"Uncle, Auntie, I'm so happy you were able to make it tonight. My happiness isn't complete, if you weren't here!" Tan Ji Nan said, he went to greet Master Yan and Madam Yan at theit table during the reception.

Madam Yan smiled and hugged Tan Ji Nan and then looked at Ho Min Lin who was standing next to him. "Congratulations, Tan Ji Nan, you've got a lovely wife!" Madam Yan said.

"She's Ho Min Lin, Auntie and Uncle!" Tan Ji Nan introduced Ho Min Lin.

"Glad that we're finally introduced to each other. I was curious to know whom this Ho Min Lin that Tan Ji Nan always talked about with Yan Mor Tee since gradeschool! I was happy to meet Tan Ji Nan's first love and now his wife! We've never thought that you are the heiress of the Ho Empire!" Master Yan said.

Ho Min Lin face blushed. Though most people addressed her as the heiress of the Ho Empire, she never boasted it all of her life.

"I'm glad to have met you too Uncle Yan and Auntie Yan. Tan Ji Nan has told me that you were like a second parent to him." Ho Min Lin said.

"Yes, he, Tan Ja Nin and Yan Mor Tee grew up together and treated each other like siblings!" Said Master Yan

"Uncle, Auntie, Ho Min Lin is Song Dei Si's bestfriend since gradeshool!" Tan Ji Nan said.

"Really?" Madam Yan said and looked at Song Dei Si who was also seated on the same table then she suddenly remember "Oh, I think I already met you when you were in Grade 10, you were with Song Dei Si when I bumped into her at the Foundation Day right?"

Song Dei Si and Ho Min Lin looked at each other. Ho Min Lin smiled and was happy to know that Madam Yan has recognized and remembered every encountered she had with Song Dei Si, that only means that since then, Song Dei Si had already made a mark with Madam Yan. "Yes, I was that girl Auntie, I thought we've also met in several occasions like during Tan Ja Nin's debut party and during the Yan Mor Tee's birthday at your beach house."

Madam Yan nodded "Yeah, that's why you didn't seem to look so foreign to me. I am so glad that you married Tan Ji Nan! If you are our daughter-in-law's bestfriend, I'm pretty sure, you are also a nice girl and would take good care of Tan Ji Nan!"

Ho Min Lin made a soft laugh. "You're right Auntie!"

"Mom, I didn't know you have high regard on your great daughter-in-law!" Yan Mor Tee teased her mother.

Madam took a glance at Song Dei Si and her face has turned crimson. She curled up her lips.

Song Dei Si could not help but wanted to hear what her mother-in-law would say. Her heart was pounding. She was beyond touch to know that Madam Yan thought of her as a nice girl. Maybe she didn't say it directly but the underlying message was evident.

"Because I think you wouldn't fight for her and stick with her if she is just a so-so!" Madam Yan told her son.

Yan Mor Tee made a fake cough. "Of course. I hit a jackpot!"

Master Yan chimed in "Stop putting Song Dei Si on a hot seat here. Her face has blown red."

"Everyone's at the table laughed.

"Please excuse us for awhile. We have to go and greet the other guest" Tan Ji Nan said. "Enjoy the rest of the evening!"

"We will!" Master Yan said.

Ho Min Lin and Tan Ji Nan left the Yan's table and then went to the table where Lee Jin Ho and Lu Jiaosheng were seated.

"Hey, Mr and Mrs Tan! Congratulations!" Lu Jiaosheng said when he saw the newly wedded couple.

"Thank you, Lu Jiaosheng!" Said Tan Ja Nin

"Are you having a good time here?" Ho Min Lin asked.

"I think we are. Even if I have to endure the rest of the evening being left here with Lu Jiaosheng!" Lee Jin Ho said.

Tan Ji Nan laughed "Why didn't you bring your girlfriend with you! At least if you're with her, you wouldn't get bored with Lu Jiaosheng's company here."

Ho Min Lin made a fake cough and murmured "I think she's just here somewhere.."

"What did you say?" Tan Ji Nan asked his wife.

"Huh?!" Ho Min Lin said

"I thought I've heard you saying something..." Tan Ji Nan said. "But I didn't catch it so clearly!"

