《Refining the Mountains and Rivers》Chapter 1063 – Titan Vs Dragon

The same bloodline flowed within the Ancient race of the living world and the titans of the abyss world. To be more accurate, the Ancients were only descendants of the titans with a part of their bloodline flowing through them.
The two lived in completely opposed worlds that were incompatible with each other, and yet they had such a connection. Did this indicate that there was some unknown and close relationship between the two worlds?
Qin Yu drew in a deep breath. The world started to rumble. This was the sound of endless abyssal energy being sucked into his body.
Now was not the time to think of such things. He could clearly feel the Ancient race bloodline in his body wildly burning after it was activated.
That’s right, this was the ruinous combustion method that Feature spoke of before. Once he burnt through it all, he would lose the ability to maintain the true form of the abyssal titan he maintained through his Manifestation bloodline ability.
The three Demon Commander level demon seed bloodlines were burning at a terrifying pace. With each passing breath of time, he could clearly feel them weakening.
Even if they were formidable, it was impossible to keep combusting like this for a long time.
Before he ran out of time, he had to pull the most precious treasure of the Nine-tailed Demon Fox Clan out from the body of the abyssal demon dragon – the Thousand Mirage Demon Mirror!
Feature said that the Thousand Mirage Demon Mirror could solidify a demon-state of the holder. In other words, as long as he obtained it then he could forever keep this wild and incomparably tyrannical titan body. It would become one of his greatest weapons.
Qin Yu’s breathing quickened and the sounds of tumbling demonic energy grew louder. He stared at the abyssal demon dragon and licked his lips once again.
Right now, he could understand the mindset of the abyssal demon dragon when it first saw him before.
It was probably something like…‘Brat, today you cannot escape! No matter what price I must pay, I will destroy you!’
Bang –
Qin Yu, who had become the incarnation of an abyssal titan, stepped forward. The space of the abyss world instantly cracked as countless fissures appeared all over.
Each crack released a formidable tearing strength. This was a backlash that came from the abyss world itself.
But right now, the power of these spatial tears wasn’t able to harm Qin Yu at all.
If a titan could treat abyssal demon dragons as food, it could be imagined how terrifying the intensity of their mortal bodies was. Even the fangs that the abyssal demon dragons were so proud of could do nothing to him.
He raised a fist and punched!
Hou –
The abyssal demon dragon roared and its body swung around, trying to avoid this strike. But, this punch was far too fast and it seemed to have instinctually locked onto the aura of the abyssal demon dragon. It couldn’t dodge it at all.

With no further recourse, the abyssal demon dragon roared and raised its head, soaring into the skies. It used its hardest horns to collide with the fist.
A heaven-shaking explosion followed. Unimaginable fluctuations of power swept out in all directions, as if a new world was being opened up.
…
Outside of Great Deer City, the fathomless canyon seemed as if it had been gripped by two giant invisible hands and was being pulled open, widening further.
Fierce shockwaves recklessly spread out!
“Ahh! The city walls are going to collapse!”
“Heavens, just what is happening!?”
“A heaven-destroying monster has appeared within the beast tide!”
“We’re all going to die!”
On the walls of Great Deer City, the demons that were resisting the demon beasts all fell to the floor and screamed in fear.
Bang –
A massive section of the city walls was shattered by a terrifying force and sent tumbling to the ground. Innumerable abyssal demons were crushed to death.
And this was only one part that could be seen. At least seven or eight sections of the massive city walls had been ruined.
It could be said that from this moment on, Great Deer City had been broken through.
The terrifying beast tide outside could rush in at any time, turning all of the demons inside into their food.
But soon, the despairing demons discovered that even though Great Deer City had been breached, the beast tide outside seemed to be experiencing something beyond terrifying. Without caring for the feast laid out before them, they turned tail and fled in all directions.
No one knew what was happening. But without a doubt, the vast curtain of abyssal energy in the darkness, so dark and opaque that it blocked everyone’s line of sight, must be hiding the truth behind it.
Old Fox and Shadowless Demon flew into the air, staring into the distance with wide eyes at the incomparably large mass of demonic energy. Their minds were flooded with shock. Even from such a distance, this strength caused them to shiver in fear!
The suspicious thoughts they had after leaving the small courtyard slowly settled and dissipated. When they looked at each other, they could detect the thoughts in the other’s heart.
If what Miss Feature said was true, then this was undoubtedly their lives’ greatest good fortune!
As long as they could grasp this chance, there would be a day when they could become peak existences of the abyss.
However, this was all based on the premise that His Excellency Liu Huo could safely return…
The abyssal demon dragon was not easy to kill, especially after they learnt the ‘truth’ from Miss Feature.
…
The two massive vortexes of abyssal energy couldn’t withstand the fluctuations of strength surging out. They broke apart, turning into a pitch black backdrop that covered up everything.
Within it, vast and enormous flows of abyssal energy crazily tumbled. As they raced around, a force was released that shattered everything. Space crumbled as cracks spread all over to every inch in sight.

