The doctor who handled Dean must have said that he didn't call Rena at all. This certainly makes Rena think about his lie and what the lie was for Diego to do. Maybe by this time Rena had thought that Diego was a criminal who had bad intentions for her beloved grandson. With that in mind Diego can't stay here long. He couldn't possibly meet Rena. The middle-aged woman could have reported Diego to the authorities on charges of planned kidnapping.

Diego had to act fast and leave. Diego turned around and quickly knocked on the window several times, his eyes fixed on Elena. However, Elena, who was too late and focused only on Dean, was completely oblivious to Diego's code or signal. In panic, Diego looked back and saw Rena, who was getting closer. He couldn't stay here any longer.

So, quickly Diego walked up and left there. He was hiding behind the wall at another corner of the corridor. His eyes watched Rena's movements anxiously. His heart was beating very fast. How about this? Elena hasn't come out of Dean's ward at all. What will happen?

Rena walked closer and closer to Dean's ward. She didn't wait a second to immediately open the door to Dean's room. Rena's panicked, scared and wary face made Diego sure that his lie had really been exposed by the middle-aged woman. How about this? What will happen when Rena sees Elena in the room? Could she recognize Elena? What if Rena is suspicious of Elena's presence there? It could be messed up if Rena found out about Elena.

Rena, who was in a hurry, went inside quickly. She even slammed the door to the room in her haste. Rena was silent in front of the door of the room and her eyes were staring sharply at someone who was not far from in front of her. A woman who was standing while carrying Dean, the dear grandson she was very worried about.

The young woman's eyes were still teary and the tears still clearly visible on her white cheeks, something that made Rena startled. Why is that woman crying? Did something happen to Dean? Could it be that the nurse did something bad to Dean?

The question that crossed her mind made Rena scared and anxious. She walked closer to Elena and stood in front of her.

Meanwhile, Elena, who was too late in happiness, could carry and hug Dean, very surprised when she heard the open door and hit quite hard. Her body stiffened when she saw Rena standing in front of her. Rena's sharp eyes probed and watched Elena closely. The thing that made Elena's heart beat so fast.

As the middle aged woman slowly approached her, Elena held her breath. Very scared and worried. How about this? What should she do? What did she say to cover up suspicion and escape Rena's penetrating gaze? If Elena had taken the wrong word even a little, things would have unraveled and became very messy.

"Why are you crying Elise? Did something happen to Dean?" Rena asked in a demanding tone while looking down and observing Dean's condition in Elena's arms.

Rena's words made Elena realize that the middle-aged woman was not at all suspicious of her identity. And think of herself as Elise.

"Elise ?!" Called Rena while looking at Elena who didn't answer her question at all. Rena reached out her hand to take Dean over into her arms.

"Dean is fine, Mom." Elena explained, who moved Dean into Rena's arms.

Then her hands rubbed her face. Wiping the remnants of tears on her beautiful face.

"I'm just sad, Dean was young and had to endure this pain. If I could, I wanted to endure and transfer all of Dean's pain to me. I can't bear to see him hurt like this, Mom." Elena's words made Rena speechless. It was also what she thought, Rena couldn't stand Dean being sick like this. That handsome baby must be suffering a lot.

Then Rena remembered the mysterious nurse who gave her false or mistake information earlier.

"Have you been here since earlier?"

"Yes, Mom."

"When you got here did you see a nurse waiting for Dean?" Rena's question made Elena's body stiffen. Her eyes contracted with surprise but were quickly covered by it.

"Yes, Mom. What's wrong?" Elena tried to act normal to cover up Rena's suspicions.

"Did he do anything or looked suspicious when you walked in?"

"No, he just sat there waiting for Dean. Ah and he also said that Mommy was going to see a doctor." Elena further explains so that Rena does not suspect Diego and stop investigating the man.

"I see," said Rena a little relieved, but there were still remnants of the information in her heart. Maybe the nurse was in the wrong room and Rena was just too worried about her only grandson.

"Then what did the doctor say, Mom?" Actually Elena wanted to get information about Dean's illness. And how the little man is today. Earlier when she was carrying Dean, the baby's body was a little warm.

"Nothing. The doctor didn't call me. The nurse just wrongly called the patient's family." After saying that Rena then looked down and looked at the little baby who blinked, staring and watching Rena since earlier.

Hearing Rena's words made Elena relieved and disappointed at the same time. Relieved that the woman did not suspect Diego anymore and was disappointed that she did not get any information about Dean's illness.

"Oh my grandson is awake, isn't it?" Rena asked Dean and started teasing the little man. Elena who saw that smiled broadly. Inadvertently her eyes turned to the window beside the door. There stood Diego peering into the room.

When the two of their eyes met, Diego quickly beckoned with his finger. Tells Elena to leave immediately before Brian or Elise arrives.

Elena who understood Diego's Signal fell silent. She turned to look at Rena and Dean. Elena was very reluctant to part and leave Dean. But if she stays here any longer, it will be very dangerous. Luckily only Rena came back. What if Brian or Elise came? They might sue and suspect Elena intends to kidnap Dean because she came secretly. So, she had to leave immediately.
