The hospital room was soon cleaned up by the janitors and the hospital's staff. Travis asked the doctor to transfer his body guard on the next room beside Jillyanna's for easy access. He wanted to make sure that he was doing fine after being attacked by his comrades.

Savannah and Valkyrie stayed with them to make sure that someone could guard them while everyone was doing their part.

Riley and Shein came with Lucian to be the witness and to help them trace their enemies whereabout using the graphics and face detector that Shein made.

Jackie was on her way to the suburb to pick Brown, Hawk and Top. Among the three of them, Top was the weakest thus; the two of them protected him well. He was very loyal to Travis and Jillyanna and they didn't want such person to die a meaningless death.

"I'm glad you are here." Hawk commented while Brown was leaning on him. Top was carrying their things for them to walk easily.

"I'm glad that you are all alive." Jackie retorted. "Get inside. I'll send you to the hospital first."

Hawk and Top helped Brown to get inside, disregarding the blood that stained the car.

"Aside from Brown, are you two alright?" Jackie asked them since she would need to tell her sister and Travis about their status. "No matter how small the wound is, you have to tell me."

Top coughed and cleared his throat before speaking. "I..I got hit on the side of my stomach. I think the bullet just greased over it."

"Why didn't you tell me?" Brown inquired. When he got wounded, he immediately told Brown what to do in order to stop his bleeding. After all, he was a doctor.

"I didn't notice." Top stated. "You guys protected me and the noise of gun shots were overwhelming. I didn't realize I got hit until the time we left."

Hawk, the only unscathed among them, pulled up his shirt and found bleeding wound. Though the bullet just scraped over his skin and flesh, it still needed an immediate care.

Jackie sped up her car and directly sent the three of them to Senyu Medical Center. They told their doctors about what happened and that they were going to report the event to the police.

Jackie processed everything to them and called Lucian over.

In one night, they could see the stress building up on Lucian. One crime after another. First was his little sister-in-law, now the friends of his little sister-in-law. Lucian knew the reasons but he didn't say anything that would harm them. He focused himself to find the mastermind of this crime before anything else will happen to Jillyanna.

"Sorry for giving you troubles." Jackie apologized to Lucian after he took their statement and information of the crime scene.

"I'm doing my job and so are you. I am thankful to everyone for keeping my little sister safe."

"She's very important to us. Her safety is our utmost priority." Jackie retorted.

"Thanks. If there's nothing else, I'll go ahead and settle this matter."

Jackie nodded her head and waved her hand at him. Lucian left and Jackie went back to Jillyanna's room to make a report.

"How are they?" Jillyanna asked when she saw Jackie.

"They are doing fine. Brown was shot on his leg twice. Top was hit with a stray bullet and got a scrape of skin on the side of his stomach. Hawk was unscathed. Hans died. Lucian came to get their statement and linked this matter with what happened here earlier."

"It is good to know that they are safe." Jillyanna mentioned with a sigh of relief.

"Sadly though, one of the men escaped." Jackie added to her report.

"That's fine. They won't have a second chance to do it." Travis retorted.

The news of Jillyanna and Riley getting attacked in the hospital spread like a wildfire. The version was that Riley visited Jillyanna and got caught in a gun fire.

Some said she was hit and was in critical condition. Some said that Jillyanna had a miscarriage because of what happened. Some people said it was because Travis gained so many enemies in the business world. Rumors spread here and there.

Unless, they would make a statement, the rumors won't be cleared immediately. Wynwyn and Diego were affected too. Riley was a J Entertainment artist and Jillyanna was their company's boss madam. Not only the two of them, even Cielo and the cafe staff were worried. Venus Plaza employees were concerned for safety of their boss.

It was late into the night when Jillyanna finally fell asleep. Savannah went to find Hawk and monitored Top, Brown and the other body guard.

Riley and Shein came back to the hospital. Shein and Valkyrie stood guard outside the hospital room. Jackie and Riley was staying inside.

Travis was talking to Diego by the window to let him know about their situation. He also sent a message to Wynwyn, asking her to come over the next morning.

After talking to his friend, Travis walked towards Wynwyn. "Go back home and get some sleep. You still have a class tomorrow. Your sister will feel bad if you get an absent mark because of her."

Jackie thought about it for a while and eventually nodded her head. "Let me know if anything happens."

"Hn." Travis agreed. "How about you Riley? Don't you have any work tomorrow?"

Riley pulled out her phone to check her schedules. "I have a promotion show tomorrow afternoon. I can still have a rest in the morning before work. I can still stay here."

"Okay. If you feel sleepy, you can sleep beside your sister. I still have some work to do." Travis informed her.

He walked towards his working desk and returned the unused pens and pencils inside his drawer. Riley played with her phone to make sure that she won't disturb anyone.

As time passed by, she fell asleep on the couch. Travis sighed and took out an extra blanket, and draped it over Riley, making sure that she won't catch a cold or Jillyanna will feel guilty if her sister catches a cold because of her.
