This made Julian believe that Mewtwo was still in Kanto but that was months ago, Mewtwo can easily travel all over the world within a few days if its wants, with all the time it had to grow stronger, it is not impossible for it to do so.

Now that Mewtwo has completely disappeared from the public's eye no one knows where it is, so Julian might think that Giovanni is after Mewtwo, sending his agents all over the world to search for it, a pokemon like Mewtwo which has the power to rival the strongest of legendary pokemons, how could anyone not think about controlling it.

One more thing Julian is worried about is Mewtwo itself, he knows it hasn't caused much trouble but Mewtwo is the only pokemon that has human feelings inside it.

Pokemons may display emotions like humans but it is not that extreme, they don't overact or overreact, while humans, they can do anything based on their emotions, so Julian worries that Mewtwo might just snap one day and create a massive disaster.

After doing so he took them to park and let them just play around, he was in no mood in training them so he just watched them run around the park doing stupid things and having small fights between them, he didn't get involved much in their fights because it is the best way for them to get along with each other, as night arrived he returned back to his hotel and fell asleep, it was a very long and boring day for him and sleep was the best medicine he can ask for.
