He was planning to pop the question at the Pulongsea. He had asked his PA to make an arrangement with the island management for the set up of his wedding proposal. Everything was all set, and he could not wait to start his forever with her.

"What do you and Dei Si talked about earlier?" He curiously asked. He already told Yan Mor Tee about his plan of proposing to Ho Min Lin, though he was sure that Yan Mor Tee can be trusted but when it comes to his beloved wife, he knew that he could trade their almost 3 decades of friendship for her.

"Why would I tell you? Song Dei Si said that you and Mor Tee has secrets, we have ours too." Ho Min Lin said with a smug.

Tan Ji Nan curled up his lips, so Yan Mor Tee didn't betray him yet.

"Eat now." He said. He picked a piece of spicy tofu and stuffed it to Ho Min Lin's mouth.

Ho Min Lin almost chocked on the sudden food that went inside her mouth plus it was spicy.

Tan Ji Nan immediately grabbed the water and gave it to Ho Min Lin.

She gave him a glaring look after she recovered from being chocked.

Master Yan was surprised when he saw Yan Mor Tee at the parking lot. He just alighted from his car.

"What are you doing here?" Master Yan asked.

"I'm going to have a double date with wifey"

"Double date? Who's the other couple? Is it me and your mom? I have no idea about it." Master Yan said.

"Not you and mom. But Ji Nan and Min Lin."

"Oh! But why did you come here and not just meet them somewhere. You cannot pick up your wife since she was bringing her own car too." Said Master Yan as they walked together to the Directress office.

"This is our meeting place. We're going to have a date here in Yan High School."

"Ji Nan's here?" Master Yan asked.

"Uhm!"

"Where is he? I haven't seen Ji Nan for quite awhile now! I wanted to see him."

"He is just here somewhere. Let me give him a ring."

Yan Mor Tee answered. He took his phone from his trouser and dialled Tan Ji Nan's number.

"Where you at?" Yan Mor Tee asked when Tan Ji Nan picked up the call.

"We're here at our Sunctuary" Tan Ji Nan answered. "I can't believe that the Old Oak Tree is still here." He said as he was looking at the tree.

Yan Mor Tee was stunned when he heard the Old Oak Tree.

"Mor Tee still there?" Tan Ji Nan asked because Yan Mor Tee suddenly bacame silent from the other line.

"Wait for us there." Said Yan Mor Tee as he hang up.

"Isn't it the Old Oak Tree that..." Master Yan asked when he realized that they were heading to the place where the Old Oak Tree was rooted.

"Uncle!" Tan Ji Nan shouted when he saw Master Yan. He was so excited to see him again.

Master Yan hastily strode off to where Tan Ji Nan at. He embraced him tightly. He loved Tan Ji Nan because he treated him like his own son and he missed him so much.

"How have you been?" Master Yan asked after they let go each other.

"I'm doing good!" Said Tan Ji Nan "You look great uncle! You look younger now from the last time I saw you. What's your secret?"

Master Yan whispered something to Tan Ji Nan's ear and he suddenly laughed.

"You are really my idol Uncle!" Tan Ji Nan said.

Yan Mor Tee frowned. This lad was lick-booting his father's a&s again and they always have their own little secret conversation.

Tan Ji Nan looked at Ho Min Lin and asked her to come closer to them. "Uncle, I am not sure if you have already met Min Lin!"

"I've met her before. I usually bumped into her when she accompanied Song Dei Si in the hospital when she visited Yan Mor Tee after the accident and..." Master Yan did not finish was he was about to say because Ho Min Lin's face suddenly frowned.

Tan Ji Nan was caught off guard and felt the tension in the air. "Ohh"

"Is she your girlfriend now?" Master Yan asked.

Tan Ji Nan nodded.

Master Yan smiled. "Isn't she Song Dei Si bestfriend? I'm so glad that you fall in love with her. She is someone who is dependable."

Ho Min Lin was starled. She was surprised to know that she left him with that impression.

Master Yan looked at Ho Min Lin "We haven't officially introduced to each other so I wanted to introduce myself. I'm Jao Yan and I am your bestfriend father-in-law and your boyfriend's favorite uncle." He said as he stretched his arm and offered her a handshake.

