Journey Towards Greatness Chapter 346

The Mightyenas rushed into the campsite and growled at Julian's six pokemon present here, as soon as the Mightyenas rushed in Gible, Cranidos and Victini moved in as well and blocked them off.
Julian glanced at these Mightyenas and nodded his head, his pokemons should be able to defend themselves very easily, even though they are small they are powerful, Gible is very close to evolution and Cranidos is not that behind and might evolve within a month as well.
He is also keeping an eye on the pokemons that have been watching them for quite a long time but they are still no match for the trio of Gible, Cranidos, and Victini.
The Mightyenas are surprised by the sudden blockage from these three tiny pokemons, they didn't expect anyone of these pokemons to stand up, they thought they would play the usual cat and mouse chase they are used to with their prey.
The Mightyenas growled and stared at Gible, Cranidos, and Victini, they knew this will be a fight and they are confident in winning this due to their four in number against three small pokemons.
The leader of the pack made a move and used Crunch at Gible, Gible grinned and charged towards Mightyena using Dragon Claw.
He charged towards the big dark jaw and shattered it completely and landed the Dragon Claw right on the pack leader's head sending it flying and crashing on the tree, the Mightyena wailed in pain and realized that the enemy is stronger than it.
Cranidos also made his move and charged towards the other Mightyena using Headbutt, the Headbutt landed on the chest of the Mightyena and caved it in and sent it flying and it also crashed on top of its pack leader.
Victini suddenly used Teleport and appeared right behind another Mightyena and used Fire Punch and blasted it away as the Mightyena was rolled over the ground and crashed into another tree.

Three Mightyenas are down and only one is left, Gible gets excited and hops around and gets ready to give the final blow but suddenly stops as his body suddenly started to glow.
His height starts to grow along with his arms and legs, blade-like fins started to grow from his arms and legs, his tail grew longer and another fin grew on it.
As the glow disappeared Gible has evolved into Gabite, the black and red color over his body looked magnificent, he has lost his fingers and gained one large hook-like claw in front of his arms, his legs have become much thicker and the claws in them are long and sharp.
Julian smiled seeing this, he was expecting Gible to evolve and he did, his evolution looks quite healthy, standing far taller than any normal Gabite with his shiny rough scales.
Seeing Gible evolve all the other pokemons also got excited and surrounded him in curiousness, as they were distracted the last Mightyena tried to make a silent escape but before it could Gabite turned around and shot towards it as his two arms got surrounded by Dragon energy, Gabite learned Dual Chop.
Gabite landed the first chop right on the Mightyena's head sending it crashing on the ground and when it bounced from the ground Gabite landed a side chop and sent the Mightyena crashing into its pack members.
All Mightyenas are down and Gible has evolved into Gabite, Gabite is happy and hops around happily.
Julian sees this and laughs, when it was just Gible it looked very cute but now he has evolved into this land Dragon Shark he looks menacing when he does that but he is still a kid at heart so Julian still sees him as his little partner.
Crystal, Manaphy, and Togetic arrive back and suddenly notice the difference in the group, they notice that their friend Gible has evolved into Gabite, the little bouncing pokemon is no more little, he is now even taller than Gliscor who was the tallest in their group.

They drop the berries and rush towards Gabite to check him out, Crystal, Manaphy, and Togetic move around him seeing every part of his body.
Crystal giggles and starts to hang on his back fin with its two tail swinging around, this causes Gabite to get irritated and tries to shake Crystal off but the more he shook, it got more fun for Crystal.
Gabite stopped because he knew how Crystal is, the more you argue with it the more you let Crystal have fun with you.
As Gabite expected after he stopped Crystal got bored and let go of his back fin.
Soon the others started to make preparation for the night as well, they trained with each other after having few berries Crystal and the other brought.
In the practice battle, Gabite just dominated everybody because of his massive power gain, this caused Crystal to get mad and started to lash on Gabite with Ice attacks which forced Gabite to run around the place.
If it was a serious battle Gabite would stay and fight but at the end of the day they are family and friends, its all fun and games so Gabite played along with Crystal
The day was about to come to an end, Julian just watched his pokemons or talked with Chloe and Daisy as his past time.
It was also a break for his as well, he didn't have to train them like every day, these two days also helped him set his mind back and talk to his girlfriends and see what are they doing in their life.
They did miss him and they even gave him hints that they might be free and come to visit him but he was not given an exact date.
Julian couldn't do anything else but to keep expectation that Chloe and Daisy might come to visit him.

Luck Lockyer
Luck Lockyer was the type of man to smirk in the dark, the expression not for anyone but himself. One of perpetual amusement. The bright side of things were hard to find in the shade yet his amber eyes were always searching. The smirk was his default, he knew it, his friends knew it, his family knew it. It was his most natural state. But the death of everyone close to you can affect a downwards curve on the mouths of even the most stoic people. Without purpose, without anyone to do the job for, Luck Lockyer found himself inside an empty forgotten church. The perpetual smirk on his face had slipped to a thin line, his scar more noticeable now than ever before. His amber eyes, the windows to his soul, dull and lifeless. To anyone who knew him, it was the clothing that gave away his mental state, denim pants and a plain black t-shirt. If that wasn't enough, the tears running down his face certainly would, the echoing sobs of a broken man rang across the rundown church. It was on a whim, but Luck Lockyer prayed, he prayed for many things, for death, revenge, friends, but the one prayer dominating his thoughts, a second chance for his family. That was all he wanted. Simple. It was then, on the outskirts of a polluted city, in an abondoned lot, in a forgotten church that Luck Lockyer, the Devil of the Cards, the Bloodless Hand, the Amber Demon, the Broken, was answered by a being from another world and one from his. *found the picture online

Conquest Of Mortem
*NOTE* This novel is a war of attrition. To say anything less is a disservice to its demand. While comparable to other such works as Ulysses or Moby Dick, each sentence in Conquest is an enemy to be tackled. Not in the ways of difficulty but in absurd density that wishes nothing more than to destroy what patience you may have. Do not tackle chapters as you would ordinary chapters in an ordinary book. Tackle each chapter as a book unto itself. A foe to be vanquished, a period of life to leave behind. Seek to be master of this work. Seek to overcome. For in its design is the willpower, and the perseverance, and the strength of someone who sought meaning in struggle. As I discovered these in times of ultimate desperation, so I hope for you to discover these things. This novel is a love letter to your trials. May you overcome them. May you master them. May you become conquerer.- SeedSagaA literary epic for logophiles, philosophers, and poets alike. A journey into zeitgeist, the impact of media on culture, and the endurance of morality against an onslaught of hatred. These vague descriptions do little to compact Conquest's density into a bite-size summary. They do however relate the basest themes found within. A plot, if such can be surmised, is strung thinly across multiple perspectives, weaving together these concepts into a seemingly distorted tapestry of indecipherable events. Inspired by early 20th century modernism, Conquest will challenge the reader, and provide critique on the medium upon which all great stories are derived. Further interpretation is up to you now; an explorer among a sea of words. Venture on and discover what lies ahead, in...CONQUEST OF MORTEM
