She tossed the three pokeballs and captured them, the Malamars didn't even resist a little, they were petrified by their experience inside the shadow dimension, only Gengar knows what they must have experienced and what he did to them.

Once they were captured, Jenny put the pokeballs away and looked back at Julian.

Julian "What are you going to do about these weapons?"

Julian asked.
