Master Yan let Madam Yan sobbed into his chest. He told her multiple times how he understood her. That he will always be there for her if she wanted to cry. The pain in her heart has never lessen because she just kept it to herself and never released it.

Yan Mor Tee lifted Song Dei Si so she could ride the carousel horse but instead of riding into another jumper he placed himself into the same horse where Song Dei Si at.

"Don't worry, this merry-go-round can carry up to 120kg" said Yan Mor Tee as he envelopes Song Dei Si with his arms and put his chin on her shoulder. Song Dei Si can't help but accomodated him and didn't say anything after that.

Yan Mor Tee broke the silence between them.

"Are you mad?"

That startled Song Dei Si.

"If you're mad with my mother's words. I'm sorry" Yan Mor Tee whispered on her left ear. "She always had these thoughts that you're going to break my heart again and I don't know how to appease her"

"Why? Are you also scared that I will break your heart again"

"I don't have any guarantee that you will never leave me. I am afraid that after you bore our child, you will leave me again."

She pulled herself an inch away from him and looked at him.

"If I leave, are you going to hate me for the rest of your life?"

"No!" Yan Mor Tee answered in a low voice. "When I've decided to help you conceive a baby, I know the repurcussion."

"Why did you help me anyway?"

"I wanted to gamble."

"Gamble?"

"That if you will love our baby so much, there's a slim possibility that you will learn to love the father too."

Song Dei Si blinked her eyes to ensure that she was awake and she heard it right. Her heart start thumping again.
