Journey Towards Greatness Chapter 683

Julian knew he has to provide his identity if he wants to walk in and experience what is inside the Battle Institute so he put his hand inside his pouch to take out his ID.
"Hey move aside"
Julian suddenly heard someone from behind, he turned around and noticed a tall man wearing a tight fit white shirt and pants walk towards the entrance, Julian didn't know who this person is but seeing the reaction of the people around the area and how crazily they are reacting to him, he guessed it is someone famous and important.
"Just not anyone can come here and walk into the Institute, go back to where you came from or move aside"
The man said and walked right in, the guards didn't stop him as he is the member of the Institute, the guard just looked apologetically at Julian for that man's rude behavior but they couldn't do anything, they are powerless.
Julian shook his head while also listening to the crowd behind him, they give a lot of information about people they worship.
"Oh my god, it was David Alester, I can't believe I saw him today"
One of them said.
"I heard that he will be participating in this years Unova league to battle Champion Julian and defeat him in the finals"
Another person said.
"Haha, in his dreams, he won't even worth Champion Julian's shoe, he should feel satisfied with his life if he ever stands in front of Julian and worships him"
As soon as Julian heard this, he knew one of his crazy toxic fans are here as well so he quickly pulled out his ID and showed it to the guard so he can get in quickly.
One of the guards took the ID and looked at it, as soon as he did, he froze and looked at Julian with wide eyes, he is shocked and couldn't believe what he is seeing, seeing the guard's reaction, Julian quickly signaled him to stay silent.

The guard quickly calmed down and showed the ID to his partner, his partner was also about to shout but Julian signaled him to stop as well, knowing who is standing in front of them, the guards quickly moved to the side and gave his card back.
They were shocked that Julian himself came here, they also realized that David Alester fucked up very bad.
Some of the people outside saw Julian entering the Institute and they also noticed how respectful the guards were to him, some reporters clicked his photo from behind while other started to speculate who this person could be.
Julian didn't bother with this much and walked in, he is surprised as he saw the interior of this building, everything here is very grand and big, the arts on the wall is beautiful, whoever made them must be very famous and talented.
He soon found himself in front of reception, well it looked like a reception as a lady is standing behind the desk smiling at Julian.
"You must be a new visitor, let me help you and make a pass for you so you don't have to show your ID anymore in other Battle Institutes in Unova and other regions as well, please give me your ID so I can register you in the database"
The lady said with a smile on her face, Julian nodded and gave his ID to the lady, as she received it and took a look at it, she got stunned, after a few seconds she looked at Julian and back at the ID, Julian expected this reaction, well he couldn't blame them as his popularity have been growing crazily ever since his battle in Sinnoh league and his little stunt after than.
The lady got a little flustered as she didn't expect The Julian to come here himself.

Julian "Is there something wrong?"
Julian asked. He didn't want to embarrass her so he decided to help her, she snapped out and shook her head and quickly entered Julian into the Database and returned back his ID to him.
"Can I get an autograph?"
She asked blushing, Julian smiled and nodded, she quickly gave a pen and her diary to Julian to sign on, he sighed it and gave it back and also started to ask questions about how things work in the Institute.
After a few minutes everything became clear, he could hide his identity inside the Insititute if he wants and no one will be able to look into it, except the boss of the Institute, trainers can do whatever they want, they can show who they are or hide their identity, it depended on them.
He also learned that trainers can challenge anyone inside the Institute but their pokemons have to be at the same level for the battle to become official, all these battles are recorded as well and whoever has the best record is the king of the Institute.
To become the king one needs to win more battles, even if a trainer defeated the current king they need to have more wins in his record than the current king to take his place.
This was a very unique way of seeing it but Julian liked the idea, sometimes a win can depend on luck so if a trainer wins by luck he might get the title of the king but they might soon get defeated again, but if the trainer is really skillful and won based on their skill, they will get the title of the king down the line and prove that they are the best at what they do.
