Gu Mengmeng felt no comfort from the Beast Deity’s words at all .

He had died by her hand and from the way the Beast Deity put it, it seemed like she had personally done the deed . But she had no recollection of the incident at all . It was the complete opposite of Snakel’s incident .

Smiling, the Beast Deity kissed Gu Mengmeng on the forehead . “Good girl . Go home now . I will see if there are any good television shows to learn how to torture son-in-laws . ”

With that, the Beast Deity turned and smiled at Elvis . “I welcome you to accompany Mengmeng back here next time . ”

Thereafter, they experienced a falling sensation . Gu Mengmeng was already used to this feeling but Elvis was obviously very anxious . He hugged Gu Mengmeng tightly the entire trip, as if he was truly afraid that Gu Mengmeng would be blown away by the wind if he made just one false move .

A black shadow dashed in to stand in front of Gu Mengmeng . The two of them stared at each other for a moment before Wabei heaved a sigh of relief . He tilted his head toward Lea . “Trick me again like this and I will kill you . ”