Ho Min Lin took his hand and politely smiled at him. All the hostility that she felt for him has started to go away. She might have treated him prejudicedly.

"Where is Song Dei Si?" Ho Min Lin asked to Yan Mor Tee.

"We went directly here. I'll call her!" Yan Mor Tee said.

He took out his phone and called his wife. He told her to come to the Old Oak Tree.

"Old Oak Tree?" Song Dei Si asked. "And Dad is with with you?"

Madam Yan looked at Song Dei Si when she mentioned Old Oak Tree and her husband.

"Okay! Mom is waiting for Dad and I will just tell her to come with me at the our Sunctuary."

Sunctuary.

Madam Yan was stunned when she heard that word again.

She almost ruined that Sunctuary.

"Mom..." Song Dei Si called Madam Yan after she ended her call with Yan Mor Tee. "Dad is already here, he is now at the hang-out place under the Old Oak Tree with Yan Mor Tee. Tan Ji Nan and his girlfriend are also there. Let just meet them there."

"No!" Madam Yan refused. "I will send your Dad a message to come here."

"Ohh, okay..." Song Dei Si said. She got her bag and excused herself. "I'll go now."

Madam Yan nodded.

As soon as Song Dei Si left the Directress office, Madam Yan took a deep breath and started to compose a message to be sent to Master Yan.

"Where's your mom?" Master Yan asked Song Dei Si when he noticed that she came without his wife.

"She said she will send you a message to tell you that she will just wait at her office."

Master Yan took his phone from his trouser and saw his wife message.

"I just take my leave now and pick her up at her office then." Master Yan said. "Ji Nan I am so glad to see you again." He looked at Ho Min Lin and said "Glad to officially met you today, Ho Min Lin!"

"Hope to see you more often now, Uncle!" Tan Ji Nan said before Master Yan leaves.

Master Yan nodded and left them.

Song Dei Si went to the Old Oak Tree to check if their initials were still there. She was glad when she saw it.

"Hubby, look!" She excitedly called out Yan Mor Tee while he was talking with Tan Ji Nan and Ho Min Lin.

The three of them looked at Song Dei Si and hurriedly went to her.

Yan Mor Tee lips curled up when he saw their initials engraved at the Old Oak Tree.

"M & D?" Ho Min Lin sneered. "Is that your name initials?"

"Uhm" Song Dei Si answered "This has been engraved here since we were in our Senior High"

"Really?! Why didn't we notice that?" Tan Ji Nan surprisingly said

"Our love for each other was compacted when I engraved our name initials!" Yan Mor Tee said smugly.

"Did you say, that for as long as this tree is standing here, your love for me will never fade?" Song Dei Si sweetly asked.

"Uhm" Yan Mor Tee answered and gave her a peck.

"Should we engrave our initials here too Min Lin?" Tan Ji Nan asked his girlfriend and got excited with that idea.

"No you can't!" Yan Mor Tee said "This tree belongs to me and Song Dei Si"

Tan Ji Nan hissed. "This belongs to us. We both discovered this tree!"

Yan Mor Tee frowned. "Get your own love tree."

"Didn't we share each other things since we were kids?" Tan Ji Nan said. He really wanted to engrave his and Ho Min Lin initials there too.

"Hubby, let him engrave their names to the other side of the tree. He is right, this tree belongs to you and your friends. This is your group Sunctuary became we discovered it, right Min Lin?" Song Dei Si said. She could no longer bear to see the two adults bickering like children over an Old Oak Tree.

Yan Mor Tee looked at his wife and he cannot say NO to her.

"Okay! Go and engrave your initials! But how will you engrave it then? You don't have a knife?" Yan Mor Tee snorted.

Tan Ji Nan smiled. "Just so you wait here!"

He went back to the cafeteria and ask the Old Lady to lend him a knife.

He started engraving their initials as soon as he came back to the Old Oak Tree. After he finished engraving their initials, he held Ho Min Lin's hand and affirmingly said "As long as this tree is standing here, my love for you will also never fade."

Ho Min Lin looked at their engraved initials

"J & M"

She smiled and nodded. "For as long as it's standing here!" she said and gave Tan Ji Nan a peck too.
