trainers in the future but does he have what it takes to defeat Julian today, please welcome Ash Ketchum"
As the announcer finished the announcement.
Ash is brought up to the battlefield by the elevator, he stands there and looks the cheering crowd, the lights flashing all around the stadium, the cameras that are focusing on him, but he is not troubled by it at all, he looks into one of the camera and smile.
Ash "Mom can you see me"
He waves his hand at the camera saying hi to his mother who is in Kanto with Professor Oak, watching the TV right now.
Announcer "Now let's welcome the one and only Julian, I seriously have nothing remaining to tell about him, he is still undefeated and now we have to wait if he will still remain undefeated, please welcome Julian"
Julian is also raised up on the battlefield and as usual the crowd starts to call out his name and cheer for him, his fans held his huge posters and wave around the same usual super fan reaction.
Julian has got used to this and waves his hands at them.
He then looks at Ash and smiles.
Julian "Looks like your wish has come true"
Ash "Yes"
Julian "So are you ready then?"
Ash "Bring it on"
Julian "Good".
