After a few days..

"Honey, I am going out for a walk," Brina said as she wrapped her arms around Louis from behind before kissing his cheek.

It is only when she realized that he was on a video call with his brother.

"Hey Ethan" she greeted Ethan who was rolling his eyes at their PDA. He started missing his wife who went back to country S to her studio for a quick work.

"How are you, Brina?" Ethan asked.

"Great actually" Brina smiled.

"How are you all?" she asked in return.l, her eyes totally twinkling with bliss.

"All good," Ethan said, genuinely surprised to see her like this.

She is in high spirits.

Brina is indeed in good spirits. She and Louis are back to their normal life. They make out, play around, tease each other…

It is just like how they were before their marriages however, a little gentle.

More importantly she is having a simple life here. All though it is just for a few months, she decided to enjoy it.

Meanwhile, her nephew is recovering very well and his doctors told her that he would wake up this month for sure.

Might be even before it..

And, on the other side, Layla's mission to attack the underworld gang in five kingdoms was going very well. She is all confident that they would not escape this time.

"And, Mom and dad will be visiting you guys very soon. They miss you so much Brina" Ethan said, smiling at her.

"Really?! It's great news. I am missing them as well" Brina said, clapping her hands cheerfully.

"All right, all right. Don't jump in joy. You are still in rest, remember?" Louis warned, holding her.

Nowadays, no one misses him… *sigh*

He leaned back and kissed her lips. "Come back soon and remember, no pulling out stunts" Louis lectured her.

"I know and I also know that at least a dozen of your men will be following me" Brina said, pouting and rolling her eyes at her husband.

"It's for your safety, love. We might be far away from-" Louis is about to continue his lecture here but Brina kissed him, stopping him from doing so.

Phew! He lectures her like an old lady!

She got vexed with it.

"I will be cautious and observant, okay? Don't worry about me and finish your work soon. You promised me to take you out for dinner" Brina reminded him, hugging his neck and kissing his cheek again.

Louis nodded his head and returned her kiss. "Go on now. Be careful" he said, kissing her chin.

After that Brina went. And, the old lady chef followed Brina to the park with a hot water bottle and protein shake.

In a little radius around her, her bodyguards are protecting her cautiously yet discreetly.

"You guys seem to be enjoying it a lot there. I have never seen her that happy and relaxed, Edward"

"She has her guards down for the first time, man. I can't believe it!" Ethan exclaimed.

Louis chuckled.

"I am happy that she has got to relax and enjoy her recuperation time here, Ethan. However, you don't know how much effort I have to put in to make her lower her guards and enjoy like this" Louis said, remembering the one month of bed rest she had.

They used to talk, talk and talk. She really has a hard time with her twisted questions.

"I don't blame her, bro. You are the one who had high standards for everything and that's what happened at the end. A wife with a genius brain and a complicated life." Ethan teased.

"And, I don't regret it even for a second, Ethan. She is actually soft by her heart and playful by nature. All we have to do is enjoy every version of her" Louis said, chuckling. His eyes are full of love and warmth for her.

Only he knows how mischievous she is and only he is aware of her fragile heart as well.

It is him who knows the real Brina while what others see is just a fake facade she put on to hide her true self.

Isn't it enough to show how much she loves him and trusts him? She showed her true self only to him.

Love and trust, the most important foundations of a successful relationship. He already had them. So, what else does he need?

Meanwhile…

Brina arrived at the beautiful park just a little far from Louis's villa. It takes a five minutes walk in the peaceful streets to reach the park which is really epic in nature.

A beautiful place where one could lose oneself to nature.

A little frozen lake, Cherry blossoms, pine trees, jogging track, picnic camps..

And a little snow...

The place is truly serene.

Meanwhile, Brina started walking with earphones plugged.

The old lady sat down on the bench as she watched over Brina. Her eyes never leave Brina's back.

She never thought she would see Louis getting married…

She knows him from five years and as far as she knows, he never got attracted to anyone even after many blind dates he was forced to go by his friends.

He always scared the women away from him.

So, when she found out that he married, she was totally stunned to her core.

it reached the peaks when she found out that he actively pursued Brina and married her.

What she never even thought is that he will have a child this soon. He loved to play with Layla's daughter but she never thought he would proceed so fast.

Meanwhile, as for Brina, she is enjoying each and every second of her evening walk. Only if Louis would have accompanied her it would have been perfect.

However, according to the time zone, it is a working hour in five kingdoms. He will be getting many calls and emergency meetings.

But that's fine. A little private time without her nagging overprotective husband is also needed to her.

Brina continued to walk, however, what she didn't notice is that her ex fiance was sitting on the bench in the same park.

He comes to this park everytime he visits this place. He actually wanted to bring Brina to their honeymoon here because he knew how much she loves weather like this.

Here, he sits down and reflects himself in despair. All alone...
