Xander instantly froze on the spot. Never had he expected her to do that and that single gesture had incited his dragon, even more, causing him to roar in jubilation.

That wasn't just it, she did it again, taking two more licks and swallowing before pulling back to look him in the eyes.

Never had she expected to see him so shocked. The look in his wild blue eyes gave him away. As much as he loved it, he was still finding it tough to register the feeling she brought him and his dragon right now.

He felt joy in ways she couldn't even begin to imagine. He wanted more of her and his blood began to boil.

Soon his shocked filled eyes changed into an emotion, lust-filled one and all that mattered to him now was the little human in his front.

Jade's hand moved up to caress his face and cheek before pulling her fingers down, tracing the outlines of his nose, and lips.

She was igniting sparks where her fingers touched and causing the pit in his stomach to become full of desires.

"Aahh, baby…" Xander sucked in a deep breath as he let his eyes drop close and captured her two fingers into his mouth then sucked on them.

"You look dazzling."

"So do you," she said, returning his compliment.

"I know."

"Now someone is being cheesy." Her lips parted, revealing her nice set of teeth as she gave him a beautiful charming smile.

"I know that I am dashing because I was able to win your heart, my love and that to me matters."

"Huh?" She did not really get the logic till he explained it further.

"I meant, winning your heart matters most to me. My love is a goddess, so I must be a god to be able to win the heart of such beauty, am I right?"

"Sure… You flatter too much you know."

"Trust me, you beat all the words one could think of to flatter you with. Words cannot describe your beauty, Quinn. I want you to know that. Everything I say and everything I do is a little measure of how much I adore you and see you and what you mean to me."

Jade smile only widened with his spoken words of love. Who knew her boyfriend was nice with words?

"I bless the day I met you on a daily basis. I love you, Quin Wales. I love you with all of my heart, my love."
