《Celestial Journey》64] - [Primordial Harmonization Realm]

Taking out sixty-three thousand Marrahva Crystals, Alexander extracted their energies like a siphon.
Absorbing everything, he began to use his character and life experience to taint it, claiming the red mist as his own, giving it a silver color.
After five years, Alexander had fully turned his internal world's sky a silver color, his silver bead shaped Lotus Core now shining brightly.
Opening his eyes, he took out a book from the old man's internal world.
'That man valued this book more than all these Marrahva Crystals... It's no wonder really, this book actually indicates how to breakthrough the Primordial Harmonization Realm!'
During the past five years Alexander had read this specific book a dozen times, memorizing its content with ease, as not only was he a strong cultivator, but also extremely interested in the topic.
And so, he had learned what the marquise shaped crystal he obtained from the old man was for.
'It actually was a soul crystal! Combined with Marrahva Crystals, it is how people in the Primordial Harmonization Realm cultivate, using Marrahva Crystals as usual to strengthen themselves, but also use soul crystals to temper their soul as it is a main focus during this major realm.'
Comparing the Primordial Harmonization Realm with his former Universe, Alexander could clearly see its resemblance to the Nascent Soul Realm.
'My soul is already insanely strong, and this soul crystal can actually enhance it!'
'But... since my soul is already this strong, using a soul crystal to reach the first stage... would it actually end up similarly to my Divine Sense? If so, then it is a welcomed byproduct!'
Not wasting time, aware that a commotion was needed to attract his potential targets anyway, Alexander had decided to breakthrough the next major realm on the spot!
Sparsely throwing Marrahva Crystal one after the other in batches, Alexander started to absorb the 250 thousand crystals with tyrannical greed.
Once done, he proceeded with the misty gem, launching the soul crystal in the air, his soul avatar emerging with power, cracking the crystal before sucking in its cloudy content.
His soul shining like a bright star, his body engulfed in a silver mist, Alexander closed his eyes shut.
Some distance away, a group of people were waiting patiently.
Their cultivation not lower than the peak of the Grand Gravitational Realm with some as strong as the peak of the Cloud Immortal Realm, they were all powerful experts according to Tuzim's standards.
As such, they were capable of waiting in place for dozens of years without fault. And this was exactly their intention, waiting for someone to breakthrough, even if it took a century.
A young man looking into the distance, a light breeze caressing his cheek and short blonde hair, he spoke with confidence.

"Big sister, I don't know if grandpa will make it? He has been stuck at this bottleneck for good two hundred years after all."
Harrumphing, a black haired woman, her hair in a ponytail, opened her mouth, her brows furrowed.
"What do you know?! Grandpa is a true expert! Even if he can't make it, he can always try later on! But more importantly..."
Staring daggers at her younger brother, the woman finished her sentence.
"...don't curse grandpa you unfilial brother!"
Meekly scratching the back of his head, the young man suddenly narrowed his eyes. His vision glued to the sky, he felt the winds turn chilly as dark clouds started to gather into the sky.
"Heavenly Tribulation!! Ancestor Tianzu has made it!!!" Laugher after laughter, shout after shout, many people among the crowd started to cheer in anticipation.
The two siblings' eyes shone with reverence.
'Grandpa actually made it this far! Please! Grandpa you must make it!' Praying in his heart, the young man could not stop his excitement from showing and his heart from beating in increased tempo.
What they did not know yet however, was that their mighty ancestor had already fallen.
Ignoring the dark ominous clouds covering the sky, shading the world, Alexander sat still. Tempering his soul with utmost care, all the while dual tasking, he strengthened his cultivation base as well.
'This is where my life experience shines as well! Cultivating the soul and Dantian both at the same time is not that easy!!'
Preparing himself, Alexander gritted his teeth, contracting all of his muscles until veins bulged everywhere, doing his best at steadying his mind against external factors.
And so it began...
His mind already ready for the strike, Alexander was not shaken from the loudly powerful impact, the Heavenly Lightning not enough to challenge him, yet. Absorbing the Heavenly Lightning, he used it to temper his soul and Lotus Core, Heavenly Laws and Principles forming slowly.
His strength rising, Alexander felt his soul grow stronger by the minute, his immortal soul reaching new heights without stop.
Thunder roaring, lightning crackling, another bolt of thick and mighty lightning fell upon his flesh.
Repeating the process, Alexander felt his skin charring.
'This Heavenly Tribulation is actually quite strong! Though, for now it is not as bad as the Cloud Immortal Realm's one, relatively speaking.'
Eating a third strike head-on, Alexander's Dao Heart felt ecstatic at the thought of another major realm achieved.
"Guh!" Unable to stop himself from grunting, Alexander had been struck by a fourth, much stronger bolt of Heavenly Lightning, almost reducing his muscles to paste.
'Okay now it's getting out of hand-'

