Meanwhile, even Brina was shocked. However, she quickly composed herself and reciprocated his kiss, pouring all her love and overwhelming emotions in it.

"I know we are destined," Louis said, however the King and others could listen to it due to the pin drop silence that just etched in the hall.

"We had all our firsts with each other. Isn't it simply too beautiful? I just couldn't believe it"

"My childhood sweetheart was you. You were my best friend back then. Again, you become my friend in academy and you have been my first crush, the one with whom I had my first kiss. Later, we parted and met in Country H. You became my first love and the only woman I dated till now. I just couldn't believe how we have been meeting each other again and again" Louis said, smiling at her.

Brina's eyes brimmed with tears. "Even I couldn't believe it. No wonder I felt very comfortable with you back in the academy as well as in country H where we met a few months back. When I found out you are Prince, I was devastated. But now, I am really glad that I made the right decision by coming here. You are my destiny, the torch which walked me in the right path." Brina said, and all again their lips crushed into each other.

Meanwhile, some could feel their eyes brimming with happy tears, while some of the others were still in shock. However, their destined love moved them.

The happiest person is King Edgar here. He still remembers Rhea and Jennifer (Louis and Brina's mother's) promising each other to marry their children to each other.

If they were here right now, they would have been the happiest persons alive.

After the long and passionate kiss, Louis and Brina have at last acknowledged that they aren't alone.

Louis coughed to clear his throat. His hands which are wrapped around her waist loosened a bit as his hand trailed down through her arm to entwine their fingers.

With his hand holding hers tightly, Louis looked at his father.

"Father, you have asked me if I have someone I love, however, that day I have lied to you. Although I wanted to tell you about me and Brina, I was not able to do so. It's because Brina asked me not to, so that she could win fair and square. She didn't want to use our relationship to win and was adamant to win based on her potential. She took a promise from me that I shouldn't help her in any way. That's why I couldn't tell you" Louis said.

"But now, I don't think continuing the competitions will make sense. We have already seen how capable Brina is. And, her background isn't a matter to be concerned anymore because she is clearly on the top in this case."

"Besides this, she is also in top. With Olivia eliminated and banished, Brina doesn't have any potential opponent" Louis said.

As soon as Louis finished, the whole hall erupted with whispers.

Yes, it's clear that Brina is far more capable than anyone here. She is after all the famous and most loved princess of the powerful, Kingdoms Wentris.

However, they abruptly can't cancel the events and announce her as next Queen, right?

"We don't agree too, your highness" Kiara's father said, as he stood up.

"Yes. Though the bride selection is to select our Queen, there are other factors that are connected to this event too, your highness. The rankings of every lady are extremely important to the Houses so that we could form alliance's among us." Katherine's father said.

Though the ladies might not win, the rankings affect other aspects.

Like, forming alliance's, stabilizing their positions in their internal clans and houses etc.

King Edgar sighed internally. He knows this would happen. This event is very prestigious that Houses would never agree to stop them in the middle.

"We will discuss this tomorrow morning. All the ladies have not slept properly all night and have been through a lot. They must have a good rest and even we all have other immediate matters to discuss about" King Edgar announced.
