For Nithean Druids, their special ability draws upon their gods power of chance and divination. During readings the cards were shuffled and dealt by a practitioner.
Nithean druids of the first rank are able to do a table read of the deck of dreams. On practice, this means that they can get a sense from what they draw and the meaning.
The second rank has an enhances ability to divine meaning and predictions and can draw four cards to answer the same question. Portraits may change but will not move once drawn. Local magical forces may change the portraits from the neutral ones to specify personages.
The third(master) rank is achieved by few but the deck will arrange itself and come alive for these druids. The portraits may change to adhere to the local creatures, they will appear alive but say nothing
Rarely a ranger will manifest the ability to read the deck, and even rarer someone with no other connection will be able to deal a deck of the second rank.
