Elena returned to see Diego today. She had stopped working at the Wonderful Cafe. She was uncomfortable with Shelina because she always came late. So when Shelina talked to her, she decided to just quit working. She couldn't possibly keep working with her stomach getting bigger and bigger day by day.

Elena also hasn't told Elise about it, so when the woman went to see Diego, Elise didn't ask anything at all. The woman returned to focus on her hobby of design.

Elena smiled as she entered Diego's ward. The man is much better now.

"How are you today, darling?"

"Aren't you working anymore today?"

Elena smiled softly. She has thought of everything. The lie that she was going to tell Diego to make it clear for a few months because of her pregnancy would never be hidden from him anymore.

"No, Shelina gave me a few weeks off before sending me out of town to learn how to bake another cake. So I can provide a variety of menus at the Cafe."

"You're going out of town?" Diego couldn't believe it. There was a sense of unwillingness that crept into his heart. He didn't want Elena to leave him. Diego felt that the woman's departure seemed to leave him forever. He do not know, Diego felt a feeling of unwillingness. This is the first time Elena will go long and separate from him.

"Yes, Shelina ... she paid for me to take a cooking course for six months out of town." Elena had already figured it out. In six months she will give birth, after which she will come back to Diego and tell him everything that happened.

"Darling, you are sick." Understanding Elena's point, Diego smiled softly and rubbed her lips gently. Erase the saliva around Elena's lips.

Elena came out of Diego's ward in the afternoon. She had to go back to the mansion before the grumpy man got home from work. If not, Elena will surely get angry with his anger again.

Mira nodded and said she had to go back to work. Tiara didn't care if she didn't get any info from Mira. She wanted to follow Elena again, but unfortunately, she had lost track of her.

Mira walked away and occasionally glanced behind her. Staring at Tiara's back suspiciously. Who is she? She will tell Elena about that strange and suspicious woman.
