"No. With Natalie's elder brother, Griffin. You might know him as Prince Griffin" Brina said.

Ethan of course recognized him.

(A/N : Griffin even came to greet Louis and the squad in the airport while going to Alpha academy)

"Ahh… he? So, is he my brother in law?" Ethan asked.

"Hmm, he is" Brina chuckled before continuing.

"Shit man, we used to hate each other while I was crown prince" he said, massaging his forehead.

However, Brina didn't respond but continued.

"Even after Griffin was born, Morgana had her last year of PHD to complete. So, she and her baby boy Griffin stayed back in abroad itself. And Gabriel,her husband, used to visit both of them abroad. He used to stay with them for a few days a month before returning to the Kingdom. According to Morgana, those were very happy days to her" Brina said.

"A year passed by and Natalie's mother completed her PHD abroad. So, she wanted to come back. But Gabriel, her husband, didn't want her to come back to five kingdoms. If she comes back, it wouldn't take her much time to figure out his adultery"

"So, he diverted her and made her take her dream job in a prestigious research centre. Morgana loved doing research in her field, so when she got a job in her favorite research center she took it."

"She was foolishly in love with her husband so she blindly believed that her husband was just encouraging her to pursue her studies. She didn't suspect him at all and continued being passionate with him"

"And, while that year was in the end, Morgana fell pregnant again, with Natalie"

"So, she decided to quit her job and announce her marriage. My poor godmother thought that her husband has been hiding their relationship because of her studies and her dreams. She never thought that he was doing it for his own advantage"

"When she decided to concentrate on her son, husband and her unborn baby, she decided to surprise her husband by coming back to him. She flew to Kingdom Wetris without informing him, only to find out truth later"

"That time, his second wife was pregnant with Camilla. She was eight months while Morgana was just two months around. So even when her husband saw her, he didn't suspect a thing"

"Meanwhile, angered by his betrayal, Morgana couldn't help but directly confront him. And, that was when the truth came out. She found out about his true nature" Brina said.

"However, my uncle was even more cunning and insightful. He wanted his son but didn't want Morgana to disclose their relationship. It would mess his plans"

"But he also knows that Morgana wouldn't accept it. She is prideful to be his secret mistress"

"So, beforehand he kidnapped Morgana's little brother. He blackmailed her to sign the divorce papers with her brother as his bargain chip."

"When Natalie's elder brother Griffin was born, their father, Gabriel already had his second wife. So, he wanted to make it look like he had only a wife and that is Clarie. And he wanted the world to believe that Griffin was her son"

"That has happened to be simple because his second wife accepted it. She didn't have other choices too because of her family's pressure."

"Meanwhile, Morgana didn't know what to do. If she tells my parents about this, her brother will be killed by her husband. So, she was left with no choice but to sign the divorce papers and leave without Griffin"

"She understood that her son, Griffin will have a good life in the Royal family rather than with her. Moreover, even if she wanted to have her son back, her ex husband was cunning and insightful that he didn't let go of Morgana's little brother even after signing the divorce papers."

"He was still a prisoner of my uncle, Ethan. That's the reason Morgana couldn't take any bold step. So, with a heavy heart, she left her son at mercy of her ex husband and went into hiding to give birth to Natalie"

"Harry's uncle was Natalie's best friend abroad. He had feelings for her but after knowing that she was a mother to a child, he reluctantly killed his love. But coincidentally, one day he had seen her again, heavily pregnant"

"And, he couldn't bear to see her suffer. He tended to her, helped her to give birth to Natalie and in the parental form he filled his name as Natalie's father"

"But Morgana didn't want her ex husband to know about the existence of his other kid. That time my uncle's second wife, Clarie gave birth to Camilla (Nickolas's current fiance)"

"The time gap between the birth of Camilla and Natalie is just six months. So, if Natalie's existence comes out it will be very evident that these both are born from different mothers"

"And, as my uncle is not connected emotionally to Natalie, he will kill her to avoid any problems. So, she requested Harry's uncle, her best friend, to fill up the form that Natalie's mother died after giving birth" Brina said.

"As Harry's Dad, uncle Tom was doctor and owner of the hospital he helped them with legal procedures. Like that, Harry's uncle became Natalie's father."

"Unfortunately he died after a few years. Later, Harry's father, Luke's father and their grandparents took care of her. As she was only girl grandchild they spoiled her rotten and doted on her too much"

"Like this, your wife became a Smith rather than a member of the Royal family" Brina ended.

Ethan sighed.

This is indeed a long and complicated story.

Anyway, it's a relief that Gabriel, the main villain, doesn't know that his daughter is alive.

As only very few of them know the truth, it's still safe. These people genuinely care about Natalie and they would never harm her.

"So, Brina, does Natalie's elder brother Griffin know the truth?" Ethan asked.

"Griffin? Not yet. If he already knows why will he still be supporting his father?" Brina asked.

"Why don't we tell the truth?" Ethan asked.

"You still don't understand the intensity of it, do you?" Brina asked, chuckling.
