It was obvious what Lea had meant. He was saying that Arnold is serving Cole and it was Cole’s instructions that made him get close to Sandy.
Arnold could not defend himself at all.
He originally had ulterior motives for getting close to Sandy but afterwards, he really fell in love with Sandy.
But both of them had been tied down by many conflict of interests. He did not know that Lea had plotted a scheme before he left and still chose to come to Sandy’s side by following with the flow.
However, it caused many troubles to entangle him, causing him to be unable to break free easily.
But even though it was a decision beyond redemption, he still wanted to become closer to Sandy.
Yet, his sincerity now could not change the ulterior motives he had when he initially got close to her, and it could not change the fact that he was fulfilling the duty as a part of Snow Fox Clan and taking orders from the Fox King.
He wanted to quickly become partners with Sandy and make her give birth to his children so as to improve the relationship between the Messenger of the Beast Deity and the Snow Fox Clan.
At the same time, his love for Sandy was true.
He thought that there was no clash between these two matter.

Sandy wass concerned about Gu Mengmeng. In her family, other than her first partner Bode and Collin who was imprinted in her heart, her other partners did not have a unique nickname, but Gu Mengmeng had.

The last sentence Gu Mengmeng said each word especially clearly.
Arnold could not help but feel his goosepimples stand and he immediately lowered his head, saying, “I will remember Queen’s teaching.”
Gu Mengmeng laughed softly. It was really natural for him to call her Queen.
Arnold did not belong to the Wolf Clan and would never call her that because of Elvis.
She was not on good terms with Cole and would definitely not be Cole’s Queen.
So the only way for her to be called Queen is when Lea becomes the Fox King. As his tribesmen, Arnold naturally should call Gu Mengmeng ‘Queen’.

Gu Mengmeng nodded and gladly accepted this address. She only said, “He who understands the times is a wise man, but you should also know hide your abilities until it’s the right time… You have to remember that someone who is capable would easily attract jealousy.”
Gu Mengmeng was reminding him that he should hide his disloytalty to Cole and not let him notice.
After all, Sandy was really liking this beast pet and it would be great if he could become part of them, but if he was executed this time, it would be difficult for Gu Mengmeng to account to Sandy.