Bang –
A giant black shadow smashed through layers of demonic energy. Its body was covered in scales and during the collision, the friction with demonic energy caused sparks to burst out.
The abyssal demon dragon roared out in pain. It could clearly feel that a giant horn on top of its head had broken, and now thick and viscous blood seeped out from the wound.
A dragon’s horn was harder than its claws and fangs. It was the strongest part of its body and also an extremely crucial part. It was closely connected to the dragon’s heart and once damaged, the dragon would be traumatized with pain, as if it had suffered millions of slashes!
Moreover, what left the abyssal demon dragon feeling fear was that in this confrontation of absolute strength, it was being stubbornly suppressed.
Abyssal titans. In ancient times they had once been the natural enemy of the Demon Dragon Clan, and they were a tribe that had vanished in the endless river of time.
The abyssal demon dragon had originally wanted to destroy Great Deer City and vent all of its anger and indignation. But that thought had vanished now and all that remained was fear.
Run. It had to run. It wasn’t a match for this abyssal titan!
Moreover, the abyssal demon dragon had an intuition that this abyssal titan wasn’t in a state of true existence.
To phrase it in other words, Qin Yu wouldn’t be able to maintain this abyssal titan true body for a long period of time.
As long as it managed to last past this period of time and his bloodline burned out, Qin Yu would lose control of his titan true body and he would return to his original state.
Hou –
The abyssal demon dragon roared. Its giant body flipped around, ready to race into the distance.
But at this time, another deep roar exploded like thunder. Then, a giant hand that seemed to come from heaven tore open walls of abyssal energy and grabbed the tail of the abyssal demon dragon.
“You won’t escape!”
With violent force, it forcibly pulled the abyssal demon dragon back. Then, it formed a fist and swung down. With this, the incomparably terrifying abyssal demon dragon that was over 10,000 feet long was swung around like a whip.
Piki paka –
The sounds of countless breaking bones rang through the air, all coming from the abyssal demon dragon. This simple pull and swing had caused horrific damage to it.
And the one who did this, Qin Yu, didn’t think about it at all. He had accomplished this by relying on his instincts alone. Thinking about it, this should be from the instincts branded into his bloodline, that came from the abyssal titans capturing and hunting down abyssal demon dragons as food for countless years.
The abyssal demon dragon struggled in pain, wailing again and again. It twined its giant body around the abyssal titan and crazily contracted, wanting to break him in half. Then, it opened its massive jaws and bit down at Qin Yu’s neck.
What met its mouth was another punch from the abyssal titan. The punch struck its eyes, causing scales to disintegrate and blood to fly through the air.
Qin Yu locked onto the belly of the abyssal demon dragon, where its torso connected to its head.
Without any reason, he knew that this was the key point of the abyssal demon dragon. It was likely that the Thousand Mirage Demon Mirror was located there.
His hand reached out, and sharp nails emerged on the ends of his fingers. They flashed with a black and nearly metallic luster.
The abyssal demon dragon revealed a look of horror. It tightened its body around Qin Yu, clinging on for dear life as it attempted to conceal its belly.
Its head twined around his back and bit into his arm. The two terrifying abyssal beings were engaged in a frigid and brutal slaughter.
For a time, roars and howls shook the earth and a countless amount of scales and blood fell down. Destructive abyssal energy surged out, forming thunderclouds that devastated everything in range.
However, even in this current battle, the abyssal demon dragon wasn’t at an advantage. The abyssal titan it attacked seemed completely unaffected. In fact, he seemed to become even more berserk from his injuries.
The nails tore across the body of the abyssal demon dragon, tearing open a large and long wound. A massive amount of blood rained down.
As this attack continued and killing intent invaded his mind, Qin Yu could no longer suppress the desire of the abyss titan bloodline to feed. Like a genuine abyssal being, he opened his mouth and bit down on the abyssal demon dragon, ripping off large chunks of meat and loudly chewing.
Fear shrouded the abyssal demon dragon’s mind like a black cloud on the horizon. It felt despair at the approaching shadow of death.
After obtaining the Thousand Mirage Demon Mirror it had split off two avatars. Using this method, it broke through its bloodline limit and transformed into an abyssal demon dragon. Once grown up, it would become a terrifying existence on par with an Abyssal King. It should be able to enjoy a nearly endless life approaching immortality.
The abyssal demon dragon was just about to obtain all of this, so how could it be resigned to die here? As it wildly struggled, a crazed look gleamed in its eyes.
