Chapter 1362: Disgusting, Why Am I Part Of The Snow Fox Clan?

As Miranda said, the more agitated she was. Eventually, she totally lost control of her emotions and it seemed as though blood, instead of tears, were flowing from her eyes. She held tightly onto Lea’s hands, causing her sharp nails to sink deep into his skin. With her eyes glaring wide open, she screamed, “He snatched away everything from me, when all along I only wanted you! He did not give me, not give me… So, I can only kill him, kill! Kill kill kill!”

Cole sat opposite Lea and warmed his hands, as he said nonchalantly, “Miranda, what did I say a female should behave so that she would be liked? Hmm?”

When Miranda heard Cole’s voice, her entire body froze, then her facial expression transformed from an eerie and rigid one to a more adjusted one. It took a whole three to five minutes for her to control her expression, returning to her usual look of being meek and fragile. Even her voice had softened, as though she would be frightened and start crying because of the sound of a cough.

“I… I only wanted to be with you, everything I did was to be with you, really…”

Lea stood up beside Miranda. He did not say anything and walked straight up the stairs.

On the second level, to the extreme right, was Gu Mengmeng’s room.

Within the same building, the soundproofing was limited, so Elvis and Gu Mengmeng the two Beast Kings could still hear Miranda’s scream even if they had not intended on eavesdropping.

Lea pushed open the door and looked at Gu Mengmeng, then he walked around her and directly entered the bathtub.

Gu Mengmeng had finished taking a bath for a long time and the water had already turned cold.

Gu Mengmeng ran and leaned against the edge of the bathtub, worried. Her teary eyes looked at Lea. Through her clear eyes, it was obvious that she felt pained. “Lea, the water is cold, stop soaking in it, you will catch a cold…”

Lea’s entire body was submerged in the water and he ignored Gu Mengmeng, as though he wanted to drown himself.

Gu Mengmeng was very concerned and wanted to reach her hands to drag Lea out. Before her fingers could touch the water surface, Lea suddenly sat up and reached out his hands, wanting to grab her wrist. But he stopped a finger distance away. After hesitating for a long while, he slowly placed his hands down and said with his head lowered, “The water is cold, don’t touch it.”

“But my man is in the cold water.” Gu Mengmeng reached out to grab his dropping wrist and held it, then placed it on her face and said, “A wet fox is not allowed on the bed. Do a transformation and dry yourself before hugging me, alright?”

Lea wanted to withdraw his hands, but he was enjoying the warmth and softness of the fingertips. With his eyes filled with complicated struggling emotions, he turned his face away and said in a disappointed tone, “I finally managed to convince myself that even if I am dirty I can stay by your side… But I never knew that my clan is even more unsightly than I had imagined… Disgusting, why am I a part of the snow fox clan? I am really disgusted…”

Gu Mengmeng wanted to hug Lea but was stopped by Elvis.

With one arm around Gu Mengmeng’s waist, and another hand dragging Lea out and throwing to the side, Elvis said, “Transform yourself and dry yourself. Xiao Meng just took a bath, don’t make her wet.”

Lea rolled on the ground pathetically, then saw Gu Mengmeng seeming like she wanted to pounce into his arms, so he instinctively followed Elvis’ instructions.

Before he could transform back to his human form, Gu Mengmeng had already pounced into his arms and wrapped around his neck to kiss him on the forehead.
