Fantina 'What a powerful little pokemon'

Fantina said and the Mismagius next to her went towards the battlefield and looked at Crystal.

Julian "You go first this time"

Julian said.

Fantina "Well then I won't waste any time, Mismagius use Shadow Sneak"

Mismagius went into the shadows and blend in with it, concealing its presence from Crystal, this time Crystal couldn't detect its opponent because of the Shadow Sneak, it doesn't have to worry because Shadow Sneak will have no effect on it.

But Julian is still on guard as other moves can be used on Crystal as well while it is under the effect of Shadow Sneak.

As Julian expected Fantina is trying to take Crystal by surprise.

Fantina "Mismagius now use Magical Leaf"

Mismagius suddenly appeared right behind Crystal and sent out Magical Leaves rushing towards it.

Julian "Crystal turn to Poison"

Before the Magical Leaf could hit, Crystal turned itself into Poison typing and took the attack head-on, the effect wasn't too much and Julian got the time to make his next move.

Julian "Crystal, now Poison Jab"

Crystal charged towards Mismagius and Poison jabbed it, Mismagius got hit and backed down, the damage wasn't much but what Julian hoped has happened.

Mismagius is poisoned, even the poison won't have much effect on Mismagius now Julian already knows what to do now.

Mismagius backs down and maintained some distance from Crystal.

Fantina "Mismagius use Psybeam"

Julian "Use Thunderbolt to counter"

Crystal used Thunderbolt and shot it at the incoming Psybeam, the two attacks collided and caused an explosion.

Julian "Now Venoshock"

Crystal then used a powerful Venoshock which passed through the smoke and landed on Mismagius causing its poison to flare up and causing heavy damage.

Mismagius came to the ground after the Poison flaring up by the Venoshock.

Fantina 'Not good, the poison will soon flare up again if it uses one more Venoshock Mismagius won't be able to handle it'

Fantina "Mismagius get in the Shadows and use Psybeam"

Mismagius once again entered the shadows and this time attacked while hiding in it.

Crystal moved around dodging the Psybeams from Mismagius, due to its small size dodging Mismagius attacks became very easy for Crystal.

Fantina 'That one is too small and quick to get hit, Mismagius has to get close to it'

Fantina "Mismagius use Shadow Sneak"

Mismagius concealed its presence and suddenly appeared right behind Crystal once again.

Fantina "Now Sucker Punch"

This time Crystal wasn't able to escape and the Sucker Punch landed and caused Crystal to fly backward.

Julian "Crystal, Thunderbolt"

While Crystal is still going backward it uses its long tails to turn its body and blasts a bolt of powerful lightning at Mismagius.

Thunderbolt is the strongest attacking move Crystal knows right now at it can travel long distance at extreme speed due to its affinity.

Mismagius gets zapped hard by the Thunderbolt and suddenly Paralysis takes place, rendering Mismagius motionless, along with poison effect still going on Mismagius falls in a disadvantageous state.

Julian "Crystal, Venoshock"

Crystal stabilizes itself in gets close to Mismagius and releases a powerful Venoshock, which once again flares up the poison in Mismagius.

This time the effect is much higher than last time and causes Mismagius to go down, but this pokemon is still very resistant and stubborn, it doesn't want to give up even after taking so much damage.

Julian is also impressed, he is just cheating using Crystal in battle but he wanted to see how it will perform and as he expected Crystal faced no problem facing others in battle and with its ability to keep on changing its typing, it is always at an advantage.

Julian "Your Mismagius is indeed impressive but it cannot continue for much longer"

Julian said.

Fantina "I know but I won't be backing down, Mismagius let's go all out, use Psychic full power"

Psychic is a versatile attack and can be used in any shape and form, Mismagius shoots it like a beam towards Crystal at full power.

Julian "Crystal change to Electric-type and use Thunderbolt"

When Crystal is in a particular type, the type of move-related to it becomes stronger that when it uses it in other type forms, so the Thunderbolt will be more powerful now.

The two powerful attacks clashes head-on causing a big explosion and a big shockwave travels across the battlefield which causes the little Crystal to flip twice, after the flip it done it giggles.

The Thunderbolt soon rips through the Psychic blast and hits Mismagius once again and this time it's over.

It gets zapped hard and the poison also flares up at the same time, Mismagius faints and fall on the ground.

Referee "Mismagius is unable to battle, Crystal, wins. Henceforth the winner of this battle is the challenger"

The referee calls the final decision.

Crystal becomes happy and claps with its tiny hand and goes back to Julian and sits down on his shoulder.

Fantina sighs and called back her Mismagius into her Pokeball.

She then walks towards Julian with a Relic Badge in her hand.

Fantina "It's an honor to give this badge to the Julian from my own hands, I really appreciate your visit to my humble gym"

Julian says nothing and takes off his mask as it would be disrespectful to hide his face even after the other party knowing his identity.

Julian smile and take the badge from her.

Julian "Thank you, you really are a good gym leader, you can say I cheated using this little one here"

Julian said and gave the Badge to Crystal.

Crystal took the badge and looked around it and started to play with it.

Fantina "Well, I cannot complain, I have already lost and it was a fair match, my opponent was just too strong"

Soon Julian left the gym with Crystal.

Julian "Crystal give back the badge or you will drop it"

Julian asked Crystal to give the badge back but it didn't, it turned away from Julian and continued playing with it.

Julian sighed and left it to do what it wants, it will soon get bored of it and will go back to sleep.
