After Yan Mor Tee has brought Song Dei Si inside his car, he immediately started the car and sped off. He called Butler Min to arrange pick up of his wife's car at the West Cemetery while they were on the way to the Yan Mansion.

"You okay?" He asked Song Dei Si who was unsually quiet while she was sitting at the passenger's seat.

He adjusted the temperature on his car and make it more warmer.

"Do you still feel cold?"

Song Dei Si nodded. She was already covered by the quilt yet she was still shivering.

"Just hang on tight. We're always near our home." Said Yan Mor Tee.

Song Dei Si and Yan Mor Tee took a warm bath together as soon as they they have reached the Yan Mansion and joined Madam and Master Yan for dinner afterwards.

"What happened? Why both of you were drenched by the rain?" Master Yan asked.

"The rain suddenly poured down while Song Dei Si was visiting her mom at the West Cemetery, there was no nearest shelter where she could run to immediately." Yan Mor Tee answered

"You okay?"

"Yes, I'm okay Dad."

"Glad that you did not catch a cold."

"Yeah she just started attending classes at the cooking school so it's a relief that she will not be missing any lessons on the second day of classes."

"Rest early after dinner" Master Yan suggested.

Song Dei Si nodded and smiled at her father-in-law. She appreciates all the concern that he was giving her.

Madam Yan was quiet and never gave any comments on the topic.

After dinner, Yan Mor Tee and Song Dei Si went back to their bedroom. Song Dei Si took her cellphone on her bag and charged it when she saw that it was already battery empty. She turned it on and the numbers of messages came after. Those were from Yan Mor Tee, Ho Min Lin, Tan Ja Nin and from her father. She replied back on Ho Min Lin and Tan Ja Nin's text mesages and told them that she was already home but did not explain anything further. She did not reply to her father yet.

She joined Yan Mor Tee in the bed and embraced him. "Sorry if I made you worry earlier. I was about to call you when I was on my way to the Cemetery buy phone battery got emptied."

Yan Mor Tee smiled and pinched her nose. "Did you already inform Dad that you are already home? He was worried too. Good thing, he knows you very well. He was the one who told me that you might be in the West Cemetery visiting your mom."

Song Dei Si took a deep sigh. Yan Mor Tee was right. Her dad of all people should know her very well and she felt a pang in her heart when she realized how she acted coldly in front of him earlier. She should have known better that it wasn't her father intention to hurt her feelings earlier.

"Can I borrow your phone? I need to call him." She knew that a txt message won't be enough for his father to feel at ease unless he heard her voice.

"Sure!" Said Yan Mor Tee and picked up his phone, unlocked it and gave it to Song Dei Si. She went out to the veranda and made the call.

"Hello Dad, it's me Song Dei Si."

"Dei Si! Are you already home?"

She heard a crack from his father's voice. "Yes, I am already home so you should not worry about me"

"I'm sorry child for being so insensitive earlier. I should have not brought that topic."

"No worries Dad. I've also got too emotional. I am sorry too for giving you a cold front earlier before I left the apartment. Can you forgive me?"

Song Mingsheng hissed. "I'm the one who went overboard. I am really sorry."

"I love you Dad!"

"I love you too, child!"

"I'll sleep early tonight and you should too."

"Okay, goodnight."

She hang up the phone and went back inside the bedroom.

She was about to join Yan Mor Tee on the bed again when they have heard a knock from the door.

She opened the door and saw one of the mansion's helper with a glass of milk on her hand.

"Young Madam. Drink this before going to bed as this may help you easily fall asleep."

Song Dei Si took the glass of milk from the helper and was touched.

"Thank you for preparing this."

"It was Madam Yan who prepared that. She just asked me to give it you."

Song Dei Si was taken aback. She didn't expect this simple gesture from her mother-in-law.

The helper has turned around and was about to leave in front of the door when she called her.

"Can you tell mom, thank you for this?" Said Song Dei Si.

The helper nodded and left.

Song Dei Si's smile was from ear to ear when she turned around and went to the side of the bed.

"Guess who prepared this milk?" she asked her husband and joined him in the bed.

"Mom?"

"How did you know?"

"I've heard it from the helper."

"Eavesdropping!" She rolled her eyes.

"Your voices were quite loud!"

She smiled and finished the glass of milk and put it down at the bed side table.

She embraced Yan Mor Tee.

"I must have done something good in my past life."

"I think so too." Yan Mor Tee grinned and kissed her forehead.

"Goodnight, hubby!"

Yan Mor Tee turned off the lights and embraced Song Dei Si afterwards.

"Goodnight, XiaoSi."

Song Dei Si went up early on the following day and was preparing for Yan Mor Tee's coffee when Madam Yan went to the kitchen to prepare her coffee as well.

"Let me prepare it for you, mom" she voluntarily said.

Madam Yan did not reply and just watched her while she was preparing the coffee.

"Thank you for the milk you've prepared for me last night mom, I've slept well." Said Song Dei Si when she finished preparing her coffee and handed it to Madam Yan.

Madam Yan took the cup of coffee and turned around to leave the kitchen without saying anything to her. Song Dei Si's gaze followed her mother-in-law's back and sighed. She couldn't wait for the day that her mother-in-law will give her a smile and to have a conversation with her.

She went back to the bedroom and brought the coffee that she prepared for Yan Mor Tee.

She was on the way to the Masters of Cookery School when she received a call from Ho Min Lin.

"Hey, Song Dei Si!"

Song Dei Si moved the headset an inch away from her right ear when she heard Ho Min Lin loud voice.

"Can you please lower your voice?" She said when she returned the headset to her right ear.

"What happened to you yesterday? Why didn't you inform Yan Mor Tee your whereabouts? Why I cannot reach you?" Ho Min Lin asked continuously.

"My phone battery got emptied yesterday so I wasn't able to inform Yan Mor Tee."

"Where did you go?"

"At the West Cemetery." She answered.

"Ah so you visited aunt!" Ho Min Lin said. There were several occasions that Ho Min Lin accompanied her to visit her mom at the Cemetery when they were in highschool.

"Why did you visit aunt?"

"Why? Is it wrong to visit my mom?"

"No, I mean, you always went there whenever you have problems to confide with her. What's the matter this time? Did you get into a fight with Yan Mor Tee?"

Song Dei Si hissed. "You're overthinking. I have a lot of time now so I've decided to visit mom. I don't have anything much to do after my cooking classes in the afternoon."

"Really? So why don't we see each other later after your class. Let's go shopping!"

"Don't you have work?" Song Dei Si asked and realized that her bestfriend was one of the bosses in her father's company and she can leave work anytime she want.

"Of course I do have. But I don't have much time to buy for my outfits that I can bring to Hong Kong this weekend."

"You're going to Hong Kong?"

"Yeah with Tan Ji Nan."

"Pre-honeymoon trip?"

Ho Min Lin hissed. "We're bringing Tan Ja Nin with us."

"What a pity! I can't believe that Tan Ja Nin decided to tag along and be your third wheel."

"She doesn't have anything to do yet because there's no news from her agency until now about the first project that she have to shoot"

"I see."

"Do you want to tag along?"

"Hmm, I'll ask Yan Mor Tee."

"You better make him say Yes. It just going to be for 3 days and 2 nights.

"Okay, I'll try!"

"I will also ask Ji Nan if Lee Jin Ho and Lu Jiaosheng can also come with us. This will gonna be our first time to travel out of the country together if ever." Said Ho Min Lin "I'm excited!"

Song Dei Si smiled and thought that travelling with them for the first time wasn't a bad idea at all.

She got excited too.
