Lara's POV;

The days passed and we all were doing either something to pass the time or work. It's now almost time for the Aqua Laguna and I have Lia on the lookout for the Straw Hats.

Jo was busy the first two weeks with Fiara's new arms. They are now finished and looked like normal arms. The artificial skin does not look different from her normal skin and she is even able to feel with her hands. There are also already some things build into, but Fiara wanted to keep those secret. I know that she can use them to fight, they are durable enough to withstand some pretty heavy force. And there are also two Pacifista laser built into it. She has analysed her robotic arms and were able to recreate them.

I only know that she can change her fingers into tiny tools, like a burner or drill. She was really happy about them and put them to good use by helping me and Noa with the ship. The things they were asking me to make were badass, this will be a cool ship. Way better than the Sunny.

I also finished the last weapon today. I'm currently on my way back, with them. I kicked the door open and noticed that everyone was inside the living room, with the exception of Lia and Nojiko. The first was in the kitchen, I can already smell her cooking. That's normal at this time, what wasn't is to see Zoro, Chopper and Luffy.

I couldn't see Robin, Ussop, Nami or Sanji, is it already time for their fight and Robin's CP9 leave?

“Hey, guys, what are you doing here?”, I asked in greeting and saw that the mood was pretty down. Luffy was starring out the window, Zoro was cleaning his swords and Chopper was sitting on a couch, doing nothing.

The Straw Hats only gave me a glance, before going back to being moody and broody. Jo was returning my greeting. “Hello Lara, the Straw Hats are using the same inn as us. They... had a hard day. Lia and Sanji are making food.”

“Hmm okay, do you wait for until dinner or get your new weapons now?” I asked, not really interested in the drama of the Straw Hats. The only important part is that now the plot will continue.

My question broke the gloomy mood of my crew and Zoro also looked interested. Jonny and Yosaku were the first to jump up and run over to me. “Of course we'd like to have our weapons now”, answered Yosaku with sparkly eyes.

I laughed and walked over to the dinner table, where I placed the weapons down. By now the rest has also gathered around and was either waiting in anticipation or looking curiously.

“Okay, who wants first?”, I asked and looked at Noa, Jonny and Yosaku. Noa was calm enough to step back and make room for the two giddy childlike men. Jonny and Yosaku, they had a brief and fierce rock-paper-scissors match to decide who would start.

Jonny won and stepped forward. He was practically bouncing in his shoes. “What kind of weapon did you make for me? Is it epic, does it look badass? I bet it can even match Brother Zoro's swords!”

I gave him a covered sword and he hastily pulled the cloth off of the sword. He now had a black sheath with purple lines in his hands. It didn't take him even a second to draw the sword and everyone was in awe by its beauty and dangerous look.

The blade was pitch black with a purple glowing line going through the middle. The tip was slightly curved and the blade was sharp enough to cut iron by simply laying on top of it.

The weapon itself is a one-handed sword with some resemblance to a katana. “It is called Kuronazo, which means Dark Secret. A one-handed katana that is light and sharp. This sword will match your fighting style perfectly.” I explained while he kept staring at the weapon.

He nodded and stepped to the side, where he made a few testing swings. The blade cut through the air with almost no noise and it looked as if the blade leaves an purple afterglow.

He stopped, sheathed the blade and gave me a strong hug. He even lifted me off of the ground. “Thank you Sis Lara, this is the best present I have ever gotten. I'll promise I will make this blade known in the world. Kuronazo, will bring fear to our foes!”

I smiled awkwardly. That's not exactly why I gave them this weapon but fine by me. I only wanted to forge something and it's nice to know that the things you make are used.

“My turn!” Declared Yosaku loudly, while showing Jonny away. Jonny grumbled something rude but had a fond smile on his face. He knew that Yosaku was as eager as he was only a moment before.

“Fine, here, this one is for you,” I said and gave him the biggest hidden weapon. He took it with one hand and pulled the cloth off. Calling this weapon a sword would be an insult. This thing was an executor. The blade itself was one and a half metre long, five centimetres thick and twenty wide. It had four holes in the first half of the blade and the guard was an art design of a skull with a sun crown. The handle was long enough for three hands and ended in a ring for an attached chain.

