Julian squinted his eyes and looked at the direction from where the attack came from and he found the culprit, a very big Gigalith but this one is different from the one Julian has seen before when he was making through the cave.

This one is much bigger while its body is dark purple in color with sharp a massive teal-colored crystal all over its body, it is a Shiny Gigalith. ​​

Julian finally realized what that beam of light was, it is said that Gigaliths can actually absorb sunlight from the crystals on their body and then concentrate all of it into one powerful beam of light but this move had limitations, it cannot use it during the night or during a rainy day when there is no sunlight to take advantage off.

Julian also realized that this place is more dangerous than people said it to be, with all those crystals hanging around the wall and the ceiling which channeled all that sunlight coming from outside, its attacks would be very powerful and destructive.

Only people who have death wish would want to come here and battle this Gigalith, Julian carefully watched the Gigalith and noticed some other pokemons behind it as well, they were Roggenrolas and Boldores, that is when Julian noticed one more thing that he missed before.

These Roggenrolas that are behind the Gigalith are completely different from the one he encountered at the entrance of the cave, their eyes were yellow in color while the one he saw at the entrance of the cave had an orange eye.

He realized that he made a huge mistake, the one he saw at the entrance was actually a shiny Roggenrola, as a regular Gigalith has orange crystal he thought that it was a normal Roggenrola.

Julian 'I am an idiot'

Julian thought while completely ignoring the fierce gaze of the Gigalith.

He was more concerned about the Roggenrola that he encountered at the entrance of the cave than the fierce Gigalith in front of him.

While Julian is busy worrying about the Roggenrola, the Gigalith seems to have been offended by Julian as it noticed Julian ignoring it, it once again launched a light beam at Julian but this time Victini took action and used Protect but something unexpected happened.

The Light Beam actually went right past the Protect without even losing any energy and hit Victini, this caused Julian to snap out of his thought and looked at Victini who took the Light Beam as if it was nothing.

Victini's flames can are way hotter than the temperature of this Light Beam but this move would have easily caused a lot of damage to other pokemons who aren't used to high temperature.

Julian realized that this Light Beam is much more dangerous than he imagined, now he wanted to catch that Roggenrola and teach it how to use this Light Beam.

He has read that not all Gigaliths can use this Light Beam, concentrating all that light wave into a single concentrated beam was a lot harder.

Julian "Victini let's finish this, we need to head back"

Julian had left a mark on that Roggenrola so it won't be able to get away from him, he will catch it no matter what.

Hearing Julian, Victini got excited and got ready to add another victory on its list, Victini suddenly used Teleport and appeared right behind Gigalith taking it by surprise.

Being so big limited its movement, Victini used this chance and used Psyshock to send the Gigalith crashing into the ground.

At the end of the day Victini was beyond a Champion Level pokemon, no matter what advantage this Gigalith has it cannot defeat Victini, Victini decided to go for the finish with Brick Break.

But this Gigalith decided to go down by itself and take out its opponent at the same time and suddenly used Explosion.

A burst of energy leaked out of Gigalith creating a massive explosion but Victini was a little fasted and used Protect, the Explosion could destroy everything but Julian made a move as well and protected the whole area with his own shield made from Omniforce preventing everything to come down crashing and crushing all the pokemons living on the surface.

The Protect that Victini used got covered with cracks and finally shattered, Victini was sent flying backward but it didn't receive any damage while the Gigalith fainted.

Victini seemed a little disappointed as it was not the one who dealt the finishing blow, Gigalith just pulled the trigger and sacrificed itself by using Explosion.

Every Pokemon in the cave is shocked by the result, the Shiny Gigalith had been the king of this cave for years and had remained undefeated but now it has been defeated by a pokemon that is from outside and works with a human.

The pokemons are cautious of the duo of Julian and Victini, they don't know what will happen now so they are on the edge.

Julian also didn't expect the Gigalith to use Explosion. If he had not used the barrier to protect this cave he and all the pokemons inside this cave would have been buried under massive boulders and dust.

While every pokemon in the area is still processing what has happened here, Julian and Victini now have some fans among the pokemons present here.
