Lu Jiaosheng eyes were glued at Lee Chin Mei so he had noticed that sudden changes on her face complexion. "Mei Mei, you okay? You looks so pale." A worried voice came from him.

Song Dei Si and Ho Min Lin got worried too.

"Are you sick or something?" Lu Jioasheng asked. "You seems not in your best self today" he added when he remember how her hands slipped while that bottle of water earlier.

He stood up and handed her a glass of water.

"I think you should go home and take some rest now" Song Dei Si said.

Lee Chin Mei nodded. She thought that it might be better if she leave the place as she could not afford to stay any longer. Lu Jiaosheng was right, she wasn't in her normal self because of his presence.

"Yes, Lu Jiaosheng, please bring her home" Ho Min Lin said.

"...."

Lee Chin Mei wanted to deject her suggestion but Lu Jiaosheng was so quick to response.

"Sure! I'll just pack my things" He said and started shutting off his laptop.

"Big sister Min Lin, I can grab a cab and..."

"No, how could we allow you to go home alone with that state. If there will be something bad that happen to you along the way, we could not forgive ourselves. Let your Old Brother Lu brings you home to ensure that you are safe."

Old Brother. Lu Jiaosheng mouth twitched. He doesn't to be her Old Brother.

Lee Chin Mei looked at her brother who was still sleeping.

"Don't worry we will take good care of your brother while Ja Nin is out" Song Dei Si assured her.

Lee Chin Mei nodded. She looked at Lu Jiaosheng who was just ready to leave.

"So we're going now." She said, she gave them a kiss on the cheeks before she headed to the door. Lu Jioasheng followed her.

When they were already in the hallway, she suddenly stopped and looked back at Lu Jiaosheng.

"Brother Lu, you don't need to send me home. I'm okay really. Maybe I'm just a bit tired but I can manage to go home alone."

"But you were so pale earlier"

"It was because..." how could she say to him that the sudden change on her expression was because she didn't expect that the conversation earlier will be focused on her.

Didn't Ho Min Lin reminded her to keep her chastity before her wedding night? How could she do that if she already gave her first night away?

Lu Jiaosheng was waiting for her next words

"You are about to say something.."

"Never mind. Where's your car?" She said and started walking again. She realized that what would she afraid of? She can always act as casual like before in front of him.

"At B4." Lu Jiaosheng said.

"Can you walk ahead of me so I can just follow you." She suggested.

"No, let's walk together. How could I see if you're okay if you are behind me?"

"Okay!"

On the way to the Lee's family Villa, Lee Chin Mei was quiet as she sat at the front passenger seat.

"Do you want to play a music?" Lu Jiaosheng asked as he took a glance of her. He cannot withstand the quietness inside the car.

"No" She answered and didn't look at Lu Jiaosheng. She was looking at the view outside the car window and had wished that they reached home as soon as possible. But the traffic wasn't good at them.

"It seems like it's traffic on our way to the Villa, if you want to sleep, go ahead."

How can she sleep, if her heart was thumping so fast?

Lu Jiaosheng phone rang.

She looked at the small screen on his car panel and saw the name of the caller.

Wu Charie.

Why was this woman calling Lu Jiaosheng again.

"Hi Charie!" He doesn't have a headset on so he answered it on a speaker mode.

"Lu Jiaosheng, sorry if I call you but I was waiting for your call again but you never did..."

Lee Chin Mei looked outside the car window again but her ears were focused on Lu Jiaosheng conversation with this certain Charie on the phone.

"Oh!" Lu Jiaosheng answered. He was a bit guilty because he has no intention of calling her back again. "Apologies, something came up."

"It's fine. Well about the movie that I was saying earlier. It's the movie of Chu Jiuyou that will be showing next week. We can get a VIP ticket from my cousin brother who happens to be Chu Jiuyou boyfriend"

"Your cousin brother? Isn't he the owner of YH Entertainment?"

"He was the owner before, but someone bought it months ago."

"I see." Lu Jiaosheng answered. He can't believe that Chu Jiuyou was still dating the guy eventhough he was no longer the owner of YH Entertainment. As far as he knows, Chu Jiuyou will only dated a guy if she was beneficial to her.

"So are we going next week?" Wu Charie asked.

Lee Chin Mei for unknown reason suddenly had a hiccup attack.

She scolded her stupid self.

Lu Jiaosheng shifted his gaze to her.

"You okay?" He asked her and was worried when she suddenly made hiccups.

Lee Chin Mei answered "Ye---s!" but could not say it clear due to her stubborn hiccups.

"Where you at? Are you with someone right now?" A voice from Wu Charie came from the speaker. She got alarmed when she heard a female voice.

"I'm on the way to the Lee Villa. I am with my Lee Jin Ho's younger sister now and I'm about to bring her home because she's not feeling well." Lu Jiaosheng answered.

"Oh, okay, I think I've called you at the wrong time."

"No worries"

"Okay, I'm hanging up now." Her voice was quite disappointed.

"Charie wait---"

"Yes?" the woman on the other line said in a very sweet voice and suddenly cheered up!

Lu Jiaosheng looked at Lee Chin Mei before he made a response.