Now Yosaku can throw his weapon and then pulled it back on the chain.

“Ähm, I don't want to sound ungrateful, it looks beautiful and deadly, but... well, it is a little light”, said Yosaku in apology, hoping that I wouldn't feel insulted.

“I know what you mean, the base sword is only 300 kilograms light,” I said with a nod. 300 is way above what Jonny was using, but by far not the limit of Yosaku or me.

“What? Three hundred? And he is holding it with one hand?”, shouted Chopper in shock and awe. Zoro, who had inspected both swords with a critical eye was nodding at Yosaku with a respectful nod. Telling him that he was proud of his current achievements. Yosaku beamed proudly but was still holding the sword rather awkwardly.

“I called it Niku Gorashi, which means Meat Cleaver. This is its basic form. You'll need these to finish it,” I explained and pulled a chest from behind the couch. I've placed it there in the morning.

The crowd gathered around the chest and looked inside when I opened it. “Metal marbles?” questioned Luffy.

“Indeed, these are marbles made out of metal. Each fits inside a hole in the weapon. Each is specially made for Yosaku and each will increase the strength of each swing tremendously,” I said with a nod.

Chopper tried to pick one of the marbles up but wasn't able to. He changed into his human form and tried again, but was still not strong enough. “What is this? This thing must weigh a ton!” He complained.

“It does, there are four kinds of marbles. One that weighs 100 kilograms, one with 250, one that is half a ton and then the last one with a weight of a ton. Yosaku can put them inside his sword, Lia will then release some of the pressure, which will anchor the marble. And finished is the weight increase for Yosaku. He is still not at his limit and would need a few more swords, this way he can keep this one and still increase the weight.” I explained in more detail.

Yosaku was now looking at the sword with awe. He picked a marble that was labelled as 250 kilograms up and put it in the middle hole. The marble staid inside, but will need to be anchored, or else it might fall out during a fight. “Thank you, Lara, this is a sword made for me. It is the first true sword I possess and I will take care of it for the rest of my life,” declared Yosaku with a bow. He strapped the sword on his back and made room for Noa.

This time I didn't hand the weapons out but pulled the cloth off myself. “Yours are named Midir and Mjölner.” Midir, the first hammer looked rather normal. That was until you get to the end, the hammerhead was designed like a fire spitting dragon. The end of the fire made the flat side of the hammer, while the back side of the dragon had razor sharp pointy spikes.

“This hammer does not only look like a fire-breathing dragon, it can breathe fire. Not literally, but something similar. Fiara helped me with the technical parts. There is a fire dial integrated. Each swing of your hammer will activate the dial and a torrent of fire will burn anything you hit.

The dial can hold up to a hundred attacks and is hot enough to melt steel. I increased the heat of the fire with my Devil Fruit, before putting it inside the dial.” Both Chopper and Luffy had stars in their eyes when I finished the explanation.

“And the second one, Mjölner, is made similar. There is an electric dial on each end. Each hit will send a current of 10.000 volts through the end and electrify your enemy.

The dials can, of course, be deactivated by pushing a button on the handle.” I further explained and showed a tiny button in the middle of the handle at the end.

“I almost wish I would be in your crew Lara, these weapons are masterpieces and I can't argue Jonny's claim that they are on par with my Wado Ichimonji.” Praised Zoro. He looked at Jonny's sword with an expression that told me that he wants one as well.

“Thanks,” I simply replied and watched how Jonny, Yosaku and Noa got quantitated with their new weapons. Now they are armed for the new world and only need to increase their skills. Which will be easier with a good weapon as well.

“And what about the last two?”, asked Luffy suddenly. He was pulling the cloth off of two more weapons while he asked that.

In view came two large brutal looking daggers. The blade was black and curved. The handle had a hand guard that will allow the user to block attacks easier, while also giving him or her a better grip on the dagger itself.

