Savannah managed the order of the applicants while Shein will be checking their background to make sure that no spies will enter the company.

Jillyanna and three other site directors together with the Head of HR Department will be the one to conduct the interview.

When the clock hits 8 o'clock in the morning, the job interview commence. There were more than a hundreds of applicants but they all work efficiently.

Each group of applicants will be composed of three and will get inside together. They will give Shein a copy of their resume or profile to check their qualification before Jillyanna and her group will conduct the interview.

"Ms. Ferraren, I can see that you are still working for J Group. So, why are you here?" Shein asked one of the women who came in for the first batch of interview.

He wasn't judging her but there was no warmth in his voice when he asked the question. His eyes were penetrating as if he was seeing her very soul.

"I...uhh.." The woman was perspiring and beads of sweat can be seen on her forehead. "They...I..." she couldn't get her thoughts together and she was looking pale.

"You can go out now." Shein dismissed her by waving his hand lightly. He gave Jillyanna a hand signal to proceed with the interview for the remaining two people.

Savannah came and ushered the woman out while keeping her application forms and resume. She called for the next batch and took their resumes from them so that Shein can check their background in advance.

"What qualifications do you have for us to take you in this company?" Jillyanna asked the woman who looked rather plain and simple but there was this vibe and look in her eyes that showed she wasn't just a novice in her field.

"I may not have any good achievements from my previous work but it wasn't because I lack skills. I have experienced the ups and downs of my job and I learned a lot which I can certainly apply in this company. If given a chance, I will prove to you that hiring me is worth a try. You can fire me after a month if you can't see any progress." the woman answered without blinking her eyes at all. She didn't shy away from the question and she was confident in herself.

Shein dug up their information and he saw how many projects were given to her and came out successful. However, all the credits were given to their department head.

Jillyanna looked at her and looked at the other four people beside her. "No need to ask her questions, I am hiring her."

The site directors and the head of HR department were surprised. They didn't even get the chance to ask any question and when they looked at the resume, there wasn't anything worthy.

"Are you sure about this?" the head of HR department asked hesitantly. He was starting to worry for the company now.

"Hn." was Jillyanna's short and simple answer.

Without them knowing, Shein gave Jillyanna a hand signal which only the two of them knew.

The interview went on and they only got a break for lunch before continuing the hiring process. Out of the hundreds of applicants Jillyanna only hired twenty-three of them before ending the interview at 4:30 in the afternoon.

Shein sent them a uniform message for the job orientation the next day. "I can't believe there are so many groups who are after your company. Your husband is really a difficult opponent for keeping his empire standing tall and mighty after all these years." Shein commented while packing his things away.

Jillyanna smiled at his compliment, proud and happy for Travis. "I hope he will wake up soon."

"You really hate managing a business huh." Savannah stated while helping Jillyanna keep her things.

"Why do you think I gave Cielo the authority for all our business? Even if I am smart in this field, I don't like to exhaust my braincells." Jillyanna responded to her.

They all went out to go back go the hospital and saw Jackie waiting for them at the lobby. "We will be moving out today so we can't accompany you to the hospital." Jackie stated when they were about to get inside their cars.

"Sure. Let me know once you've settled down." Jillyanna replied with a faint smile. She got inside the car with Savannah and drove off to the hospital.

Jackie and Shein were sent to their new rented house by the guards and the driver that Jillyanna arranged for them. Riley also came with Wynwyn after her work in J Entertainment.

"Thank you for your hardwork." Wynwyn spoke to Riley when they arrived right in front of the new house.

"Thanks big sis. I will see you tomorrow." Riley responded before closing the car door.

Jackie already packed her things for her and brought it to make sure that her sister won't have any problem.

"Welcome back." Shein greeted Riley when she got home.

"How was your work today?" Jackie asked.

"It's fine. We finished all the necessary things for the advertisement today. I also got a new contract for a jewelry."

They talked about how their day went while arranging their things. Shein talked about the job interview while Jackie talked about the things she observed in the company.

"So starting tomorrow, you are tasked to observe the new employees?" Shein asked Jackie while they arranged the appliances that Jillyanna bought for them.

"Hn. Sis can't trust anyone right now aside from us. I want to lighten up her burden so I will make sure to check the employees during their probation period." Jackie answered with a deep sigh. She felt deeply sorry for Jillyanna to be working so hard even though she was pregnant at the same time, she was proud of her for being strong despite what happened, though she will cry alone sometimes beside Travis.
