No longer was his face marred with the predatory look of before. Now, all they held was curiosity for the tigress, now turned kitten standing in front of him.

"Missed me so much?"

Jade swiftly turned around to look at the man that suddenly appeared like a ghost behind her.

She had been too enshrouded in her thoughts that she failed to notice someone coming behind her.

'Naughty Jade. If it was an assassination attempt, you would have been dead already.' She mentally scolded herself as her eyes came to land on the tall handsome, gorgeous looking man before her.

"YOU!"

Xander's already half smiling face turned into a complete smile with a glimmer in those sexy soulful blue eyes of his, a total contrast from his domineering personality.

"Missed me?" He repeated the words again and that had only irked Jade.

"Miss you?" Jade repeated his question.

Boy was this guy sure full of himself.

First, he stole her first kiss and now, he had the nerve to insinuate that she was missing him.

She did not know whether to count it as a badluck or something that she was always running unto him at odd places and odd times.

"Yes." His lips tugged further up displaying his perfect set of teeth that made Jade wonder whether he had lost a tooth before as they were still sparkling white.

"You wish!"

That was all she said and she turned away. She was not about this guy ruin her plans and get a good lead on her sworn enemy.

"You loved the flowers I sent? Well considering you are not throwing tantrums like you did at the party, I would take that as a yes."

Oh yes. How could she have forgotten about the flowers so soon. She mentally facepalmed herself but still did not spare him a glance.

She was not about to let this guy get the satisatisfaction of getting under her skin and lose her focus now, was she?

Seeing that she planned on ignoring him some more, Xander once again spoke to get her attention.

"Where are you going, kitten?"

Okay, that was it. Jade had her fill already. If she was going to do what she came for in peace, she needed to rid herself of him.

She had not told Arctic about this meeting and decided to come here alone, quickly get the needed information and leave before anyone even noticedbshe was there.

What she did not know was that there was prohibition in the hotel and that would have been her first exposure.

Xander who has just left, knew exactly what would happen and given that he saw her been chased last time, he knew she may not have been invited to this meeting as well.

Even of she was, he had sent them away, so meeting canceled. She had ng more use.

Besides, why waste a good outfit when she could be with him instead.

At that point in time, Xander was thinking about her reasons for being there at all. All that mattered was to get her attention and make her his.

"And what is it to you?" Jade spat her sharp words at him.

A thought clicked in the big bully's mind causing his smile to only brighten.

"You weren't this feisty with Mr rapists back at the club. So why are you foeaty to me or is it that you love men who do things the rough and hard way and not gentlemen like me who cares?"

'Hmm, you wish.' Jade thought to herself.

Without being told, she knew Xander was nowhere calm and even though he dressed like one, he definitely wasn't gentle either.

"Which gentleman kisses a girl he just met without her permission?"

"Ohh, it wasn't the first time I have seen you, tigress."

'Tigress!' Jade was appalled by his nicknames for her. How did she suddenly jump from being a kitten to being a tigress?

Tsk this guy!

"It may not have been Mr... " she intentionally paused, hoping he would get the cue and tell her his name but Xander did no such thing.

Rather he put both hands in his pocket, stretching a leg forward and leaving the other in place with his fur coat left to fly backwards with the help of the wind.

He looked so hot like a top super model. Even the male and female super models were at his mercy when it came to looks.

That was the thoughts running through Jade's mind just from one glance at his spectacular look.

She immediately shook her head and mentally gave herself a slap to put her mind at focus.

"Okay. I do not care. One thing I care about is that you stop appearing wherever I go."

"That is impossible." Xander stated flatly, leaving Jade bemused at his reply.

"Pardon!"

"I won't leave you. I would keep on appearing wherever you are."

"What are you? A psycho?"

"For my tigree, I am."

"Urghh, stop calling me that." Jade was beginning to get angry with his remarks, coupled with the annoying sluggish smirk adorning his face.

It was fun watching her get angry. He enjoyed every bit of her frustration and decided to make it worse. 'An angry woman sure is sexily hot and beautiful.' Xander thought.

"Fine. What do you want? What would it take for you to leave me alone?"

"Simple. BECOME MINE."