"Ahh, that's nothing.." she said and looked at Lee Jin Ho.

"If I bring my girlfriend here, that make Lu Jiaosheng to look more pitiful being our third wheel here!"

Tan Ji Nan laughed "Lu Jiaosheng, don't you have plans of getting a new girlfriend soon?"

"Yeah, I think you should start finding a girlfriend too. It's a pity that in the future, if we plan to have a group date. You'll be left alone at the corner!" Ho Min Lin teased.

"Who wouldn't want to have someone on his life? But what can I do, I could not find her?"

"Are you referring to that girl in Hong Kong?" Ho Min Lin asked "Don't tell me you fell in love with her!"

"Is it possible to fall in love with someone whom you just had a one night stand with?" Lu Jiaosheng asked.

"I don't know. Maybe you can ask Lee Jin Ho!" Said Ho Min Lin.

Tan Ji Nan and Lu Jiaosheng shifted their gaze to Lee Jin Ho.

"All my respect for you will be gone if you're engaging yourself into a one night stand like Lu Jiaosheng here!" Tan Ji Nan said.

Lu Jiaosheng hissed! "Aissh! You guys are hurting me. So you're telling me you don't respect me because I was sleeping with some women in the past that I don't have relationship with.."

Tan Ji Nan made a fake cough. "I'm just kidding bro! I know you have reasons why you did that in the past. You resort to having a one night stand with those girls because you were badly hurt. After that broken engagement with your ex-fiance, you've thought that all women are the same and they are not worthy to be treasured so you treated them like trash!"

Lu Jiaosheng did not answer. Because it was true. He played with those women because a woman like them has played him.

"But I think his perception towards woman has already changed since you met that girl in Hong Kong, right?!" Ho Min Lin asked.

Lu Jiaosheng slowly nodded.

"Tsk..tsk...if you really like that girl why did you stop searching for her?" Ho Min Lin said.

Lu Jiaosheng took a deep sigh. "Because it's impossible for the two of us!"

Tan Ji Nan tapped his shoulder "You will also meet your match soon. At least your perception towards woman has already changed. Because I'm telling you brother. Not all women are the same.."

"Yeah, please make sure that when you've found her, treasure her because true love only came once in a lifetime. So my advise is, if that girl was the reason why your perception towards women has changed, you might have fallen in love with her without even knowing it." Ho Min Lin said.

Lu Jiaosheng was startled. "Even if it's impossible for the two of us?"

"Why is it impossible? For as long that little girl isn't into a relationship yet, you still have a chance on her!" Ho Min Lin answered.

Lu Jiaosheng stroked his glabella. "What if she didn't like me at all?"

"For the mere fact that she gave her first time to you means that she was attracted to you in the first place..." Ho Min Lin said.

"Yeah, it kept me thinking too, how would a young girl like her engaged on a one night stand with a perfect stranger? I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't her first time, but she lost her virginity with Lu Jiaosheng...so it could only mean that she wasn't that kind of a slutty at all!" Said Tan Ji Nan.

"Maybe because Lu Jiaosheng lured that girl into his casanova charm" Lee Jin Ho said coldly.

"Didn't Lu Jiaosheng say that he tried to send back the girl to her hotel but she was the one who refused to let go of Lu Jiaosheng? Maybe it was the other way around. Lu Jiaosheng was the one that been lured by that young girl and..."

Tan Ji Nan wasn't able to finish what he was about to say when Tan Ja Nin came to them rushing.

"Tan Ji Nan! Our relatives are looking for you because they wanted to meet your wife!" Tan Ja Nin said.

"Ohh, we were caught on a good conversation here." Tan Ji Nan said.

"And what are you discussing. You all look so serious tho!" Tan Ja Nin asked.

"Well we're just discussing if it's possible for someone to fall inlove with the one they had a one night stand with." Ho Min Lin said "We're going now to meet your relatives so maybe you can shed some light to Lu Jiaosheng about that topic!"

Tan Ja Nin face blushed and she could not help but blinked her eyes several times.

Her new sister-in-law was really something and annoying sometimes!
