Savannah stayed with her and prepared her food while she took a shower. Hawk was also with them to stand guard even though there were several body guards outside.

She just finished her shower when a call came through Travis' phone. It was from the person who was guarding the secretary.

"Young madam, secretary Eva just woke up. The doctor said that she's fine." The man opened up to her immediately.

"Alright. I'll be there right away." Jillyanna stated before ending the call. She dried her hair with a towel and took her wallet. "Savy, can you come with me for a while?"

"Eat first before you go out. You missed your dinner time already." Savanna insisted so she sat on the chair and eat her food without any argument.

After eating, she stood up again to leave but Savannah told her to rest for another ten minutes. "Savy, are you making me angry?"

"Of course not. I won't dare to. However, I don't want you to get a stomachache." Savannah answered while throwing the disposable utensils inside the bin.

"How about we walk slowly towards secretary Eva's room? Very slow." she emphasized the slow word to convince him but Savannah didn't budge at all. "Fine. 10 minutes it is."

She waited for ten minutes while watching Travis. She was watching him if he would frown from pain or if he would move his fingers but there was none until ten minutes was over.

Hawk was left to watch over him as they went to visit the secretary. It was a good thing that she didn't die and that there wasn't any injury on her. However, she still looked pale.

"Hi Eva! How are you?" Savannah asked when she saw her the secretary.

"Were you hurt anywhere?" Jillyanna asked with concern knowing that this little woman was dragged into their matter.

"Not at all madam. I am glad you are doing fine. Where's sir Travis? It's rare of him to let you go alone here." Eva commented with a smile.

"They must have not spoken to you about it. Travis is currently in this hospital, too." Jillyanna sighed heavily and took a chair to sit beside her bed. "What were you calling him for? Before the accident, he noticed several missed calls from you. He was trying to reach you by phone but it won't go through."

"I am sorry I was too late. Mr. Guevarra asked someone to kill you in front of the Office of Marriage Affairs and to cripple sir Travis. I tried calling him to warn him but he wasn't picking up his phone. The next moment I know is that, I was already lying inside the storage room."

"I'm sorry for dragging you into this issue Eva. I am glad you are fine or Travis would feel guilty if something happens to you. In any case, take this opportunity to go on vacation. Savannah will be dealing with the company affairs with me." Jillyanna told her. Eva just nodded her head knowing that she caused trouble to her boss. "This will be a paid leave. Once everything is fine, Travis will contact you again to resume your job."

She said that Travis will contact her but she didn't even know when he will wake up or if he will really wake up.

Savannah reached out her hand and ruffled Eva's hair. "Don't worry too much. Everything will be fine. Your responsibility is to take care of your health and your family for now. Leave everything to me."

"Hn. I'll make sure to come back with full health and vigor." Eva promised to them.

Jillyanna didn't take so much of her time and left to go back to Travis. They all needed rest and she still have an oncoming battle the next day. She needed to prepare her mind and her strength.

The next day, Auntie Fei sent her another set of clothes for work and for hospital use when she gets back. There was also another batch of food for everyone to eat. Before leaving, Savannah took care of Eva's discharge procedure to make sure that she's doing fine.

"Are you ready?" Thomas asked her who came to pick her up.

"Hn. I am ready."

"Shall we go now?" Thomas asked her again since she wasn't showing any signs to leave the side of her husband.

Jillyanna leaned over and kissed his pale and parched lips. "Don't leave me. I'll be back as soon as possible." she whispered to him even though she wasn't sure if he could hear her or not.

Cielo and Sky arrived to keep watch of Travis while they're gone. Hawk was also staying over. Jenny couldn't come because of her studies.

With Savannah as her acting secretary she was determined to clean up his empire before he wakes up. Many people knew of her as an online singer but few people knew that she's a business woman, a smart one at that. Though she was lazy and let Cielo manage their business, all the ideas and strategies came from her.

"It's time to do the cleaning." Jillyanna commented while walking with confidence and air of aristocracy. She may not be born with golden spoon but she was raised by different people and learned different things - all to her advantage and knowledge.

Jillyanna didn't show her usual cheerful and lovely smile towards them. She walked in between Thomas and Savannah with cold and ruthless aura. Her eyes were the coldest eyes they've ever seen and they shivered from fear.

"Start the meeting in 10 minutes. I am introducing the new CEO who will take over this company." Thomas spoke to Diego's father who called them if they have arrived already.

"The new CEO?" Everyone had this question in mind but they didn't know who it would be.

The meeting room was fully packed and everyone was ready to see who their new CEO would be. Thomas came in with Jillyanna and Savannah. He sat on the side and Savannah sat at the back of the CEO's chair.

Under everyone's gaze, with her beautiful face and sexy body, Jillyanna sat down on the seat that held the highest status - their CEO. "Let's begin this meeting."
