"What is it Rhianna?" Brina asked as she sat down on the couch.

"Don't you remember that you have an appointment with me today? We made this appointment a month back, remember?" she asked.

When Brina didn't answer anything, she said, "Are you still sleeping?? Wait, depending on your voice, I could tell that you lost your smooth voice. Should have shouted so much….huh" she teased.

"Shut up," Brina said as she coughed. Her voice has indeed become rough…

Curse Louis..

"All right… all right, I won't tease you" Rhianna laughed. "Do you want me to get some concealer too?" she asked, teasing her again.

"I have enough," Brina said, making Rhianna laugh louder.

"*cough*..*cough*...all right. I am serious now. Listen" she said, in the middle of her laughter.

"You have an appointment today afternoon in my new hospital here in country S. You need to take your monthly shots or else, you will get pregnant" Rhianna said.

"It's already been a month? I totally lost the count. Thank God, you reminded me or else, Louis would have got angry at me" Brina gasped.

It could be the only thing that might make Louis angry. He has been telling her not to forget about it.

"Yeah! I knew you would have forgotten with all the drama going on there. You and Natalie can come at the same time. It's her appointment too" Rhianna said.

"Uh hmm. Thanks for the remainder" Brina thanked, before ending the call.

Later she went to prepare breakfast for Louis. It has been very long since she cooked for him.

"You woke up so early today. If I would have known that you weren't tired, I would have gone for another three to four rounds" Louis said, kissing her nape as he hugged her from behind.

"I am not talking to you," Brina pouted.

"Is it? Why so?" he asked, chuckling at her cute behavior. At night she will be wild but at mornings, cute and adorable. He would never get bored of her…

"You tore away my favorite nightdress yesterday. You are so bad" she pouted. "It is torn into pieces that I could not even identify them any more," she said.

Louis chuckled and he sneaked his hand inside her robe, caressing her naked stomach.

"Then, I am not talking to you too. Yesterday, you wasted all my favorite wine" Louis played along.

"Really? You have enjoyed it totally in a different way, haven't you?" she asked.

"Yeah. Yeah. I loved it. Why don't I drink them more often like that? It tasted good on your skin" Louis shamelessly whispered to her.

"No way! I don't want you to tear away all my favorite clothes" Brina said.

"I have arranged the bodyguards and shadow guards. So, you don't have to worry. And, I already informed the ministry in country S and they would help us with security too" Ethan said to Brina and Natalie.

"Don't worry Ethan. We will be landing directly on the terrace of the hospital. Use the elevator, visit Rhianna, get your 'happy shots' and come back. " Brina said.

Natalie chuckled when Brina used the name, 'happy shots.'

Even Ethan is just like Louis.

He would agree to anything but not to 'sharing so soon'.

"With you there, there is nothing to worry about. But once my brother finds out that I sent his wife without protection and security, I will be doomed" Ethan said.

"Fine. I am not complaining anyway. I just feel like I am back into my previous life" Brina said.

"Some things can't be ignored" Ethan said, pursing his lips. Even he hates all the security and all this bullshit.

Natalie and Brina arrived at the hospital without any problems.

As the hospital comes under S & S corporations, Brina and Natalie had total control there.

They are after all the CEO'S little and spoiled sisters.

"Here you both are!" Rhianna squealed as she hugged both of her future sister in law's.

"God, Brina, you are glowing!" Rhianna said as she scrutinized Brina. Closing in, she looked at Brina's neck.

"You would have used half of the concealer bottle I guess" she added, making Natalie giggle.

"Brina and Louis didn't come for dinner yesterday night. They had a romantic dinner and then" she stopped, teasing Brina with her eyes.

"Hey, you and Ethan are no different," Brina complained.

"All right… all right. You both are having wonderful nights. I can tell it" Rhianna said.

"As if you don't," Brina and Natalie said at the same time.

"Me too. The only difference is you guys are married and stay together everyday and I don't" Rhianna said. Her eyes showed her longing and love sickness, which Brina and Natalie decided not to bring up.

Harry and Rhianna are very busy and they travel a lot, thus, leaving very limited time for them.

