She doesn't like when someone intentionally keeps her in dark when it comes to her own matters.

Seems like there is so much she is yet to find out. And, this Remus is still hiding many things from her.

"Sis, do you want to leave? I can get Swayer to drop you home" Harry said.

Brina shook her head. "I am not afraid and, honestly I don't think he will recognize me. Even if he does, I am not the same foolish Brina for him to underestimate me" she said.

After saying so, she quietly moved away and leaned on the carpeted wall, slowly sipping her mild wine as she quietly observed the huge hall.

As Nickolas is here, there are chances that others from the Rebellion squad were also attending the event.

She is just being cautious and observant.

Meanwhile, Nickolas sighed in relief and led Camilla to their designated table. After they settled down he didn't entertain any interactions and sat down quietly.

His eyes lingered around the hall as he continued killing his time like that. Meanwhile his fiance Camilla continued talking to the other business magnets and socialites.

However, Nick froze when he saw a silhouette of a woman who was leaning on to the wall in a dim lit corner.

He felt her figure familiar. Surprisingly, he felt as if he knew that person very well.

Unfathomable and strange, his heart started beating erratically. Feeling down, his mind registered that silhouette similar to Brina's cuz he used to see her so many times lurking in shadows in the past.

His eyes immediately traced back to the same position where that person stood earlier. However, he only witnessed empty space now.

'Could it be my imagination?' he thought. Moreover, this isn't the first time he imagined Brina.

His guilty conscience is the reason for his hallucination.

Hearing her words, smelling her natural fragrance, sensing her aura around him, feeling her presence around him…

These are very common to him.

But this time he felt like her silhouette was so real that his heart objected to it as his imagination.

In reflex he stood up with the urge to look for that figure.

Meanwhile, Camilla, who was talking to some architect, shifted her eyes to her handsome fiance whose eyes were desperately looking around.

His face is full of complicated expressions.

"Hon, what happened? Is something wrong?" she asked worriedly.

"Nothing love. I felt like.." he stopped in his tracks as he cleared his throat.

"Forget it, it's just I need to use the bathroom" he whispered back, excusing himself as he walked to the corridor near to where he had imagined the silhouette of his first love.

'It's just your imagination, Nick. How come the death girl appears all of a sudden?' he thought.

'Or, it could be someone with the same physique and aura as her.' he thought when he didn't see anyone there.

"Hon, what happened?" Camilla who was following him asked all in sudden.

"Nothing love. I felt like I saw…" he stopped in the middle when Camilla finished his sentence.

" You saw Sabrina?" he asked , nodding his head.

Camilla laughed.

"Seriously, Nick? You yourself had made sure that she died." Camilla said.

"Dad even got the blood samples of Brina and the forensic department even made sure that she died. There is no way my cousin would have escaped, love" Camilla said.

"But we know how Brina could be. She was the woman of backup plans and she was very insightful" Nick said.

"Yes, she was. But she was also very emotionally foolish when it comes to her loved ones. So, there was no way she would have escaped, Nick!"

"We discussed this a few times already, love. Why don't you just accept that even she could be betrayed and killed? She was no god, okay" Camilla added, smirking.

Nickolas nodded his head and both of them returned back.

Meanwhile, Brina who was hiding in the room beside her smirked.

'Camilla I always thought you were innocent of all my cousins. However, you seems like you are the silent killer of

all' Brina thought.

'Yeah, I was a fool to blindly believe in you all. You took granted of my love for all of you and backstabbed me like this. You will soon taste how that betrayal will feel like'

'You will taste your medicine, damn it!!" Brina thought seriously.

Later she made a call to Swayer, Harry's personal security Chief.

"Swayer, I would like to go back. Pick me up at the back door of the hotel and please inform others that I am going back" she informed me.

"Sure miss. Where to? To your own mansion or to Sit Harry's villa?" Sawyer asked.

She would go back to Harry's if she is normal and emotionally stable.

And she will go to her own mansion if she needs some privacy to vent out her anger. Though she looks normal and indifferent now, she will really get affected when she finds out that her close ones betrayed her.

So, Brina didn't think Camilla would betray her.

Camilla was one of the closest to Brina. Only closest cousin sister among all her paternal relatives.

"My mansion, Sawyer. Don't worry about others" Brina said.

Brina reached her villa which is in the mountain region. It is situated in the outskirts of the city and it was always freezing there.

It gives Brina the vibe of her Kingdom.

After she reached she asked Sawyer to go away but she knows that there will be shadow guards lurking around her.

However, she simply doesn't care. As long as they don't disturb her, that's fine.

Taking a hot steamy shower, Brina changed into her sparring clothes and by then, Rose who was her friend and one of the shadow team members, arrived.

"You called for me?" she asked.

"Spar with me, Rose. I am disturbed" Brina said.

Rose was actually a military commander before in Kingdom Wentris. However, after Brina's uncle took over, she resigned and joined Remus's team.

She is a good soldier and warrior. A hacker and member of a bomb squad.

Brina didn't answer but she got ready to start sparring.

After Rose left, Brina took a bath and laid down on bed.
