"Gentlemen,let's take a break.I need to be somewhere...Sorry."

Everyone,in the room ,saw the urgency on Neil Long's face and dared not interrupt.They immediately agreed but there was someone who did not love her life enough.Before Neil could turn back to leave the room,she interrupted,"Mr Long,since all the negotiations are almost complete,why take a break?We can just take a break after the agreements are signed.We don't need Assistant Lu for that."

With a scathing look at his assistant in training,Ms Ping Wan,Neil exited the room.Ms Ping Wan had hoped to show her diligence in work and influence Neil but she received such an insult in return!She was embarrassed and immediately excused herself.

Neil urgently moved towards the Hotel's reception and called security.It had been a few minutes since Alicia disappeared and Leona Knight could not be underestimated.At the same time,Neil called Ryu to update him.

Leona Knight had no intention of kidnapping Alicia.She was only taking her outside to avoid murdering her on camera.There were cameras in this hotel everywhere.It was better to take her outside near the car.Then she can immediately stab her and flee.With this plan in mind and her happiness in her imminent success,she failed to notice that Alicia had slowed down her steps.They were almost at the exit and Alicia had formulated her plan already.

Just as they were about to descend the stairs,Alicia pretended to slip and rolled down the stairs.Leona Knight watched in glee and ran after her.Fate was really on her side today.Alicia had hurt herself even more.Now hopefully she will break some bones and die in even more agony.

Alicia immediately got up from the fall.She had wanted to get on a safe distance.She suffered a few minor abrasions but otherwise was fine.On high alert now,Alicia stood up in a defensive position.But she too had miscalculated.She had assumed that Leona Knight planned to kidnap and not murder.Leona was disappointed that Alicia was not hurt but immediately moved to stab her.With deadly intent,she ran towards Alicia with the big knife in her hand raised high.Alicia immediately jumped high and with her weight on her back foot, kicked up to counter the attack.

With shock she finally realized the threat.The threat was murder and not kidnapping.

"Oh sh*t,she hated threats!and specially these kinds.Forget defense,she needed to attack the b****." Alicia thought to herself.Before Leona Knight could recover from the near miss,Alicia had already turned around and placed a kick in the middle of her back.

Alicia was a skilled fighter.She had been training in kick boxing these last few years and was aware of her power.

But fighting in a studio was very different than fighting a person with unpredictable moves.

Failing in her attack,and then being attacked by her enemy,Leona Knight flew into a rage.She turned around and tried to stab at her heart with all her might.Alicia guessed her intent and quickly tried to evade.However,her calculated moves were not fast enough and she received a deep cut on her shoulder.Blood gushed out of the wound and Alicia fell on the ground on her with a shout of pain.

kneeling on the ground,dazed with pain,Alicia was on her.The push was unable to stop her momentum and Leona fell on the ground,screaming in agony.

Alicia's sudden defense had ruined her balance and she had mistakenly scratched her face with the knife and then buried the knife deep in Alicia's calf.

It was at this point that Neil and Ryu,who had finally reached the back entrance and seeing the knife embedded in Alicia's calf drew an enraged breath.Quickly calling for an ambulance Ryu rushed to her and held her just as she was about to lose her consciousness.

The commotion outside had alerted all the people inside and everybody swarmed out to see what the ruckus was about.At this moment,Leona Knight had lost all her senses and was continuously shouting incoherent threats.Seeing Ryu holding the unconscious Alicia so tenderly Leona was even more enraged and tried to attack Ryu with her nails extended.She kept shouting at him to love her and only her.

The paramedics reached the scene and transferred the unconscious Alicia to the hospital with the knife still embedded.They dare not move the knife because removing it would cause even more blood loss and already the victim had lost a lot of blood.

When one of the paramedics moved towards Leona to administer first aid and check her wound,Neil angrily stopped them and said,"Call another ambulance for her and call the police.She is an escaped criminal."
