As Gengar left the area the temperature around them slowly started to go down and the two frozen guards started to move again, their hearts started to beat faster and the blood in their body started to move again.

They got up their asses and looked at each other gritting their teeth from the sheer cold. ​ ​

"Hey what happened here, why where you both frozen?"

One of them who came after hearing their call asked worried and staying alert as well, they didn't want to end up like them as well.

"Don't know, the temperature around us suddenly started to drop and I could feel my blood being frozen on the spot, it was one of the craziest things I have experienced ever in my life, I am going home, I don't want to stay here any longer"

One of the ex-frozen guards said and got to his feet and started to walk away.

"Wait I will join you as well"

The other one who was frozen said and joined his comrade as well, they didn't want to stay here anymore.

"Hey what about the job, you will get fired"

The ones who came to their rescue said.

"I don't care, I would rather get fired then stay here any longer"

The ex-frozen guard said and ran away scared that they might get frozen again, the ones remaining in the area showed a concerned look on their face, they didn't know what actually happened but they clearly saw their comrades had been frozen on the spot and suddenly unfroze after they arrived.

Julian found a back door to the power plant and entered, just like any other power plant this one is filled with wires and generators going around the area, he walked around to see if there is anything unusual.

He found nothing around the power plant, his only option is to go to the main generator that is in the middle and check it out properly, as he was making his way towards the central room of the power plant he heard footsteps heading his way.

He guessed that these must be the guards that left their post after the warning signal from the guards that were frozen by Gengar.

Julian moved to the side and hid behind a generator and watched as few guards with guns walked in and they all seem to be on edge after what happened outside.

Julian "Gengar, knock them out"

Hearing Julian Gengar floated towards them while being invisible and smacked their head one after the other knocking them out cold, he then entered the main generator room and noticed something unusual, some of the cords that connected to them were actually going underground.

This made Julian realized that something was really fishy around here, he walked towards the wire that was going underground through a manhole and looked down, he noticed that it is actually a sewage passage down below.

Julian "Doesn't this lead to the Castelia city's sewers?"

He questioned, he knew something is off and decided to check it out, he then directly jumped down into the sewage passage, this part was not bad because it was actually dry, there is no wet waste here that irritated him but Julian knew it would get worst as he moves forward.

He used his Omniforce to surround himself and block any unpleasant smell to get into his nose, he looked around carefully and noticed the wires were nailed into the roof of the sewage and were going deeper inside the no-man land as no one would be able to survive in such situation.

Julian didn't like how he started to get more involved in matters that were not related to him but for the public benefit, he actually liked helping people in need so he could only blame himself for jumping into every problem he faces.

He sighed and walked deeper into the sewer by following the wire that was connected to the main generator, he could tell that someone is stealing electricity and this is being hidden to the general public.

He soon found himself in front of a steel gate that shouldn't be inside a sewer, a thick metal doors like this would be used in secret labs or facilities that is trying to protect a secret.

Julian "What the fuck is going on here, why is there a metal door right in the sewers, what are they doing inside?"

Julian asked to himself, he also wondered why the league hasn't done anything yet, the amount of power outage that has been happening in Castelia city, the league can easily find out about it, if they knew something is wrong they will step in.

And if they didn't something is holding them back.

Julian "Gengar, check out what is happening inside"

Hearing Julian Gengar passed through the thick metal door and entered the other side, Julian shared his vision and was surprised by what he saw inside, he saw a young man with blond and blue hair wearing a white coat which seems to have some kind of machine attacked to it.

This man is standing in front of a massive supercomputer and running data which is connected to a massive machine that is generating a lot of energy, energy so powerful that it can destroy the whole city if it leaks out.

Julian frowned as he saw this, he didn't know what this young man is up to but what he is doing seems very dangerous.
