Glen's Sirfetch'd have been his ace and he saved it for last, he didn't want to exhaust his Sirfetch'd and keep him till the end to use his as a last resort, and right now he is at his final pokemon and he has to bring out his last resort.

Julian looked at the Sirfetch'd and got a little serious, he has seen this Sirfetch'd in action and it is clearly Glen's strongest pokemon, he expected to face this little guy and he knows this will be troublesome one to take down. ​​

His Hydreigon is a strong pokemon on his own and can take down many pokemon with his current state but right now he is not the best choice to battle Sirfetch'd, he is already at a type disadvantage and half his health.

Julian called Hydreigon back to his Pokeball and sent out his fourth pokemon on the battlefield, he didn't use this pokemon the whole league and this is his first time entering the battlefield.

His shiny black Haxorus entered the battlefield and roared loudly asserting his dominating character and presence, people were once again surprised by seeing Julian's another new pokemon, and people who had placed their bet on Julian having a Haxorus was very happy as they earned a lot of money.

Glen looked at the Haxorus and clenched his fist, the aura around this Haxorus was different, even his Sirfetch'd felt it, it was not because Julian's Haxorus is the strongest of him pokemon but because of his ability called Rivalry, this ability allows Haxorus to deliver more damage to his opponents who are of the same gender and since he is a male, he will be able to land stronger hits on Glen's Sirfetch'd who is a male as well.

Julian "Let's begin then, Haxorus, use Dragon Claw"

Haxorus charged at Sirfetch'd using his powerful legs to build up more speed with every step he took, he extended both his arms and his claws started to glow purple and suddenly two massive claws made of energy grew over them.

As he got close to Sirfetch'd he swung his left hand with an upward slash.

Glen "Block and then use Leaf Blade"

Seeing the incoming attack, Glen made a command, Sirfetch'd used his leaf armor and blocked the first Dragon Claw, even though this shield seems to be made of leek, it was still able to block a powerful Dragon Claw from Haxorus.

Haxorus is Julian's strongest physical attacker in his team so taking an attack head-on like that would be a suicidal option for any other pokemon but Sirfetch'd was able to take it head-on.

Sirfetch'd then swung its sword-like leek at Haxorus as it glowed green in color because of the Leaf Blade being in action.

Haxorus saw this and used the second Dragon Claw which was still active to counter the Leaf Blade, both of them clashed and created a massive boom sound that sounded like a rumble of thunder going off followed by a shockwave.

Haxorus being the physically stronger one of the two was able to manage to push Sirfetch'd back but Sirfetch'd is a master fighter, while Haxorus was pushing hard on the sword-leek, Sirfetch'd used its shield and bashed it into Haxorus.

Haxorus was pushed back separating both of them, Haxorus held his stomach and looked at Sirfetch'd and growled, that hurt a little, even though this Sirfetch'd is small it has a lot of power behind its hits.

Julian couldn't see that advance from Sirfetch'd because Haxorus's body blocked his view, but now Julian knows another way Sirfetch'd can hurt his opponents.

Julian "Use Iron Tail"

Haxorus roared and planted his left leg on the ground and swung his whole body along with his massive tail towards Sirfetch'd using Iron Tail.

His scaly tail covered in metal elements looked like a weapon of destruction which is about to destroy anything that it touches, just Haxorus swinging caused a massive shockwave.

Seeing the power behind the attack Sirfetch'd quickly lifted its shield and tried to block himself.

Glen "Use Iron Defense"

Sirfetch'd quickly activated Iron Defense increasing his defense by a level, Haxorus's Iron Tail finally made contact, and when it touched the shield of Sirfetch'd, it created a loud sound that defended everyone, it was similar to a metal pole falling from a great height and hitting another metal object, it was very irritating to hear.

Sirfetch'd on the other hand felt his whole body vibrating and he felt immense pain in his shield arm as he had to let loose the grip on his shield, but the effects of the move were not over as Sirfetch'd was lifted off his legs and sent flying through the battlefield.

Sirfetch'd used the shield to protect his body from crashing into the ground which caused him to lose his grip on the shield as his body rolled over along with his leek sword.

Seeing the opening Julian didn't wait for a second before giving a command.

Julian "Now, Night Slash"

Haxorus charged at Sirfetch'd who is still getting back to his feet with no shield in his hand to protect himself.

Haxorus used his powerful legs and moved very fast leaving behind dust rising from the ground.

Glen "Counter with Leaf Blade"

Both of them collided again, Haxorus used Night Slash while Sirfetch'd used Leaf Blade, while Leaf Blade is the more powerful move, Haxorus is the stronger pokemon, with both of them collided it caused another massive shockwave along with a thunderous clap of sound.

Haxorus once again seems to be the one coming out on top but to his surprise, Sirfetch'd used this momentum and got behind Haxorus and lifted his shield and took a stance while pointing his sword leek at Haxorus and blocking his whole body with his shield.

Haxorus turned around and looked at Sirfetch'd and showed his teeth, he then charged at Sirfetch'd again using Night Slash with both his arms, Sirfetch'd used Leaf Blade and did the same, both of them swung their attacks at each other and blocked the other one-off.

Sirfetch'd then tried to hit Haxorus with his shield but Haxorus blocked with his second Night Slash, Haxorus then turned around using all his body weight and used Dragon Tail, slamming his tail into Sirfetch'd shield and sent him rolling on the ground again.

But Sirfetch'd got back to his feet, that short exchange was intense but still none of the two have received any severe damage, they are still trying to find a way to get past each other's defense.
