"What happened to her?" Brown asked when he saw Travis carrying Jillyanna in his arms. Hearing his question, Jillyanna buried her face on Travis' chest and clutched on his shirt.

"She's tired and fell asleep." Travis lied with a straight face before ascending on the stairs to their room. He sat on the couch still holding her in his warm arms. "Sorry I exhausted your strength."

"Don't worry. I'll be fine after awhile."

But this didn't happen at all. When it was time to have dinner, she had to stay in bed and wait for Travis to get food for her. Even on the next day, they had to miss out their check up and work because she can't stand straight from her sore waist and thighs.

What she wanted to avoid still happened. She was taken cared of for three days by Travis at home but she didn't make a fuss out of it.

"Can you stand now?" Travis asked her when it was her time to take a bath. Jillyanna nodded her in acknowledgement, standing on her own two feet to show him.

She took her time bathing while thinking how she can avoid getting a sore waist after their love making. Travis even learned how to massage because of her. "Sigh. I don't really have any control in this matter." she mumbled to herself while playing with the bubbles in her bath tub.

Since they were absent for three days, Travis had to ask Savannah to bring his work at home which Jillyanna didn't refute anymore.

As the two of them spend their time together, a commotion erupted in the study room. Shein immediately hacked on to the system and while Valkyrie checked the neighboring cameras on the screen.

Someone withdrew a large sum of money from Gabriel's bank account. They just needed to see the person to find where Gabriel was staying. Even though a month had passed with fruitless result, they didn't give up at all.

"It's the uncle who always go out with the little girl!" Shein exclaimed which made Valkyrie and Winter turned towards him.

"Are you sure?" Winter asked him since she wasn't familiar with the man.

"I'm 100% sure with this." Shein answered firmly while pulling out all the previous footages where the man showed up with the young girl. "It's him."

Valkyrie followed the routes which the man was taking and still, it ended in an alley to the suburbs. "I think, Gabriel is with them. I guess 99% of it as the truth of this matter."

Winter slumped on her chair while watching what was displayed on the TV screen. Even though she was watching it, her eyes weren't focused and she was thinking how to get to Pantar without anyone knowing.

"I'll go and talk to Travis." Valkyrie stated. He rose to his feet and walked out of the room to find Travis.

'Knock! Knock! Knock!'

Travis opened the door and found Valkyrie standing in front of their room with a huge smile hanging on his lips. "What is it?"

"How do you want us to deal with Gabriel?"

"Find him with Winter since she's the only one who can bring him back."

"Got it. I'll make the necessary preparations. Can we use your private plane?"

"Hn. That's fine."

"Great!" Valkyrie jogged back to the study room when he got the confirmation he needed.

"They found him?" Jillyanna asked when she came out of the bathroom with just a robe tied around her waist.

Seeing her pinkish-white skin, fresh from the shower, Travis had to sigh to himself in order to control his urges. "They will be leaving in two days, probably. I'm pretty sure that Winter will jump right off if we will delay the plan."

"I see. I hope he is doing fine." Jillyanna muttered under her breath while picking up the hair dryer from the drawer. The way she looked right now was tickling Travis to do something again.

"You are punishing me, aren't you?" He took the hair dryer from her and let her sit in front of her vanity mirror. "Don't look so sexy and seductive when you just came out of the bathroom. I'll be in serious trouble if that happens."

"Can't you solve your trouble?"

"I can't but you can."

"I definitely won't help you if I end up in bed for 3 days again."

Travis combed her hair with a sly smile on his lips. "Did you know that, if you do it frequently, it won't hurt anymore?"

"I was blind. Really blind." Jillyanna snickered while watching him through the mirror's reflection. Lust flickered in his eyes but he didn't do anything to her. "I didn't know I married a wolf in sheep's clothing."

"Even if you're regretting it, you won't be able to do anything about it now."

"Who said I'm regretting it? I fell in love with this wolf since I was young."

Travis grinned upon hearing her response. 'Pursuing this woman is the best thing I've ever done in my life.' Travis thought to himself. "This wolf will keep the queen safe."

"Tsk! Spouting sweet nonsense again."

Travis stopped what he was doing and looked at her in the mirror. "I guess it's best if you dress yourself up first. I'm worried that you'd have to spend another time in the bath."

Jillyanna knew what she can do to him which made her courageous to tease him this time. She tilted her head and looked at him with her dark yet bright eyes.

"Why should I dress up? Did you know that I don't really dress up whenever I went to sleep? Yet, this past 5 months, I'd have to endure the stuffy feelings of clothes to sleep beside you." She looked so wrong with her statement and she even let the robe slipped off down from her shoulders while fanning herself with her hand.

"Then don't wear anything when you go to sleep."

"Hm. Sure." Jillyanna agreed which made Travis raise an eyebrow.

Later that night, Jillyanna indeed slept naked beside him which was the most torturous night of his life.
