"Sure. I have something important to discuss with you," Arctic informed her.

Jade's eyes dimmed a bit and then she turned around and made her way to the living room. "Okay, I am all ears."

"Not there." Jade's ears became alert when he said that.

"Why?" she asked.

"I know you are not home, so I can only tell you this at home. Better still, we need to meet."

"Okay then. Time and place?"

"I would communicate that to you later today. Do take care of yourself, Jade."

"Sure."

Beep! At the end of the call, she dropped her phone and went back to meet Macy.

"That was him right?" Jade nodded quietly.

"I did not mean to eavesdrop and all but you did not tell him about the threat on his life."

"That is because there is no need for that."

"Why? What do you mean, Jade?"

"Umm well I did not get the time to and given who Arctic is, he may have already figured it out by now. Anyways when next I meet him, I might as well just tell him then if I realize that he does not know."

"Alright. Sounds like a plan to me."

"Definitely is. Now, I need to go back home and relax before going to see my honey bun."

"Ahh, you have already picked/"

"Yes. Why waste precious time doing other things when you are to be doing other things?"

"Other things such as?" Macy raised her brows several times at her while crossing her arms in front of her chest. "Hmm?"

"Sigh, not what you are thinking, Macy!"

Jade's cheeks had started to burn a bright red just from how naughty Macy's grin was. She knew Macy was already thinking naughty things about her and Xander and could only shake her head at her naughty friend.

"Cut it out, Mace, or that would be creepy," Jade warned her.

"I just love taunting you." Macy finally confessed then walked up to Jade to tickle her. Unfortunately for her, Jade already anticipated what she was about to do and dodge nicely before her fingers came in contact with her skin.

"Get those naughty hands of yours to your naughty boyfriend Jay.":

"No, these hands want Jade only."

The way she changed her eyes made Jade feel like she was being chased by a crazy zombie. It was funny actually seeing Macy behaving like this.

"Hahaha… I think I should really video this," Jade suggested and was about going to get her phone when Macy stated something to her.

"I might just eat your brain before you do or while you are at it."

"Hmm, you wish. Want a fighting lesson?" Jade's eyes sparkled with mischief. It really was long since both of them actually sparred. "I think I can use a good spar right now."

"No fun Jade. You know you are going to win, so why punish me like this?"

"The Macy I have as a best friend was never a quitter. She always tried her best and saw sparring with me as a challenge in hopes of defeating me one day."

"But you always win at the end of the day." Macy dropped her hands and puffed her cheeks, causing her lips to pout. She looked extremely cute in her funny posture.

If only she could just allow Jade to capture the picture for future sake heh hee…

"I do, don't I?" Jade's smile only broadened. For a very long time, she was so used to winning any fight that she had actually forgotten what it felt like to lose. "You want to win?"

At the sound of those words, Macy's eyes shone with delight. "You betcha I wanna win as well."

"Hehhee, then let us sing?" She burst into laughter at her silly contest of losing. She knew what was going on through Macy's mind right at that moment.

Unfortunately for the latter, Jade was so good in so many things that when it came to competition, Macy usually lost. She was good in all except dancing. Macy actually excelled in that more than she did but singing…

"You are wicked, Jade."

"Thank you, love, pff…" she burst into another round of laughter again.

"But I challenge you to a dance duel. Beat me and I would not find out how your first sex was with Xander."

'Is that even a deal? I can choose not to tell you even if I have sex with him."

"Sigh, you are no fun at all. I would defeat you so that you would have to tell me." Macy smiled.

"From the way I see it, Macy, this duel challenge is not for you but for me. You just want to use something to keep me tied down to telling you just how wonderful it would be."

"Aaaahhhhh!"

Jade froze in place when Macy squealed so loudly. "Hey, what has gotten into you?" She was confused by the sudden joy displayed by her closest friend.

"You said it yourself, dumdum. It would be such a wonderful experience meaning Xander has been showing a nice proof that he would not disappoint you in bed."

"Duh, of course, my honey pie is going to do wondrous things to me in bed. Eat that information and know that you would not be getting any details from me about how it was."

"Jade you are such a naughty spoilt sport."

"But you love me either way, right?"

"Of course I do. I promise you, it would be great."

"I know, Macy bear. His foreplay is already such a wonder, why wouldn't the main deal be super?" Jade smiled showing her teeth to her friend. She was trying to get comfortable with the topic so as to get comfortable with the deed later on as well.

"Hehee…. This is looking more lively for a challenge. I challenge you to a dance duel. Let's get to it. DANCE GAME!" Macysquealed in anticipation again, leaving Jade to a naughty friend to care for.

"I bet you love this more than I do, but guess what, I am a sore loser for winning. This is my game, I win whatever is a challenge. Pack your bags and let us go gaming."

"That's the spirit baby."

"Hahaha…"

The next thing happening, they were already out the door and heading to the nearest gaming house to carry out their challenge.

If it were fighting, Jade would win with ease without any doubt whatsoever but this was not fighting. It was something that Macy was a natural at.

In no time both ladies were already at a gaming shop and quickly went to pay for their game then went up on stage.

SONG!!

Both Jade and Macy's eyes widened with shock when they saw the title of the song that was going to be played.

"Rain Over Me by Pitbull ft Marc Anthony," Jade read out loud. Her cheeks suddenly turning into a sweet breathtaking smile.

"I'm gonna win this game baby," Macy announced.

"You bet you gonna lose. I would win this challenge. Ready?"

"Way ahead of you."

The song began to play and both girls started to give their own dancing steps to the beat and tunes.

It was such a wonderful thing for both of them. It had been a while since they had this kind of fun. Now there were no guys, no lovey-dovey situation, just them alone with their fun-filled life.

"Whooooo!!" Macy yelled as she danced on.

Several other kinds of music played and at the end of their gaming time, Jade emerged as the winner. Right from the first song she took the lead and had one over Macy till the end when it was now a 6:5.

"I won!!!"

After their fun time, Jade had to leave to do other things and one of which was to visit Xander. As soon as she arrived at the house, she heard someone yell her name from the top floor. He had sensed her presence immediately she drove into the driveway and rushed to come and see her.

Her smile returned as she recognized that voice anytime and any day. She looked up almost instantly and caught Xander staring at her from his window.

"Hey!" Jade yelled back.

"I love you," Xander yelled in return.

She giggled at his public display of affection. He could be cheesy at times.

Who would have thought that the almighty Xander who was known to be so cold could turn into such a loving boyfriend because of a girl?

Xander returned her smile and blew a kiss to her. Just as she caught the invincible kiss and blew hers, Xander disappeared from the window.

At first, Jade felt like he wanted to show her something and stuff but after waiting a minute and she did not see him she put down her head and decided to go find him.

The moment she stepped foot on the doorway, the door pulled open, and standing right in front of her was the love of her life.
