Gardenia's first pokemon is down and she has to choose her second pokemon, Victini's teleport seems to be very hard to deal with as her Cherrim was just too slow to dodge such close range attacks.

Gardenia "Roserade, use Grassy Terrain"

Roserade then emitted a green beam which covered the whole battlefield and turned it into a grass terrain.

Grassy Terrain will boost the powers of grass-type moves but it also heals pokemon that are on the ground every second, so Victini can heal itself by just standing on the ground.

Gardenia "Roserade, now use Pin Missile"

Roserade sent out multiple Pin Missiles that charged towards Victini in weird pattern and it was all over the place.

Julian "Victini, use Teleport to dodge them"

Victini used Teleport and dodged one after the other as the Pin Missiles keep on coming.

Gardenia "Now Giga Drain"

As soon as Victini appears once again Roserade has already closed up and grabs Victini to use Giga Drain but Victini uses Teleport again and disappears from Roserade's grip and appears right behind it.

Julian "Now Fire Punch"

Victini then uses Fire Punch to attack Roserade.

Gardenia "Intercept that with Spikes"

Roserade turns around quickly and slams the ground with its hand and suddenly an earth spike comes between Roserade and Victini's Fire Punch.

The spike shatters but Roserade got enough time to move away to launch another attack.

Gardenia "Now, Seed Bomb"

Roserade sends a flying Seed Bomb towards Victini and Victini gets hit by it, Victini is sent flying back but uses its psychic energy to stabilize itself from hitting hard on the ground.

Julian "Teleport"

Gardenia "I won't fall for that again, Roserade use Dazzling Gleam"

Dazzling Gleam is an all-area attack so Victini should get hit but when Roserade did use this move Victini is nowhere to be seen.

Julian "Now Incinerate"

Suddenly a huge flaming blast comes from the above and hits Roserade on point, Victini had teleported towards the roof and used the thick veins as cover while the gleam just got reflected by the smooth surface of the glass ceiling, hence Victini is completely unaffected.

Roserade is on the ground and has received some damage from that Incinerate, Roserade soon gets up back on its feet and stares at Victini.

Both of them are going one after other continuously but they are not able to land powerful hits but Victini ended that.

Teleport is something very annoying and many trainers face problem while dealing with it unless they have ghost type or dark type pokemon on them.

Julian "Teleport"

Julian just knew how to use Teleport so he would keep making his pokemons do so as at some point it will break his opponent mental state.

And that didn't take long for Gardenia's to break as well.

Gardenia "This is getting annoying, Roserade use Petal Dance"

Gardenia went with a wide area powerful move, just what Julian wanted her to use.

Julian "Now Fire Punch"

Using such moves cost a lot of power and executing it will take a few seconds and that is enough for Victini to land a hit and it is successful.

Victini appeared right behind Roserade and landed another Fire Punch and sent Roserade flying as it hit the ground and continued rolling onward.

Julian "Flame Charge"

Victini used Flame Charge and dashed towards the fallen Roserade with speed and crashed into it and sent it on another rolling spree.

Julian "Finish it, Searing Shot"

Victini created a huge blazing fireball and tossed it towards Roserade, Roserade got hit by it and causing a big blast and Roserade fell on the ground, knocked out.

Referee "Roserade is unable to battle, Victini wins"

Victini scored its second win and showed its victory signature again in confidence.

Crystal voice also could be heard once again as it cheered for Victini, it tried to mimic Victini pose but realized that its fingers are too small.

It wanted to cry but Julian noticed it before and patted it to calm it down.

Gardenia stared at Victini, she could tell that her Roserade and Victini were equally strong but at the end, Victini and Julian had the better way to counter them.

She sighed and sent back Roserade to its Pokeball.

Gardenia "You are my last choice, I choose you"

Gardenia sent out a Breloom.

Julian is surprised by this choice, Breloom is a Grass/Fighting-type, it has no advantage in both its typing as Victini is a Psychic/Fire-type.

Julian "A weird choice but interesting, I wonder what it holds"

Gardenia "You will know".
