"And, I just found out that the next event is horse racing. It will be taking place in two days from now on." he informed them.

"They will send the details in an hour. And, all the best Brina. Also all the best, Lady Amelia." Calvin said.

He was about to talk something with Louis, however he hurriedly left when he got a notification.

"Ahh.. I love horse riding." Hailey said, when she got a notification, informing her about the next event.

"It's fun but at the same time, it is challenging as well." Charlotte said.

"True. I agree!" Amelia said.

"What is your view on this, Brina? Are you fine with this competition? Katherine and Olivia are pretty good at this." Charlotte questioned.

Even Louis looked at Brina, a tinge of concern evident in his greyish black eyes.

"I am over the average." Brina answered in a subtle manner.

However, a faint shade of sorrow crossed her face as her past memories flooded her mind.

How she and her brother Seth used to take rides on their horse, how they used to compete, do vaulting and make fun of each other.

She even remembers Will's cute and white pony she gifted him on his birthday.. the very last birthday he celebrated with his parents. He was too happy and didn't leave the field for almost a week.

She, Seth, Will and Lilian used to take a ride around their estate.. chilling around.

Apart from those happy moments, she had some bitter moments as well.

Even he took the rides with them, teaching Will as if he was so concerned for her nephew. She was a fool..

She was a fool to believe his good intentions!

She still remembers those days.. when they used Heysed to be a Polo Club Member.. Captain of the opponent teams.

To be more elaborate, they got close by this means.

He used her in all the way he could..

"Baby?" Louis called her, bringing her back from her reveries.

"You spaced out, hon. Is everything okay?" he asked, worried.

He figured out that it has something to do with her past. However, he didn't want to bring up those topics in front of others.

"I'm fine, hon. Just got a bit distracted." Brina said, giving a faint smile.

Meanwhile, Amelia looked at the pair with awe. She can feel their love and she is in fact moved.

However, she also understood that Brina has some sad past. But, she decided not to nag too much.

Some things are better not to be touched.

She took a peek at her crush, who was 'silent talking' with Hailey.

'I hope they aren't in a relationship.' she thought.

If they really are in the relationship, she can do nothing but to step out. He is 'just' her crush not her lover.

"Uhmm.. guys, I should be going now. I am sure my people will be waiting for me to discuss for the next event." Amelia said, standing up.

"Amelia, are you okay with horse riding?" Brina asked suddenly.

"Uhm, to be frank I'm actually afraid of wild horses and some breeds. They are so aggressive sometimes." she said, slightly embarrassed.

Her father, Francis gave her total freedom to pursue what she wanted. As she was not interested to be raised as a Noble Lady, she never gave much thought in learning all those things.

Those were her vacation hobbies.. that's it. Nothing more than that. She is more of an indoor girl who loves mind games and experiments.

Meanwhile, Louis is right away realizing what his baby girl is thinking. He smirked inside.

"Then you definitely have to worry about this event, Amelia. Those horses will be nothing but wild and energetic. You have to get familiarised with some skills to stay safe while riding on those." Louis said.

"But, where will she practice, honey? Most importantly, who will teach her?" Brina asked, playing along.

Louis pretended as he was thinking and then snapped his fingers. "Gotcha!" he said.

"Dan, how about you teach Amelia? You have full access to private ranch rights? And, no one will come to know as well. It's your ranch technically." Louis said.

For a split second, Amelia almost had an urge to shout 'YES'. However, she composed herself and looked at Louis, 'nervously'.

"I guess it will be helpful. But, if Daniel is not free.. then.." she looked at Brina and Louis who are pretending to not act like matchmakers.

However, she looked right through them.

And, she couldn't thank them enough for helping her.

Brina is really good and as well as genuine.

Now, she started liking it more.

"Dan, are you busy tomorrow?" Louis asked.

"I think he is free. I remember him telling me that." Charlotte added, supporting her dear friend.

Meanwhile, Daniel really couldn't comprehend what's really happening.

Why is he feeling like he is getting pushed to help Lady Amelia?

However, his heart is 'unromantic' enough.

'If this will help my sister-in-law to gain an allies, I will definitely do it. It's just teaching.. nothing else.' he told himself.

"Sure.. sure. I will help Lady Amelia." Daniel answered after a few moments.

"It's set then." Brina clapped her hands.

"Sis-in-law, what about you? Are you really okay with wild horses?" Daniel asked, worried.

Brina didn't know what to tell.

She probably can't tell him that she once had a black, Arabian horse of the rarest and powerful breed which she named Maximus and how many glorious adventures she shared with her loyal and favorite horse.

All in sudden, she started missing her horse. She couldn't help but wonder whether it is still alive or not.

If alive, who would be taking care of it?

Her cousins were always jealous of her horse. She just hoped they didn't try to force Maximus to take the new owner.