“They look wicked,” commented chopper. He even kept some distance to them.

“These are my own new daggers. After my fight with a Vice Admiral, I came to the conclusion that I need two weapons for ultra close combat. My body is more build for speed fighting than for a sword like Lunare. I am still good with my sword but am way better with daggers. I only can't send my force blades as far as I like to.” I explained and grabbed both daggers. One was held in reverse style, while the other was facing the front.

“I see. Say, Lara, would you fight me in a training match? I'd like to test my own against you”, asked Zoro. His crewmates were looking at him with surprise. It seems like none of them did expect him to ask such a question.

“Sure, we can do one tomorrow. Not today, it's late and I am hungry, as well as tired from the work behind the anvil. Lia will be finished with cooking in a minuted and I don't want to miss dinner.” I agreed with some conditions.

Zoro nodded and we waited for Sanji and Lia to finish cooking. Halfway through our wait Nojiko and Nami also came down from Nojiko's room. Nami looked tired and sad, while Nojiko staid close and within reach of Nami.

The rest of the Straw Hats were also falling back into depression when they had time to think. So I did the next thing I wanted to do and approached Chopper.

He was in his small form and sat on the couch without doing anything. I grabbed him, sat down and placed him on my lap. I then started to pet his strangely soft fur and watched with amusement how he was first protesting and then in pure bliss from my petting.

“Say Chopper, are you a reindeer that ate a Devil Fruit with a human type or a human that ate the reindeer fruit?” I asked after some minutes of petting.

“I'm a reindeer that ate the Zoan Devil Fruit, Model human, subclass human. It makes me into a humanoid reindeer”, explained Chopper with a shy looked at me.

“So you know a thing or two about your Zoan fruit am I right?” I asked next and he nodded in confirmation.

“Then can you help me with my new Devil Fruit? I recently got the mythical Zoan fruit, Model Human, subclass Angel.” He almost fell off of my lap from shock, but I had a firm hold on his soft fur.

“You what? But I thought you already have a Paramecia type Devil Fruit, how is it possible for you to have two?” I gave him a shrug as my answer.

“I don't know, but I ate the second one and am still alive. But I'm not sure about the possibilities of my new fruit. Angels are mythical beings and there are a lot of legends and things they are said to be capable of. So I thought I might just ask someone who is somewhat knowledgeable about the topic.

Are there different forms of one's Zoan fruit?”

He thought about his answer for a moment and then nodded before explaining what he already knew. “Yes, there are. I am sure that a skilled user can access a multitude of different forms, but someone who is not good enough with his fruit will have a hard time doing so.

I myself am not able to change into every form I know without the help of some medication I have invented. I call them Rumble Balls and they allow me to change into four different forms.” He pulled one out of his trousers for the explanation.

I took the small yellow-orange ball and inspected it closer. “I know it's much to ask, but could I have some of them and could Jo have the receipt for new ones? It's something that sounds interesting and might help me in learning more about my new fruit.” I asked after giving him the ball back.

He looked extremely proud and embarrassed at the same time. “Don't flatter me you, idiot. Yes, you can have a few and I will tell Josef how to make more. You've helped us in Alabasta and are friends of our crew. But I have to warn you, they are dangerous. If you eat two of them within six hours then you'll lose control of your form. A third in this time frame will turn you into an unstoppable monster. You'll need to be knocked out if someone wants to stop you, but you will also attack anything in sight, be it friend or foe.” He hopped off of my lap and walked over to his medical kit. There he pulled a glass out and gave it to me.

“Here are ten, I will teach Josef how to make more tomorrow. But remember, not more than one within six hours and never more than two. You are already strong, I don't want to think about what will happen if you lose control of a fruit as strong as a mythical one.” He warned one final time and then walked off to Luffy.

Cool, now I have Rumble Balls, let's see when I have the chance to eat three.

“Dinner's ready!” Announced Lia suddenly and we all gathered at the dinner table, where she and Sanji started to place a massive dinner down. Sanji wasn't his usual self as well, he was less annoying, but still stared at every woman in the room.
