Even Fraxure as well, he will evolve soon and Julian is waiting for that moment, when Fraxure evolves, he will turn into a Haxorus who is known for having an attack stat that is even higher than Garchomps.

People actually call it a Semi Pseudo legendary pokemon, but this title is too vague for Julian for him to consider them any close to a legendary pokemon.

A Pseudo legendary pokemon like Garchomp has powers equal to a second rate legendary pokemon, like his Manaphy, anything below that level is not worthy to be given a legendary title.

There is also the third rate legendary who are even weaker compared to pseudo legendary pokemons but they make up with their rarity and the legends and folklore that back of their tales.

If a Haxorus could be called a Semi Pseudo legendary pokemon, then even Snorlax should be one of them but they are not considered Semi Pseudo even though their life force is ridiculous backed up with very good attacks and defense stats.

Julian ignored all this and thought about his next challenge, he will be facing against an Ice-type gym leader and Julian is planning to use his Dragons for this battle, both Fraxure and Deino, it is risky but he wants to have some challenges along the way.

He has heard about the gym leader of Icirrus city, he is a man of few words and is always serious but he is also a formidable gym leader, getting past him is said to be the hardest thing a trainer will experience even when their pokemons are on the same level.

Of course, everyone expects the 8th gym to be the hardest but from what stats have shown, trainers have failed to clear the 7th gym more than when the faced off against the gym leader of the 8th gym, this just shows how much hard the gym leader of Icirrus gym really is.

Training is going great and Fraxure is getting close to that limit and soon he will be able to experience another evolution, same could be said for Deino as well as he will be able to evolve soon as well.

He asked as he noticed Gengar came out of his dimension on his own.

He said and giggled like always.

Hearing him Julian didn't think much because he couldn't enter this dimension but Gengar could so he let Gengar explore it, he knew that Gengar is working on perfecting his own dimension, Julian doesn't have much knowledge about this dimension but his system is working on it.

It is recording every progress that Gengar is making while creating his own dimension, at the start, his dimension was small and weak and it shattered multiple times as he knew nothing about it and how to keep it alive but Gengar kept working on it and now it has stabilized and is expanding.

Julian is waiting for the day, Gengar completes his own dimension because once that is complete, he can actually use it and make a mini-world inside for all of his pokemons to stay in there.

But that day is very far away and Gengar is not even close to creating the perfect dimension.
