Without wasting any time, Julian made his move.

Julian "Porygon, use Thunderbolt" ​​

Though it's not the best choice for Porygon to attack first, Julian had to because the Honedge might not attack and just escape, Julian has to provoke it or force it to attack and not let it escape.

Though Honedge isn't that fast, seeing the incoming attack, it just moved to the side and little and turned its body causing the Thunderbolt to just glance beside Honedge, because of its flat side it was able to dodge the attack.

Julian was surprised by seeing this, he didn't expect a wild pokemon to do such moves, this proved that this Honedge is more than just a pokemon with great potential, it also has great battle knowledge, this will just help Julian train this pokemon even better.

After dodging the Thunderbolt, Honedge unsheathed itself revealing its razor-sharp metal body, it then pointed the tip at Porygon and charged at it.

Its blade glowed dirty-green as it tried to use Fury Cutter, Porygon just stood there as it analyzed its opponent, as Honedge got closer Julian made his move.

Julian "Use Thunderbolt"

With Honedge charging right towards Porygon, Julian knows it won't have time to dodge a close-range special attack. Since Porygon used its ability, the power behind this Thunderbolt grew.

He shot the Thunderbolt right at Honedge, Honedge tried to cut through the Thunderbolt with Fury Cutter, it was able to go through it using three swipes but it slowed down and got zapped hard.

Honedge has great typing, with having Steel and Ghost as its typing, it is resistant to nine different types, immune to three types, and is weak to four types.

The only types it is neutral to are water and electric.

After getting zapped Honedge struggled to keep itself up in the air and came crashing down on the ground, its blade dug into the ground and its holster followed it as it is connected to the main body through its aura.

Seeing his chance, Julian took out a Pokeball and threw it at Honedge to catch it, the Pokeball hit Honedge and engulfed it, the Pokeball hit the floor and started to shake violently, it shook for a few seconds before splitting into two as Honedge but the ball in half from the inside.

Julian was surprised, he thought that one Thunderbolt will be enough as Honedge's special defense is not that high, that should have ended the battle but it didn't

Once the Honedge got out of the Pokeball, it charged at Porygon again and this time it used Ariel Ace, it shot towards Porygon and disappeared midway before appearing right in front of Porygon and landing a powerful swipe on it but Porygon just took it like its nothing.

Due to his current defense, he could take a few more of these Ariel Ace, now that Honedge is closer to Porygon, he can attack again, with its ability activated Porygon moved on Julian's command.

Julian "Use Electroweb"

Julian had just thought it a new move, it was very easy to teach it because it already knew the fundamentals of how an electric type move works, he just needed to teach it how to use it in a different way.

Porygon shot an Electroweb and trapped the Honedge on the ground as the web continued to zap Honedge.

Julian "Now finish it, Foul Play"

Porygon jumped and crashed into Honedge which was still being trapped and electrocuted by the Electroweb, with the use of Foul Play it was over as the damage was much more than Porygon could ever deal with using its other moves as Foul Play steals the opponents attack stats.

Once Honedge got knocked out, Julian threw another Pokeball at it and captured it, this time he didn't fail as the Pokeball stopped and released a confirmation beep which indicated the capture was successful.

Julian got excited and picked up the Pokeball and looked at it with a big smile on his face, he caught a great pokemon this time, one of the best he has ever captured, he wonders how strong it will become in a few months.

He took out Honedge from its Pokeball and gave it some berries to eat and heal, its mouth seems to be part of its scabbard, it ate the barriers and recovered some of its strength.

Julian examined the Honedge and noticed that it's a male, after talking to it for a few minutes Julian finally decided to leave, he had enough supply for two weeks so he decided to continue through route 7 and head directly to Cyllage city.

With everything in action, Julian didn't waste any time and continued on his journey, route 7 was quite an experience for him, the route was very beautiful, surrounded by nature, filled with beautiful pokemons.

There were many villages on the way and he stopped by them and the one thing he heard inside every village was about this place called the Battle Chateau.

Julian was quite interested in this as he heard a lot about this Battle Chateau, this Chateau seems to be quite famous amongst the trainers of Kalos, Julian wondered why?

People didn't tell much about it to him, they told him that they should figure it out himself.

He decided to check this place out since it is right on the path to Cyllage city.
