Julian got outside the hotel and saw his ride waiting outside, he had booked a car for the four of them so they can go to Lake Acuity, he didn't expect Chloe and Daisy to arrive at Sinnoh so early and surprise him.

His main focus right now is to see if Uxie is present in Lake Acuity or not, if its still living there he can give back the orb and if it is not, he has to let Cynthia handle all the investigation and track down Cyrus's hideout because Julian knows Cyrus won't be keeping Uxie in his main headquarters. ​​

It is too risky as it might be the first one to get attacked by anyone who holds a grudge against Cyrus.

Julian 'Please be there'

Julian prays and hopes that Uxie is still living in the lake.

He waits for a while and finally sees the ladies coming out of the hotel, all three of them are wearing a mask, covering their face, seeing this Julian laughs awkwardly, if he was a normal civilian he would be far away from his group as it looks like a bunch of criminals is hiding their face, luckily the three being ladies helps in keeping attention away from him.

He opens the car door and gestures the ladies to get inside, they nod and get inside the car, Julian then walks towards the front passenger seat and sits down as well.

The driver looked at these four people wearing masks, it seemed off to him but he cannot cancel it now because he has already received the payment and the pay was higher than normal.

Julian "We are ready. let's go"

Julian said and signaled the driver to move, the driver nodded and rode off towards lake Acuity, during the whole ride there was an awkward silence, Julian kept his focus on the road while Cynthia, Chloe, and Daisy were behind thinking about something, they would sometimes break the silence by talking to each other, asking questions about Cynthia's life.

After an hour they finally arrived at the outskirts of lake Acuity, Julian got out of the car and opened the door for Chloe who was sitting next to it, from the same door Cynthia and Daisy also walked out.

Julian "You can go"

Julian told the driver and walked into the forest that was next to the road, the driver nodded and rode off as he didn't want to stay with this weird group anymore, Cynthia and the others followed him into the forest as they carefully moved forward as wild pokemons tend to attack out of nowhere.

Julian "Its all right, no need to worry about wild pokemons they won't come near us"

Julian said as he saw the three walking very carefully inside this forest.

Since Gengar is releasing his presence no pokemon would try to get close to them.

Julian "The lake should be near, once we get there we can rest"

Julian said and the ladies nodded their head.

After walking for a while they finally saw lake Acuity in front of them, to their surprise there is a layer of ice on the top covering the lake.

Seeing this Julian frowned, he rushed towards the lake and finally saw the whole lake, it was completely frozen.

Julian 'As I suspected, there is no sign of Omniforce here'

He thought and looked at his rough reflection on the smooth ice, he made a fist and punched a hole straight through it to see if there is even a little Omniforce present that is being blocked by this sheet of ice.

The three ladies also walked in and saw the beautiful lake in front of them, Daisy and Chloe are in awe as to how beautiful this lake looks but Cynthia has a completely different reaction, she frowns and walks towards Julian.

Cynthia "Lake Acuity was never known to freeze, something is wrong"

She said.

Julian "Indeed something is not right, I think Uxie is not here"

He said.

Cynthia "Are you sure?"

She asked, worried about the future of this lake and Uxie.

Julian "Wait for a minute"

Julian said and tapped his pocket to wake up Crystal who is sleeping inside his pocket, Crystal gets up and pops its head out to look around, it sees all the snow and ice around the place and gets excited, it floats out of Julian's pocket and looks around and finally comes and sits down on Julian's shoulder.

Julian "Crystal, do you sense anything familiar here?"

He asked Crystal.

Hearing Julian, Crystal tilts its head and looks around and finally points at Chloe and Daisy with a smile on its face, seeing this Julian is embarrassed because he knows what Crystal is sensing, his scent and aura are all over Chloe and Daisy.

Julian "No Crystal, I am not talking about them, can you sense any aura similar to the friend you made in lake Valor?"

He asked.

Crystal tilts its head again and looks at the lake in front of it and sniffs with its tiny nose and shakes its head as it didn't sense anything.

Seeing this Julian can confirm that Uxie is not inside the lake, Crystal could easily detect both Azelf and Mesprit even when they were hidden inside the other dimension, and now that Crystal is stronger and having no reaction only means one thing, Uxie is not present here.

Julian gets back to his feet and looks at the ladies.

Julian "Let's eat, then we can talk, I hope you are fine with it right?"

Julian said and turned towards Cynthia asking if she is ok with this.

Cynthia "Fine with me".
