Issue:

Looking at this act as a whole, a few of the plot threads start to become inconsistent. Especially in regards t o the quality of the writing itself and some of the decisions the characters make, they aren't as logical as one would think.

The main reason is that at this point in the story, I really hit a slump and wasn't sure what direction to take it. As a result, the quality of the act in whole suffers.

The main offenders I feel are the first few chapters of the act.

Current Progress:

I've actually already finished the Blood of Kings and am taking a break by working on some other projects. Act 4, although it also has its own problems, probably has the most badass moments in the book. It's also the longest act, and where the results of my pansing the plot and world start to show.