"Anyway, let's start, shall we?" Rhianna said.

"Like usual we test if you guys are pregnant are not. There could be 0.001 possibility the shot fails. So, let's make sure you both aren't in that 0.001 percent" she added.

As Natalie already knows it, she nonchalantly followed the procedure.

They decided to finish Natalie's first, before going to Brina's testing.

Natalie came negative and Rhianna went on with procedures and gave her a shot.

"Before we go on with mine, can we go and eat something first? I am hungry" Brina said, rubbing her stomach.

"No wonder you became a little chubby" Rhianna said, for which Brina pouted.

"I don't deny. I have been doing nothing but sleep and eat these days. I barely walk let alone do exercise" Brina said as she walked out of Rhianna's office.

Unnoticed, the security and bodyguards followed them.

"We better go to Elites cafeteria upstairs. With all this security following you Royal girls, going to an ordinary cafeteria would be hectic" Rhianna said.

"Hey, I am not a Royal kid like Brina. I just got married to one, that's it" Natalie said.

Rhianna bit her tongue for being glib.

"Anyways, you are one now, aren't you?" she asked, covering her mistake.

"It happened. Anything for Ethan" she said.

They moved to the elite cafeteria and Brina ordered a meal for two. She is that hungry…

"Is Louis starving you?" Rhianna asked.

"Nah! He doesn't allow me to eat junk food" Brina said as she ate a mouth full of Pizza.

"Understandable," Natalie said.

"Wow, sisters are having the same problem with their overbearing husband's Huh?" Rhianna teased.

"Nat!!" an energetic voice called out loud, making everyone turn around.

Brina almost lost all the color in her face.

It's Griffin.

Prince Griffin.

Her cousin. In short, Natalie's biological brother.

And… and, the siblings know each other!!

"Griffin!" Natalie squealed as she stood up and he almost swept her in a semicircle.

"What are you doing here, lil sis?" he asked as he ruffled her hair.

"Hmm, a normal check up" Natalie said.

"What about you?" she asked.

"Brought my wife for her OB check up," he said.

"Wow!! Congrats to the future dad" Natalie said.

"Aww.. thanks, girl. And congrats to you too. I heard you got married. So, you live in country S Now?" he asked.

"Nah, I came here because my doctor, my sister in law works here" Natalie said.

"And, Uhm, sorry for this, but let me introduce you to my sister and sister in law" she said.

"She is Brina, my best friend and also my sister" Natalie introduced.

When Griffin saw Brina, he froze. Although she has her hair colored and has her eye lenses on, she felt familiar.

"Uhmm…. miss, did we meet before?" Griffin asked.

'I am Sabrina, your younger cousin!' Brina thought.

She purposefully changed her voice, "As far as I remember, no" she replied to him.

"Oh sorry for that. I just felt like I know you. Any way, I am Griffin" he introduced himself.

"I am Brina" Brina replied as they shook their hands.

'She is already married' Griffin thought when he saw her ring.

"Griffin? As of Prince Griffin from Kingdom Wentris?" Rhianna asked, so that she could distract him from Brina.

"Yeah, it's me" Griffin smiled and they introduced each other.

Meanwhile, his wife, almost five months pregnant, walked to him.

"Natalie," she greeted her.

"Hey, Selina. You look good" Natalie said as she hugged her.

Selina is a super star, an actress who just retired after getting married to Griffin.

"How do you know them?" Rhianna asked Natalie, in a shock which is not shown on her face.

"Selina was my client. I was her personal fashion designer and that's how I met brother Griffin. He used to come to visit his wife and that's how we got close."

"When he saw me, he said that I gave him a sisterly vibe. Surprisingly, I felt the same too" Natalie said.

Brina and Rhianna shared a look.

Blood relations are bound to meet.

"Isn't he the son of your enemy Brina? It makes him your cousin right? Damn, I totally forgot about that"

"I am really sorry if I had caused any trouble. I am sorry" Natalie apologised.

"It's okay. He didn't recognize me. My disguise was perfect" Brina said.

They came back to Rhianna's office and now, it's time for Brina's check up.
