Academy is nothing like a normal school of contemporary days. Not even some of the best schools could come for comparison.

Alpha Academy is a big, huge castle. A group of castles situated in the same place, to be more precise.

As this Academy is built by many Kingdom's together, it is indeed very majestic and aesthetic.

Meanwhile, as soon as their cars stopped at the huge entrance, the own guards of the Academy followed the protocols.

They are as professional as the Royal guards and they don't follow anyone's orders except their Governor and Governess. And, for them it really doesn't matter if the other person is King or Queen or anyone from the Royal family.

For them, everyone is equal. And, everyone had to follow the same rules.

After passing the security tests, everyone enters the imperial building.

In simple terms, it's the administration building where the hall of fame and the official chambers of all the professor's are present.

"Welcome, Prince Edward. I am Lady Sarah, the secretary of the hospitality section of the academy." she introduced herself, politely.

"Sorry for inconvenience, Prince Edward. The Governor and Governess are in an important meeting and they will be here in a short while. So, please make yourselves comfortable" the secretary said, as she slightly bowed.

She politely smiled at others and bowed her head in respect, for which, others bowed at her and smiled back.

"Thank you, Lady Sarah. It's totally fine! We will wait patiently. And, till the Governor and Governess arrive, we all will be visiting the hall of fame" Louis told her.

He is excited to flaunt about his accomplishments in front of his baby girl.

He wants to show her how good and genius he was as a student.

"Sure. We will make arrangements" the secretary answered and she immediately ordered her subordinates to assist them.

Though the academy doesn't encourage biasedness, these people are the guests of the academy now.

It's very rare that the Governor and Governess allow these events to take place in the Academy.

This might be a favor or else, it could be that this is the vacation time and the Academy is not too crowded, they agreed.

After a few minutes, everyone found themselves in the hall of fame.

The hall is too huge and the ceiling is in dome shape, made of a glass and marbles. Inside the hall, there are many showcases in which the trophies, shields, medals and other awards are secured.

Each of it is labelled with the year name and including it, the names of the winners are also engraved on the tiny gold plate which were placed at the awards.

Brina just looked around, searching for Louis's study years. She wanted to know how many of those awards are achieved by her dear boyfriend.

Meanwhile, Charlotte approached her and pulled her to one of the showcases.

"You can't find Edward's name here. Didn't I say that students don't use their real names here?" She whispered to Brina.

It's a rule here that no one has to use their real names. They shouldn't reveal their identity as it would cause splits among the students, affecting the unity of them.

"So, what's his name?" Hailey, who was following them asked.

"Well! It's Edlen. 'Ed' from Edward and 'L' from Louis." she whispered.

As they reached the showcase, Charlotte showed them. "Here, he is!!" she excitedly showed.

The showcase is a very special one where the custom name tag batches are kept. They are gold-plated, batches on which the names are engraved.

"These are the batches, the King and Queen (Best male and female students of the year) of the academy. After they get selected, they have to attach these batches to their robes.And, at the end of the year, they have to give it back so that it can be showcased here" Charlotte said.

"As faces cannot be revealed and people can't identify the others, their name and their ranks amongst the students will be engraved in this batch. And, students must wear it. In simple terms it's an ID card. At the end of year, everyone gives them back but only the batches of King and Queen will be displayed in this special showcase" Charlotte ended her explanation.

20XX - Ivia, the Queen. Edlen, the King

"Ivia is Olivia. The last four alphabets of her name. Edlen is Edward" Charlotte whispered pointing to a pair of batches.

20XX - Beatrice, the Queen. Edlen, the King.

"Here. This is the second year Edward got selected as King" Charlotte said.

"Uhmm, who is Beatrice?" Hailey asked.

"She is an angel!"

"She is a bitch!"

At the same time two people spoke, making Brina and others look around.

The first one is Katherine while the latter is Olivia.

"Olivia, mind your words. Don't you dare to speak ill of my best friend" Katherine shouted. For the first time ever, Katherine lost her cool self.

"Oh! So that bitch's friend is you! I used to think always, who could be that tail always following the bitch. So, it's you. That Athena is Katherine" Olivia laughed, full of mockery.

Katherine gritted her teeth. "You are just jealous of her, Olivia! Beatrice is a way more accomplished than you and she got selected as Alpha's Queen, two times consecutively.

Besides this, she was a favorite student of all your favorite professor's and had also won many competitions, events. Unlike you, she had many followers and admirers" Katherine smirked.

"Or..or, are you jealous that even Prince Edward used to like her and admire her?" Katherine asked, smiling as she pridefully raised her eyebrows.

Olivia gritted her teeth.

"Who would be jealous of that mere commoner? It really doesn't matter who was best, cuz, at the end of the day I am the person who is standing here. Basking in this glory. Not her!!" Olivia chuckled mockingly.

"She just vanished without any notice. She just ran away like a coward" Olivia laughed, for which Katherine yanked at Olivia's collar.

"She isn't any coward. And, who said she vanished, huh? I met her a few days back and she is in a higher position than any of us. The wealthy, powerful person" Katherine said, gritting her teeth.
