"Really, Sabrina??" the Governess chuckled.

"An employee? In your own company?" she laughed.

"Normal degree from some random college? Seriously?" she laughed again before closing the document and concentrating her whole attention on Brina.

"Madam Governess, you might have mistook me with someone. If you excuse… I really need to go" Brina said, standing up.

She was about to reach the door when a voice stopped her.

It was no more authoritative nor it was mocking. In turn, it was emotional and affectionate.

"You might be fooling others, Sabrina. But not me! Do you really think you could fool someone who knows you from the minute you are born?"

"Do you really think your own Godmother couldn't recognize you..huh??" The Governess said, standing up.

Brina's shoulders could be clearly seen, shivering. It is too obvious she is on the verge of crying.

She knew Morgana would recognize her.

That was the reason Brina was nervous to come here. She didn't wanted to face her loved ones!!

But she knew this would happen. Right from the day she found out that the remaining events would be taking place in Alpha Academy, she knew this would happen.

Morgana wouldn't have actually given permission to continue this event here. It is very rare for such things to happen in the Academy.

However, as a Godmother of Brina, she couldn't control her urge to see her daughter. It's been years since she saw her beautiful Godchild.

"Dear, you are really stubborn!" The Governess said, as she placed her hand on Brina's shoulder and turned her around.

"And you, heartless!" Brina retaliated.

"So, you knew all along that I am alive! Yet..yet.." Brina stopped as she angrily looked at the woman in front of her. A heated tear rolling down her cheeks.

She smacked away Morgana's hand from her shoulder in anger.

"Really?! Am I really that heartless, Sab? I was the one who warned you about that sabotage, that day! I risked my life to save you and I am still risking my life to hide you from that danger, dammit." the Governess flared up too.

However, her eyes were filled with love and concern

"Seems like your IQ dropped a lot after that fateful day. Do you really think you didn't make any mistakes while hiding for all these years? You have indeed made some mistakes and I have always been that person who has been erasing them for you."

"It has been hard on me too! Not meeting my dearest Godchild and her nephew, it really wrenched my heart. Whenever I used to find out that you were having a mental breakdown and you were feeling lonely, it used to kill me."

"However, I promised your parents I would take care of you no matter what happens. So, I really had to take this hard decision to stay away from you and protect you"

"Now tell me, my dear, are you still angry at me? Did I do any wrong by not showing up to give you a shoulder to cry? You had enough people who could support you morally but you didn't have people to protect you physically! So, I and Remus had to take that responsibility" she explained to Brina who was pursuing her lips in guilt.

"I didn't mean to get angry on you, mum. I knew it was you and Remus who were helping me secretly. However, when I just saw you here… I just couldn't help but flare up. Though I am not angry at you for what you did, I am still angry about the other matter" Brina said.

Before that accident took the lives of Brina's family, Brina and Morgana were not on talking terms.

They had a fight about something Morgana was hiding back then.

"I know" Morgana sighed.

"So, when are you going to confess to Natalie that you are her birth mother? She really needs to know the truth!" Brina said.

"Moreover, she just married a Prince and the oldie there, is not up to any good. Mum, Natalie is so fragile and sensitive. I am afraid that she will get bullied." she said

"They had to know that Natalie is not any random woman they could play with! They had to know that Natalie is a daughter of legendary Governess of this whole academy so that they would never dare to harm her"

Governess Morgana sighed when she heard Brina's argument.

"I know that it's about time, dear. But, I am worried what her father would do if he finds out that his daughter is alive! I don't want to risk her life. For now, it's for her own good to not reveal my relationship with her"

"One day, I will surely tell her, but, Sabrina, this is not that day! Before I could tell her, I had to make sure her father won't be in a position to do any harm to her."

"Moreover, Ethan is a good man. He really cares about her and I am sure he won't let anyone from his family harm her. Even her in law's are good and I am very thankful to God for that."

"And I am even more glad that you and Natalie will be married into the same family" she said. Her voice jubilant when it came to the last sentence.

"But think about one thing, Sabrina. Ethan might save her from his grandmother and Olivia but I am not sure if he could save her from unknown danger, which is none other than her father. So, it's better I don't reveal my relationship to her" Morgana told her.

"I got it, mom. And, you already know about me and Louis!"

"As you know, I want a favor from you, mum" Brina said, smiling wide.

That smile was enough to melt Morgana.

"The devil is back and who am I to dare to not fulfill her favor! Shoot up, little devil" Morgana said, giving her signature eye look.

"Well, could you arrange a joint room for me and Prince Edward?" Brina asked, making Morgana dumbfounded.
