Although part of it is right, it is not totally right. He is jealous and not ready to share but that doesn't mean he doesn't love kids. And, he is definitely not using the danger surrounding them as a facade to cover it. He is seriously worried about it.

But, what Harry said is true. That is how Brina is..

Yesterday, she was very scared and terrified but once he took her into his arms and assured her she dozed off like a baby.

He is her strength and weakness. His assurance and support are her best friends while his silence and uncertainty are her worst enemies.

It is up to him how he will make her feel.

Louis sighed and pushed his mind to an optimistic way.

"Thanks Harry. You helped me clean my mind. I owe you a big deal" Louis said.

"Just make me godfather, dude. That's enough" Harry said, chuckling.

"That is something my wife has to decide. I will recommend you, don't worry." Louis playfully said.

Even after ending the call, Louis stayed out a few more minutes to clear his mind.

After that he returned back to the room only to look at his angry wife fuming. She is leaning onto the headboard with her arms crossed.

"Someone is angry," Louis said as he walked to Brina who was fuming in rage.

However, the exhaustion and worry was evident in her eyes, making him guilty.

"How should I extinguish the flames now?" he asked as he hugged her shoulders but only to get a cold shoulder from his wife.

"Ouch" Louis pouted. But only to get no response from her.

"Perhaps I should bring gallons of cold water and cool down their fire in my Wifey's eyes ," he said as he leaned his head on her shoulder.

Brina just averted her face in another direction. But there is a small smile on her lips.

She is not angry. Not totally angry, just a little bit.

She knows Louis very well. So, she also knows that he takes some time but will eventually come back.

Whatever he does, it will ultimately point to the love he has for her. So, she figured out that he was thinking about the dangers and the chances of her getting hurt.

When we are extremely worried, the good things just stop making sense for a while. It is what that happened to Louis, at least it is what she hoped.

"Or, I could use more effective means" Louis said when he saw her averted face.

Getting no answer, he abruptly turned her face towards him and started kissing her lips fervently.

He slowly and gently pushed her back to the head board and continued pleasuring her mouth.

Ahh… how much he missed this.

Meanwhile, Brina didn't reciprocate nor she reacted. She opposed it, making Louis worry and increase his pace.

"Uff..hey. wait, I still didn't brush my teeth" Brina said, pushing him away.

Louis almost laughed but held back.

She is about to get up from bed but he stopped her.

He is grinning like an idiot. As she isn't angry at him, he could finally sigh in relief.

Her anger and cold shoulder are the last thing he wants now, especially in this mess they are handling. Not only she but he needs her warmth and support too.

It is mutual.

"What?" Brina asked when he didn't let her go.

"You are on bed rest. I will carry you" he said as he sprinted to her side and stopped her from getting out of bed.

"No need. As if you care about us" she said, mocking him.

Louis held her shoulders to stop her. He made her sit on the edge of the bed and then kneeled down, so that his face was in the level with her stomach.

'Young guy, let's cooperate all right, ' he thought, eyeing her stomach.

"Of course I care about both of you, love. I was just angry at this little guy for troubling you so much. It is not that I don't care. I was angry, but now, it has subsided" he said.

"What you mean is something that is actually troubling you?" Brina asked, mocking him again.

"Ahh.. a little. But not now" Louis said.

"Really?" Brina asked. She knew that Louis didn't accept wholeheartedly yet. But, at least he is trying his best.

She also knows that he is doing this so that she won't get worried or hurt or angry.

But that's fine, this is good progress.

Eventually he will love the baby more than her.

She knows how Louis is. No parent could resist their baby's cuteness, especially a good person like Louis.

"Yes, really! You want me to prove it?" Louis asked.

And, without waiting for the answer, he pulled her shirt up and pressed his head to her stomach. He gently kissed her tummy.

"See, I was the first one to kiss our baby. So sad that you can't" he teased her. However, there is a genuine glow in his face.

It came subconsciously that he himself didn't know that.

Once he starts accepting, it won't take much time for her to fall in love.

"Where are we going?" Brina asked when Louis pulled out a jumpsuit for her and helped her wear it. He is treating her like a little baby now.

Not that she complained about it anyway.

"Family breakfast. The last Royal breakfast for Greta" Louis said, devilish flame glistening his eyes.

He kissed Brina's forehead and hugged her tightly.

Greta tried to harm his wife and almost killed their baby. In no way he will let her go!

If this would have really happened, he is aware that she would have lost his Brina. She would have never come back to normal.

"So, a good show is waiting for us, hmm?" Brina asked as she placed her hand on his chest when Louis hugged her and continued hugging her.

"Yep. After she is taken care of, you will be under strict orders, Hon. Bed rest, no mental stress, healthy food and mainly no overthinking" Louis said, now making her sit in front of the vanity table as he pulled out a hair dryer to dry her hair.

"Why do I feel like I am going to suffer your overbearing protection?" Brina asked

"No doubt in that, Wifey." Louis assured making Brina pout

"I recall Rhianna warning you that you and the fetus are weak. We have to go and get you another check up too" Louis said, avoiding the topic.

Brina could only roll her eyes but eventually nodded her head, obediently.
