These pokemons are known for their speed and special attack, these two combinations never let any trainer down as they can maintain their distance from their enemy and keep on attacking, while without being in fear of getting attacked by the other party as well due to their impressive speed.

Glen got serious as he knew a faster opponent can be hard for him to overcome but just like before he only needs one good hit to take down this pokemon as well so he didn't switch his pokemon, he wants to take this gym down with only his Sirfetch'd if possible.

With both pokemons on the battlefield, the referee started to battle again and this time Elesa made the first move, her Galvantula has an average physical attack and a good special attack and with speed by her side, she should be able to dominate this battle.

Elesa "Thunderbolt"

Elesa started off with a Thunderbolt to see how Glen will react to it, will he use the same tactic as before or will he try something new, as the Thunderbolt jolted towards Sirfetch'd, Glen, called out for another Brutal Swing to counter it.

All this time Glen has only made his Sirfetch'd use Brutal Swing and one Counter, he hid his arsenal very well and it will come in handy to him in the battle later, now Elesa has to work on forcing Glen to call out Sirfetch'd other attacks so she can begin her attacks.

Approaching an opponent who has not fully revealed its card is dangerous and Elesa knows it clearly, seeing that Glen is still sticking to Brutal Swing, she decided to pressure him more.

With Galvantula's speed, it quickly got around Sirfetch'd and shot a long string of sticky silk at Sirfetch'd.

As Sirfetch'd is not fast enough to dodge that String Shot, Glen went for a defensive maneuver and successfully blocked the String Shot from wrapping around Sirfetch'd but Elesa got her chance to attack now.

She called for a wide-scale attack, Discharge is a very strong electric type attack that hits anyone on the battlefield, it is a little weaker than a Thunderbolt but it still does a lot of damage, having no way to escape this attack.

Sirfetch'd got zapped hard once again.

Elesa "Use Signal Beam"

Elesa didn't stop attacking, she realized that she will be able to dominate her opponent until she is able to keep his pokemon away from hers, she decided to keep her distance and keep attacking.

The Signal Beam shot straight at Sirfetch'd and was about to hit it when it suddenly raised its shield and blocked it head-on, that leaf shield in its hand was really effective at blocking stuff.

Glen "That's it Sirfetch'd, now charge forward"

Glen shouted in excitement and his Sirfetch'd started to move, pointing its leek sword at Galvantula, it charged at it.

Elesa "Use Thunderbolt"

Galvantula blasted a Thunderbolt but Sirfetch'd destroyed it with Brutal Swing again.

Elesa "Destroy this, use Discharge"

Galvantula released a wide-area electric blast that charged at everything in the battlefield, Sirfetch'd couldn't destroy this so it could only put its leaf shield in front of it and charge forward.

The Discharge hit it and shocked it hard but Sirfetch'd kept moving while gritting its teeth, it showed its determination on taking down its opponent who clearly has a massive advantage over it but it doesn't want to give up at all.

Elesa is shocked by seeing this, she couldn't believe that this pokemon would continue its charge forward towards her Galvantula.

Elesa "Use Bounce"

Though her Special Attack was doing damage to Sirfetch'd she didn't know if her Galvantula could continue its attack, there is a limit to the amount of Special Attack a pokemon can move, once the energy inside its body is finished it will lose its strength and stamina and some might even faint.

It is not ok to continue attacking, she could tell her Galvantula was pushing itself with the continuous discharge and it would have fainted if it continued its attack, seeing how persistent the Sirfetch'd is against going down, she knew she has to get close and deliver the finishing blow.

She called out for Bounce as it is the only flying type move her Galvantula knows that can deal a lot of damage to Sirfetch'd who is a fighting type.

Her Galvantula used its powerful legs to jump high up in the sky and came crashing down on Sirfetch'd while its body was covered with flying type energy.

Seeing his chance Glen also called out his move as well.

Glen "Counter with Throat Chop"

Sirfetch'd aimed its sword at the air towards the falling Galvantula, its aim straight at the intersection between Galvantula's head and body, as Galvantula got close, Sirfetch'd pulled its sword back and thrust it at Galvantula at full power.

Both attacks clashed and created a massive explosion, as the smoke cleared up both pokemons could be seen on the ground while staring at each other, suddenly Galvantula twitched and its legs went weak and it collapsed on the ground as it got knocked out.