"Argh!!" His face almost smashed on the rocky surface he was sitting on, his flexibility somehow keeping his spine intact, Alexander was feeling nervous.
'Last time it only got strengthened from the fourth one and did not get stronger later on, but I guess I can forfeit this idea!'
"Fuck!" Cursing out loud, he felt his vision blur under the fifth.
'At least I can handle a stronger one for a bit, but how many strikes I could take in that scenario... let's just hope more than three!'
Exhaling hot air, turning into fog as the temperature under the Heavens had rapidly declined, Alexander braced himself for the incoming impact.
Frowning, Alexander had not only felt the much stronger might the Heavenly Lightning contained, but also the surface below cracking.
'It won't... break on me, will it? This stone pillar better not fall! At least not until I'm done!'
The Heavenly Lightning extremely precise, it still did not stop momentum completely. Therefore, Alexander's body being blasted was still causing his footing to be damaged. And since the Heavenly Lightning was strong enough to make a peak Blooming Lotus Realm expert grunt, it showed how strong it actually was, only its intentional spreading of this momentum barely enough for the pillar to hold on.
'The power I'm getting hit by could reduce a fucking mountain to dust! This pillar won't take much more!'
A lightning bolt charring him, loud cracks resounded in the air as Alexander felt his footing somewhat change.
'Oh no... come on! I'm almost done! Just one! Handle just one more!'
Another bolt striking him down with ferocious momentum, it forced the pillar below into submission.
His tribulation over with, Alexander started to levitate, avoiding his charred body from falling into the sea, as the pillar of stone crumbled below, giant pieces of stone clashing with the freezing waves of dark water.
'It was a bit weird, but I still made it to the Primordial Harmonization Realm!' Happy with his success, Alexander waited patiently.
'Let's see if that man had some acquaintances nearby...'
Following his words, a blonde haired young man flew toward him, accompanied by a small crowd.
"Grandpa ! Congra...tu...la...tions... Wait! Who the fuck are you?!! Where is my grandpa!?" Shouting in panic, the man looked all around, and so did the crowd.
Smiling, Alexander parted his lips.
"Grandpa? Are you talking about the old man that was here before? Yeah no, don't even think about him right now, but do tell me, are you his relatives? Actually you don't even need to answer that." Noticing Alexander's figure blurring, the black haired sister opened her eyes wide in terror, rushing in front of her younger brother.
Blood spurting everywhere, the woman's eyes turned muddled.
"Noooo!!!" Tears trickling down, the blonde man attempted to strike Alexander using his shining hand, clawing at Alexander with a bright orange light.
Slapping the claw away, Alexander accidentally snapped the man's hand backward.
"So frail!" Scoffing at the man's futile action, Alexander finished him by decapitation, his bare hand a sharp enough blade for such an easy task.
Retrieving the duo's space rings, he could only smile.
'These two little shits actually had over a hundred thousand Marrahva Crystals each! What a great haul! I knew I had made the right decision.'
Turning his head to look around, Alexander's eyes turned cold.
'Time to clean the rest, they probably have some nice stuff too.'
The [Qi Pressure] of a Primordial Harmonization Realm powerhouse too much for them to handle, the crowd was forced to the ground, kneeling so hard their kneecaps simply shattered on the spot.
Increasing his pressure output, how could these experts below the Blooming Lotus Realm survive? Barely two minutes later, without lifting a finger, Alexander had slain the entire crowd.
Snatching their space rings and spying inside, he continued his flying toward his destination, without as much as looking back.
In the middle of the flight, he could only be slightly disappointed.
'Unfortunately most of these people were just that poor, but some of them were not, maybe they had an important position...'
Having now even more wealth than before, sitting at a little more than five hundred thousand Marrahva Crystals, Alexander was already halfway done for the next stage. Without taking into consideration soul crystals, as he would need a million Marrahva Crystals and four soul crystals for a breakthrough.
However this did not impede his newfound status, now a cultivation base higher than Tuzim's standards by a longshot.
Even though Alexander still had a long journey ahead, he was only reaching his destination faster and faster, his new cultivation base steadily growing as it consolidated itself further, soon achieving the peak of the first stage after a month, all of the energy gathered fully assimilated.
From what he was currently aware of, Alexander expected himself to be considered an expert even within the Demonic Land Region.
'I'm almost there! This journey has been so fruitful as well!' Laughing, he felt thrilled to reach this journey's endpoint and steal from much wealthier targets.
'Demonic Land Region... here I come!'

Curiosity Killed The Imp
A/N: On hiatus (higher priority). The story is planned out but I need to do some rewriting for clarity and cohesiviness. Still very interested in the story though. Aeris is a place of endless conflict. Bloody evolution is the way forward, and the closed fist is the path given. Life is a luxury granted only to the strong. In a tiny corner, at the edge of a volcanic land, is born an imp. An imp no different from any other save one thing. An anomaly in its code. A blip in its creation. For unlike other imps, this one was born…curious. Book Cover by Betty Elgyn: https://www.deviantart.com/bettyelgyn

The Due
Every sailor knows the tale of Davy Jones' Locker. That place drowned sailors are sent to, ever resting on sea's bed. Some tales recount of a ghostly ship, the Flying Dutchman. Many a story has spawned from these two tales. Countless retellings mixing in their own fictions. But all stories spawn with a kernel of truth to them, and the story of Davy Jones is no exception. Those who've met the legendary seaman and his ghostly ship might call him a ferryman, escorting the drowned to their respective afterlives. Others might call him a devil, meting punishment on those deserving. The true story is always slightly different. Davy Jones is a ferryman, but not one for the afterlife, as Walter finds out. No, Davy Jones manages those who die at sea while in debt, and Walter died with a lot of debt. Unable to pay, Davy puts Walter to work. The specter has just the job for the dead college graduate. Another god, Sod, needs an afterlife for his new world. Davy tasks Walter with the job. Suddenly, Walter finds himself having to run a fledgling underworld with little instruction from Sod. To top it off, the denizens of Sod's world have their own ambitions to achieve godhood, and they won't take kindly to Sod's newest employee shaking up the status quo. [Traumatizing Content tag is up just to let everyone know this will be a story that deals with different themes of death. Some of them won't be nice and so better to be safe than sorry.]
